they may not require SSN to write nclex. How about getting the license after passing. They may say you must get your SSN before your license is issued. Make research well before going for a BON.

You will get your licence once you passed nclex, no further requirements except INFECTION CONTROL and CHILD ABUSE training... Online.

By God's grace I passed my Osce exams in the UK. Journey officially ended.

For NMC verification to which country?
PAULOYE, if it's for the US or UK. go to the nursing council branch close to you. Take copies of your RN certificates, Licence, birth certificate, N8,750 for each of your qualification to be verified. The money is paid to Council via remita. Your verification will be sent to the address you provided within 6 weeks and you will be given a FedEx tracking number once it is sent... Hope I didn't miss any part. You should be given a Council contact number, so you can follow up, to know when it is sent and get your tracking number.

Unethical and lazy Nigeria media, who, most of the times rush to publish incomplete and half truth; for lack of investigative journalism, can not ascertain the profile of criminals. I doubt they can differentiate between a professional Nurse and a quack.

He's not an RN. He's a physiotherapist. However, the immigration process follows the same pattern. Some people were fortunate to go through uscis without delays. Having a BSN or Diploma had no impact on approvals. For instance, I have a friend with an MSc who passed nclex in Dec 2016 and they filed for her at the end of January 2017. She got denied and they are refiling for her. Another person with diploma passed nclex at the end of March 2017 and they filed in May 2017. She's going for her visa interview next week. I have seen someone with a diploma that passed nclex in May 2017 who got his visa last month.
These persons started with Avant from the scratch. Avant started massive filing in February and there have been very good feedbacks. This morning, a friend informed me that she has been approved after 3 weeks of filing. Let's hope the momentum continues.
Avant does not typically use NC. The commonly use CT, TX, CO, NM

You're very correct bro, different candidates with different experience. No one cap fits all. I've seen someone filed on the 4th of the month and got approved on 11th of same month... That's just one week (although with premium processing). Patience is the virtue in this journey. Buy enough patience to last you in the journey. All the best to everyone.
