Some times i feel like foriegn colonizer was ruling us. Our government only like to be praised. You can't even praise Haile Selassie. Haile Selassie formed Africa union but he had no statue made in there until our new PM came.kuamini Nikruma had a statue but not haileselassie. . . If our PM didn't show up, what do we know. The govt may even throw menelik statue.

You see, this is the problem. We haven't promoted our history enough. People were supposed to know Empeor menelik because he is the one who fought and kicked Italians to not get colonized. He was such a civilized smart man. He brought the first car in Africa, first post office, first cinema, first hotel, first train, first school. . . He is a real father to Ethiopia. Our reason for our freedom and civilization.




Once, famine got to Ethiopia. . .cows were dying. A disisease ruined the country. He get off his chair, arranged his cloth and started working with farmers until Ethiopia was good. He is famous in his personality. He aided the Italians who fought him on Battle of Adwa. He is a forgiving man with a brave heart. Some people have occured now who insult him as a racist man. That is all a lie and i hope and wish Africa could have leaders as this man. May he rest in peace

Few things to know about Addis Ababa. . .

Addis Ababa was found by Emperor Menelik and he made the city the capital. Addis Ababa has seen many things every time the leaders of the country change. The city was modernized at the time of Empeor menelik and Haile Selassie. Emperor Haile Selassie made the city the capital of Africa too. When Italians occupied Ethiopia, the architecture in some areas of Addis Ababa became italic. 30,000 Addis Ababa people has also been killed in just 2 days when they tried to kill the leader of the Itallian colonizers. After the down fall of Haile Selassie, the city lost its power. War exceeded in the country and development was slow.


Addis Ababa is still the capital of Ethiopia but there are many other Ethiopian cities which looks beautiful than Addis. This was made on purpose (political issue)

Some people think Ethiopians are beautiful. That is nice but I wonder how many people come to Addis to enjoy the city.There are many things to see here but people just keep focusing on the ladies now that Ethiopia only have ladies to watch.

Yeah it's tax-free, Jace. Let's hope they won't get greedy & start taxing that too. IDK but now all the jackpots seem small, so I won't be playing for a very long time. Regarding the U.S. winner, according to the lottery spokesperson, this is a 1st for them & they're getting worried as the expiration date is getting closer. Another thing is, the longer it takes for the winner to come forward, the more charges/taxes accumulate. Hence it's puzzling. The U.S. charges quite heavily on lottery winnings. The winner will be walking away with only $800+ M of the money if they choose to take a once-off payment. Seems like daylight robbery if you ask me. Thank God ours is not taxed.
