BlueRayDick: One thing that I've from day one about this government is that they don't care about optics. They don't care how bad things actually look or the kind of wrong message their actions and inactions sends to the general public.
They just do things and don't care how you as a citizen sees it.
That is a very dangerous attribute for any government in a democracy. If it were to be an autocratic dictatorship, it would be very understandable. They didn't even make the trip low key, out of respect for those who lost their lives. All Service Chiefs stand for line, dey smile because dem wan say "Bye Bye" |

Maiduguri was bombed, and the next day, the President departed for the UK.
Now, this is not even my annoyance.
It is that ALL THE SERVICE CHIEFS were at the airport to tell him bye bye.
How low will these people go before Nigerians get it? |

BlueRayDick: Exactly .
In the real sense of things , I don’t think any reasonable person who is above the age 18 will say I am voting for a particular candidate because my favorite actor or actress said I should vote for him.
If you are already an adult who has responsibilities and you believe the ruling government is not doing enough to make your life better , you would be foolish to say you will reelect the ruling party because of the influence of your favorite celebrity Tooorr I think the strategy is to make enough noise, so there's no room for any voice of the opposition. All these endorsements only guarantees the votes of the endorser. Na why na people wey like camera dem dey pick as ambassadors. |

Segedinho:
🙄🙄 To be honest, I saw this video and I think whoever cropped this part was mischievous. 1) He did not say Boko Haram anywhere in the video. 2) They were on a mission to somewhere. He didn't mention the place, but from his speech, part of the hurdle was access. 3) "Don't fire" in my own understanding means they had made plans to counter any threat on this mission, rather than the foot soldier engaging. Just watch that video like you never read the caption, and his words do not satisfy what is being circulated |

GloriousGbola: your average high end house in banana island is being built for 900m - and that does not include price of land
and this is a 2 or max 3 story building
4 billion is small when you consider all the facilities going into it. raumdeuter: Is that a lot of money to build a school? Peller recent said he got a house for 500m.
Linda Ikeji over 10yrs ago said she built a house for 500m. In today's Naira that is about 4bn which is the same cost of the polytechnic This is exactly my point. Apart from the fact that we have numerous polys that need funding, even Herbert Macaulay in his grave knows that 4bn cannot build any Tertiary facility. So in the end, we would have a piece of land and one Admin building as the progress so far. Very smart of BAT, if you ask me |

message by Musa is the truth. No need to pity person wey no dey pity himself.

abduleez1: But I don't understand why the woman seemingly becomes the one to be punished. She was the minister of state for Finance. What was the role of Wale Edun?? Why isn't he getting flak?
The lady being moved around Ministries is somewhat worrying tho, cos I don't understand. Was she so darn poor in performance or actually a controversial figure poor at managing egos?
This administration budget performance especially the capital budget performance is outrageously poor.
Those sweet trillions of naira we see in the national budget seems to be audio cos even the 2024 capital budget was just closed few months ago. We're in 2026 and 2025 budget is still running and being moved to form a part of the 2026 actual budget spending.
This means budgets announced actually aren't what is spent. The most alarming thing is Capital budgets performing less than 30% across board but recurrents was somehow hovering around 90%. It doesn't make sense. All these talk about generating bigger tax revenue and breaking IGR records and yet they're struggling to disburse funds for capital projects. So all this revenue na audio? Or it's all used for recurrents.
This is liable to stunting the economy withholding funds for capital projects. Increased revenue, increased budget, increased capital budget, increased foreign reserves, stronger naira, increased FDI, so all these macro economic indices na vibes and insha'Allah?? Been following BudgIT and by the time Tinubu is done in 2031, Buhari would be a man who wore a stainless white robe. Capital projects are less than 30%. Federal Ministry of Health got about 38 million in 2025. I mean....A health Ministry |

raumdeuter: Why do you think the message is valid while you wrote this a few moments before
You think a man who is hungry can make the right decisions
If you have not fed your family in days your children are crying and you see someone asking you to vote your enemy what will you do?
Imagine a typical almajiri on the street served with a bowl of hot rice and asked to vote for Ekwensu. You think they will reject?
Forget about election have you not seen hungry people sell their children, eat from waste piles sell their body parts? If they can do that, how much more for election which many people believe doesnt change anything The woman could have simply collected her rice, and go home to vote her conscience, abi? The Man kidnapped could have simply told us he is supporting Tinubu for money, rather than telling us that security is perfect; The same insecurity that's keeping his family restless. If you want a change, you act. Whether you collect bread or not, what did you do? That's why Musa is correct. No matter how you pity these kinds of people, they will still vote again. Tinubu will still pull large numbers in those villages of the North West and North East. I mean, people who lost their fathers and Mothers will vote him again |

You can't compare the rate females do bbl for olosho to men going to gym to attract girls. I'm not comparing both oh I'm just saying that low self esteem has the potency to push someone to do something they wouldn't do, just for validation. I'm not equating both |
