somehow:
Tinubu and Fashola are in the same party, not same with Jonathan and Buhari. Buhari could have also cancelled the MOU just as Yaradua (same party with OBJ) did with the MOU signed by OBJ.

But here you have it

https://www.chronicle.ng/2017/03/22/nigeria-awards-1-79bn-railway-contract-ccecc/
https://thewhistler.ng/amaechi-china-sign-mou-for-construction-of-lagos-ibadan-calabar-ph-rail/
So if the PH rail is constructed in 2027 , by let's say another party, will it be wrong to say Amaechi started it?

somehow:
Just as Obj signed it in 2005?

All it takes to take credit in Nigeria is to sign a contract even if you don't even do 0.0001% of the actual project?
If you can show me where Buhari re-initiated the project again, or re-signed a new contract with CCECC, I'll have no choice than to apologize and accept my mistake

As long as he continued with what was signed in 2012, it was Jonathan that started it

The same way we attribute BRT as Tinubu's plan even though it never existed since 2003

The sources says SIGNED CONTRACT FOR..... Your title says WHO STARTED?

How is SIGNING equivalent to ACTUAL STARTING?

Haven't seen countless times where projects or contracts are signed and they remain only on paper for generations?
Not justifying incompetency, but for a project to START, it has to be SIGNED first

I understand you points.
HP is not for everyone but that doesn't mean it won't work.

No one can drive 730 days without hindrance and when I said 730 days I didn't mean it in a stretch. No one signs a contract that doesn't allow for hindrance. We are humans.

My point is from a positive perspective.

If a Toyota corolla is totally sound, engine, body, gearbox and suspension it is very easy to achieve HP. I gave that guy a number of factors that would make him successful and if he sticks to it, he will be fine.

If you can consistently net 120k in a week and you have a good maintenance habit and saving habit, you don't need two years to complete the hp. You need those factors I mentioned, focus, and commitment.

A tokunbo corolla can go straight 2 months without needing anything more than an oil change. And if he uses the extended performance oil, 3 months before oil change. Let's not talk as if cars break down everyday.

At 120k a week, he owes only 35k.

Do you agree that with the remaining 85k left from that week, it is enough for him to fuel the car, eat, recharge his data and airtime and then save at least 25k weekly?

If a driver on HP can save 25k weekly, by the 12th month, he has saved 1.2m and has paid out almost 1.7m. If he decides to pay 900k to the car owner from his yearly savings, how many months do you think is left for him to complete the balance?

Don't forget the month of December.... Don't forget.

I understand that it is impossible to some drivers, but HP is very achievable if all conditions are met, especially focus and determination.

If you make 15k daily on weekdays, and 50k combined on weekends that's already 125k.

Someone like me will dust this HP but I agree that everyone doesn't have, not share my mindset.

Facts only
The way you always believe in yourself is admirable bro

I like it. No homo

Well, nothing is impossible. Just explain to the rider why you can't park conveniently there and you won't be able to come down to help her with her luggage because of those vultures

And you sef wey wan park, shine your eyes. Stop, sit in your car, open your trunk and be vigilant

Don't go anywhere around ikoyi passport office to park, don't go to Cameron road in ikoyi, don't go to glover road in ikoyi, don't just park anywhere on the road even inside the street don't park
Piece of advice

Always end your trip and collect your money or conclude your transfer before you get to the passport office

If you like, end the trip from Obalende roundabout. #100 or #200 is easier to let go than #5k plus

I've always known you are a First Class moron_ from your comments and my instincts never fail me.

Cool down and re-read this idiotic beer parlour reasoning you typed here. So you expect someone to pay for a service that wasn't used?

Even if additional fare is 500naira, it's her money. So because she flies first class, she should be cheated, because according to you asinine logic, "rich" people shouldn't have problems paying extra for services, especially services they didn't enjoy and services you seem they are bigger than? What an utter moron_

So because she was in a hurry and wasn't patient enough to wait for driver to end her trip, that has become a crime? I find it more disconcerting that you didn't find wrong in what the driver did. After being in the airport for so long, the trip was still ongoing, you Arabian doofus. Blacklisting the card was the best thing to do at that time simply because the trip has not ended. The driver had not ended the trip and there was no way she would have known how much the trip would have costed or when the driver would have ended the trip.

So according to your pepper soup logic, she should have waited till she was charged by taxify before making a complain, knowing fully well that a snail responds to complaints faster than taxify does?

Politics › Re: Who Has Atiku Campaign Rally In Abia State Today? by izzou(m): 8:06pm On Feb 02, 2019
ORIENTATION101:
the emergence of obi actually killed the momemtum of pdp and create division among leaders and stakeholders in south east region after the convention in portharcourt. Thats why there was sudden romance between south east gov and Buhari. Apart from ekweremadu who appeared twice no pdp south east governor attended rallies outside south east region. Not even a single appearance at pdp south south region state rallies. We saw how south west governors, lawmakers and party chieftain were moving from one region to another to support buhari.Pdp is definitely not getting block votes from south east region like 2015
So because they didn't attend means they are supporting Buhari? You think these guys are this daft? You think a south east governor that rode to victory on PDP will switch sides and expect to win easily?

Politics is much more bigger than pictures you see. Do you know that some of these decampings you hear were actually planned to distort the other party? All these decampings we jubilate about was actually the plan by the losing party

Atiku knows where his votes will come from. That's why he is not shouting in the west.

The figures we will see from the east will shock us all. Just watch

ORIENTATION101:
Buhari is not aiming to win any eastern state apart from imo.
Apc mission is to clamp down on block votes coming out from SS/SE.
2015 block votes was a result of sentiments of their son against Fulani. But 2019 the two leading parties fielded two fulanis .sure there will be voter apathy. And no writing of result . With apc inroads into the two regions atiku presidential ambition is dead on arrival
I think you need to revisit your analysis

You think the Igbos are voting Atiku because he's Atiku? It's because of Obi. He seems to be a hope to 2023

Just as the west is clearly for Buhari, the east is a landslide for Atiku. Even in Imo, Atiku will win

NgeneUkwenu:
Winning State doesn't matter, what matters is the margin.

The enthusiasm people had for Jonathan in the South East in 2015, is not been extended to Atiku, because like Buhari, he is also a Fulani.

Moreover, PDP has always rigged SS/SE Election since 1999, but all will change next week.

They will fight for every vote.

They won't be 90 or 85 % turn out this time. grin grin grin
Elections in Nigeria have always been rigged. Unless we want to lie to ourselves

And fortunately, Kano and Rivers have given fresh ideas to riggers after 2015

This election will be worse. Saraki has everything to lose if Buhari wins, same way Tinubu has everything to lose if Atiku wins
