XhosaNostra: She's OK. I don't know how to describe her lol. But she's not the mateki wearing type that loves Vaseline
It's the Ndebele in my experience. One told me that they feel like they're South Africans because Shaka drove them out. How the Xhosa ended up there, IDK, because we were never involved in Mfecane. It's probably people who went to exile there, I suspect.
Lol, what makes you say that? LMAO.I know the Vaseline type, they always apply a lot of it but never take a bath.Roll-on yona it's a no-go area for them But that was a long time ago.Even I can't claim to be a Zimbabwean just because my ancestors supposedly lived there 100s of years ago.True it must be those who went into exile and remained there.I personally never met a Xhosa who was from Zim. They have identifiable features,I guess.According to my observation, they also tend to have bigger butts than the ones here . |

XhosaNostra: Lol, I thought the same thing, that it could be him (ubunja) but I dismissed the thought. Who knows? He got time if he's hiding behind different accounts.
No, she's really sweet. I can't do that to her. I only get testy with the ones with empty pride. It's hard to be mean to Zimbabweans though because they're almost always easy-going & all smiles. I've met only a handful that I didn't like for one reason or another. In general, they're OK. One of my friends is actually cheating with a guy from there lol.
That's what I heard, but she should have been upfront about where she's from. IDK what the Xhosa people in Zimbabwe look or sound like. But to me she's not Xhosa, at least not one from South Africa. I know Xhosa people even before they open their mouth It's possible,if Lez can create 25 accounts in 1 month then what can stop ubunja? Is she also beautiful? some of them are gorgeous sha! no lie. Most of them don't wanna be upfront about their nationality, don't why but it annoys the sh*t out of me.Is just me or Xhosa from the EC are the ones that are easiest to Identify than the ones who were brought up in Gauteng? |

XhosaNostra: Abantu bakho The Ndebele people from Zim are always pretending to be South African. I bet the guy KaziKazi is talking about is Ndebele. They've not quite mastered the disguise though, because the way they pronounce certain words blows their cover away.
There's someone here where I live, whom I suspect is from Zim, but claims to be Xhosa & yet doesn't even know where she's from in the Eastern Cape. Who doesn't know where they're from? "By the sea" is not where you're from unless you're a seagull or starfish I just play along with the charade because I don't wanna embarrass her. She's a nice person. Abantu bam? I can't even point the direction of the Limpopo River .I don't know what's with them pretending to be South Africans, hell it's not like we can't spot one even before they open their mouths.Do you still remember a certain Ubunja that used to be active here? don't you smell him behind that SufferingNsmilin account? I think you need to bring up Zimbabwe into your convos often, talk bad about it and she might pull the mask down. They get so hyper sensitive whenever someone brings the ills of Zim into the spotlight. Tell me something, isn't Xhosa spoken in some parts of Zimbabwe? |

XhosaNostra: A brush cut or growing chiskop? Btw, what is it with you guys & chiskop? Are brush cuts outdated or what? Because personally, I prefer them over a gleaming & sweaty chiskop Mara that's a brush cut mos lol I will never go for a chiskop Most pics were taken from a long angle so they become even less clear when I zoom them in. this is how I keep it. |

XhosaNostra: That's true.
Well, is it peppercorn hair? Because the picture is not clear. It looks like it could be curls or amagqagqa aka "Kaffir hare" "Kaffir hare" it is lol.But my hair is not like that anymore,I don't know what happened but it's little straight and wavy this days...check it. |

Lol, you look good. Is that S-curl I see? Those in Free-State and Lesotho can click like hell. You know the culture gets lost when people become Urbanised, same with KZN Zulu and the one here in Jozi, both are very different. thanx.Nope, that's my natural hair |

XhosaNostra: The blanket-wearing Sotho? I hardly meet those here. You usually find them around Jo'burg & the EC.
I'm not sure which year it was taken but it was some time in the 90s. Yes,but as a family we never followed the blanket-wearing tradition.I wasn't brought in it. There's young Jayceon,I think this was 2005/6...don't laugh. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by JaceBlaze: 11:32am On Mar 07, 2019 |
XhosaNostra: LMFAO. I get you.
No, I don't have an Afrikaans or English surname, but we don't need a forensic team to know there's more to it. We're pretty diverse in my family.
When I was much younger, I used to be teased a lot. Apparently, I looked more like a "Bushman" On my father's side of the family, they do belong to the clans with Bushmen blood though, but I learnt about that a couple of years ago. So I guess they were right all along
Do you know your family history?
Below is younger "Bushman-looking" me Diversity is great.More options for whoever is going to marry from your family, might be me Hahaha.did you also have scattered kinky hair and wrinkled up forehead like a real Bushman? Kuvukiland princess .Yeah,Bushman features are still very visible in most Xhosa and Tswana people.Check the below pictures of Lincoln Sibeko of Isidingo (he's even got slight Mandela resemblance) and Khadafi from Generations The Legacy. My grandma always says our roots are in Zimbabwe,APPARENTLY,we only made our way down here few hundred years ago.I'm not sure how true that is. I was offline.I missed the picture, post it again....sorry about that.

XhosaNostra: Do you know what each colour on our flag symbolizes?
Personally, I think it's simple mindedness to focus just on the "looks", when you don't even know what story it is telling or trying to tell. Perhaps we'd appreciate these things more if we went deeper than the aesthetics.
I wouldn't change anything about the South African flag. It represents exactly who we are, THE RAINBOW NATION. Not only are we diverse in terms of racial makeup as a country, but some of us are the product of a colourful past. That is why in the Xhosa culture you'll find people with English & Afrikaans surnames.
You can read more on that here
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.geni.com/projects/Shipwrecked-Castaways-on-the-SA-Coast/15917&ved=2ahUKEwiWnK_Rse_gAhUjonEKHRVWAGYQFjAAegQIAxAB&usg=AOvVaw1Pl9t-Tyha4rNoaGAIzVoO&cshid=1551939674871 Good read.I read up until 'Minna',will finish it up later... I think I remember it being explained somewhere that the designer was inspired by the landscape and terrain of the country.I don't exactly know what each colour symbolizes,i'll check that one later too. Honestly,I never thought that the South African flag was ugly, and I'm not saying this because the patriot in me is making me say it.I guess the reason I find other African flags ugly is because (besides the fact that the designs are too simplistic) I don't know what the colours symbolize and never cared to know...NO OFFENCE to anyone. I totally concur with the last part.btw,do you have an English or Afrikaans surname? |

Kazikazi: But dull means dull! Don't run away. Anyway, most of African flags don't impress me.Yes others are far worse.I think Botswana and DRC have the best flags.Tz not bad but they could arrange the colors horizontally. Kenya should take out those primitive weapons.Ghana should remove that black star( there is no black star in the universe) SA flag has too many colors. Thought I was the only who finds most African flags too ugly and too colourful.Zimbabwean flag is by far the ugliest on the continent.

XhosaNostra: Well Jace, the thing with jealousy is, it's not an enjoyable feeling. It may be ego-boosting for a guy, but for me, it signals the end of the relationship because I don't like it. It's sickening. I actually get physically sick lol.
No, I don't fight other women, but I will fight with the person I'm dating, sometimes for hours It makes me so angry. Understood |

XhosaNostra: What do you feel about a jealous partner?
Yeah, I'm extremely jealous, but I don't like a jealous man. It's annoying. But me, I'll be jumping all over the place in fits of jealousy I like those I guess you could say they make a guy feel appreciated,it should not be excessive though.Anything close to a psycho is a no for me. You are really like that.so if you and I were dating and you see me talking to a girl you would whoop ass all over the place? |
