I know prepaid Meters are usually registered in the name of the occupants/landlord of a building/apartment. What I don't know is how they will change particulars of a prepaid meter they steal. I mean if they steal Mr. Ajanlekoko's prepaid meter, whoever they sell it to won't that person see that the meter is registered to Mr. Ajanlekoko when he tries to recharge it?

I really can't wrap my head around the idea behind stealing prepaid meter.

Stealing the prepaid meters means you'll have to break the seal. That means that the new buyer will connect it with the seal, broken. And once the Disco see a broken seal, they will fine shege comot for your body

So, even fixing a stolen prepaid meters sef will profit you nothing.
