The only side that matters here is that marriage is about two people... the man and the woman. Any others are third wheels and only to stay for as long as the two people in the marriage are in agreement. Once one partner is not in agreement, then there is need for the third wheel to find his or her way out of the home asap. 6-years is a long time and the man should have organized something for his mum or negotiated with his wife to compensate her for the burden. But since he doesn't seem to have done that, it is up to the wife to decide if her remaining there is worth it or not.

Let me make it brief. I have a younger brother who just started his life, he just rented his first apartment last year, and immediately he got the apartment, the first thing was a girl who we don't know her family started staying with him.

I told him if you want to marry pls make it legal and not living with someone you dont know her parent.

Fast forward, the lady became pregnant and I told him since it has happened and I don't encourage abortion, pls find a way to at least go and collect the list of what is needed, up till now that did not happen.

December last year he went to bail the lady in police station because she stabbed a neighbor. Well I went to their place and talked to the lady, she promised not to do that again. February this year she delivered a girl and because my younger brother was broke then, I and one of my other younger brother rallied round to assist him and his wife. We took care of the hospital bill and we thought since they were having their first baby, there would be a need for someone who is experience to help them out for one or two weeks.

We I sent money to my mother to come and help them, the old woman came with all the food stuff she could arrange from village. The next day the lady started misbehaving, and mama didn't disclose all that was happening to me, she just wanted peace to reign.

A day to the day of naming, myself and one of my brother went to market to arrange all that is needed for the naming, before we came back my other sisters had arrived so they did the cooking. On the day of naming, it took thy kindom come before they could plead with her to bring the baby for naming. Her grievance was that why should we cook for her baby naming without informing her. Honestly all this was made known to me after the party.

We man aged her and let things go. I was thinking that we will have at least one of her relative during the naming and nobody came. A day after the naming she started starving our mother and mama called that I should come and pick her, so I was shocked. Getting there mama narrated all that has been happening withing her 4 days stay at my younger brother place, and the lady did not say anything after mama talked, so I took the old woman to my place, neither my younger brother or his wife apologize.

The old woman left back to village.

Now the lady's mother is threatening that she did not give us her daughter for marriage and if anything happen she will not take it likely, our elders also said they will not follow my brother to go for the lady. And my brother is the only one in the marriage. No family concent.

How or where can I report this so that in case so that the parent of the lady and a representative of my family can have an undertaking that we don't have a marriage in between us.

I know what I did was wrong but I just had to do it because my former landlord is a wicked man
I created a trend about the quit notice that was served by my landlord.
Luckily enough for us we got another apartment and parked out of the house, meanwhile my landlord has promise to refund our balance of 17500 to us whenever we park out of the building, it was another story when we parked out of the house and handed over the key to him, he even threaten to beat my mom.
In order to revenge what this man did to us,
The new apartment we got is not that far.
the man is a commercial driver ,I always sneak to his house around 5am to burst his tyres with three of his tyres with needle, and even pack faeces together and scatter at the entrance of his house, I planned to burst the tyres three times, I have done it twice now , but I feel guilty going to burst his tyres because I won't even recover the money by doing so.
I have forgiven him but I still feel bad taking revenge.....
17,500 is not a small money this time, I want him to feel the pain too

I work in a private secondary catholic school, as soon as the session was over last term.the Revd father told all members of staff to reapply before August ending..
We did as instructed and they called us for interview..
We did both written and oral interview this week and to my greatest surprise my name and two other staff was missing, I made a call through the vice principal a retired teacher and he said that was the decision of the management..
I have been with this organization for the past two years , I have been performing my job diligently, I don't know why they will relieve me or my duty.

Teachers in the house have you ever been told to reapply before?

Some time ago my boyfriend brought my matter here because I went to visit a male friend and I was called all sorts of derogatory names without anyone hearing my side of the story.

We met early last year, he was just out of school without a job but I still accepted him regardless. I had a stubborn ex that wouldn't go away so he was taking care of my bills while I was dating my new boyfriend which he was well aware of. I later had an issue with the ex that led to him calling the police on me accusing me of stealing the iPhone 7 that he bought for me while insisting that I return it or he would take the matter to his village and make sure I run mad. I stood my ground amid all the threats held on to the phone.

Coincidentally, things picked up for my guy when the ex left, he started getting lots of freelance gigs online so I didn't feel the absence of the old guy. My boyfriend made sure I didn't lack anything even without me asking. I had to break up with him once because I felt he was doing too much and I might be running him down. He laughed it off and gave me screenshots of some of his account balance.

Fast forward to this year and things went south again, The gigs stopped coming in, and some of the firms he worked for closed shop so he was surviving on his savings which were depleting very quickly. It's worthy to note that before now the major issue that I have had with him is the way he sees my relationships with other men. He practically doesn't want me to have male friends or even go on harmless sitouts with friends. He thinks it's a disrespect to him for me to have anything to do with other guys while I am in his place.

This has resulted in serious fights each I come back from seeing a friend, At times he gets so mad that he flings my things outside to go stay with whoever I went to see.

Meanwhile, things have been very tough for him recently to the extent that feeding has become difficult. He quickly invested in a farm with with a friend when his savings were going down and used the remaining money to startup a blog. Now it's looking as if the guy he's doing the farm business with has scammed him because it's been from one story to the other and he's so broke right now that he can't even afford data to write content for his blog which we all know blogging is even saturated and takes time to start paying.

I started work two weeks ago and I have been the one taking care of my transport fare, he only gives me 1k once in a while to support. It's this same men he doesn't want me to communicate with that has been helping me out all this while. He sits at home all day waiting for the proceeds of the farm so he can start mini importation of wigs.

Every guy that asks me out seems to be well to do than my guy and it really bothers me. They all have nice cares and ready to spend while my own guy now depends on begging to feed. Even though he's smart and all but I don't know where the break through will come from and it seems I am wasting my time with him.

On Monday was my off day and I was at home, I woke up with a mood swing so I wasn't talking to him. He was busy cleaning the house without mentioning breakfast so I had to call someone to come get breakfast for me. He got mad at me tagging it an insult to him. It caused issues and I left the house and dared him to do his worst and he asked me not to leave because I needed some positive vibes since he was boring me with his attitude. I actually went to my family house but he feels I always go to see a guy each time I leave the house.

I came back around 8pm to meet the house locked and he kept ignoring my calls knowing fully well that I didn't leave with my key and I wasn't feeling fine and needed to take my drugs. I got drenched by the rain and my sickness go worst. He came back home by 11pm that night.

Now I haven't been able to go to work for the past three days and he's been running around buying drugs and food on credit so I can get well when he caused it. On the other hand a guy that has been giving me stuffs asked me to take a break from work and rest and he will give me my full salary.

I am just confused, it seems I am leaving better things out there for a broke guy and it's bothering me. What do you guys think I should do
