Whatever age I choose it should be the same with everyone I'm acquainted with,otherwise I won't handle being the only one while everyone else is transitioning from one stage of life to another.It would suck to be the only person to remain stagnant while everyone around you gets old and eventually die.Who are you gonna spend the rest of your lonely life with after everyone you ever known has passed?

Another thing - It's funny how they say the hate for SA started during the xenophobic attacks of 2008 but when I first got here I found anti-SA sentiments that dated as back as 2006.The xenophobia thing is just a crutch they use to underpin their misplaced outrage.I must admit that it used to piss me off until I'd grown to enjoy it.

South Africa is AN EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL country and we have a lot going for us. It's for that reason we're not queueing up on the daily in long lines under the scorching sun outside foreign embassies seeking to escape the country. Or drowning in the Mediterranean sea or Indian Ocean in a desperate attempt to reach foreign lands.

Atleast I have friends who have moved to China too, to teach English and earning more than the average teachers here that get 18000rand after all tax deductions....
