What kind of heart do we humans have?yesterday i woke up to the picture of somebody in Owerri shot in the head, and today i am about to go to bed with the image of another slit by the throat.

Why?what turns people into murderers?who would a Secondary student have offended so much that his throat was slit this way?why?why?why?just why?

I believe in God,and as a Christian i am not suppose to question God. But God why?why allow the wicked to still roam this World?why allow evil minded people to share the same oxygen with us?God my faith is shaking.

God i will not waste my time analysing this young boys death, or play detective by guessing what happened. To a lot of people, the pictures of dead people are just pictures, but have we taken the time out to think that these are the sons,daughters,fathers,mothers, sisters and brothers of other humans? for every tragic picture we see here, a family is in mourning and in pains.

This is sad.

When Apostle of the Most High and Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministry, Prof Johnson Suleman in January 2016 prophesied that he saw blood flowing in Benue State, many people took his prophesy with a pinch a salt.

However, with less than four months to the end of 2016 IDOMA VOICE can count up to over 50 persons that have been buried 'untimely' under current the leadership of Benue State government.

Many of the victims died as result of poor security in the state.
While some were killed by cult-related activities, others were abducted and murdered by their kidnappers.

Following the worsening insecurity situation in the state, many residents have resorted to jungle justice as any criminal caught were lynched to death and set ablaze.

When Ortom took over the mantle of leadership in 2015, he vowed to flush out terrorists from the state by declaring amnesty for criminals, but the programme seems to have hit the rocks as crime-related activities still reign in the food basket state.

Just recently, Pastor Joshua Iginla also predicted that the state needed prayers as her saw evil befalling her.

Had been on the phone earlier today with ma sister right here who was not too happy with how I sounded. True to her worries, I was rushed to the hospital on an emergency tip this afternoon. Calling to find out if it felt any better and realizing I had to dialyse, she froze work, ran to the hospital and literally stood on her feet next to my bed till I was smiling.

She left the hospital this late after having amazing material impact on dialysing patients and watching me walk to my car..

So going home now am thinking. This woman has been unshaken as a friend for 16years and in the last 5years of the struggle to stay alive with Kidney failure every time a hand is squeezing mine to say we would beat this in the darkest times, it his hers.

No fatigue with the love shown, no trumpet blowing, an amazing friend as would be readily testified by those that know her at the same time when I can write 10 books on fair weather friends whose level of worry would start and culminate in a 48 hour use of my face for a dp if God permitted it to go south. ....... and you want to ask why I am shouting her name at the risk of sore lungs? I love you Linda Ifeoma Ikeji. God bless you for being a TRUE friend.
