I can't believe that my brother and I could be broken at same time by our lovers..
My younger brother has been coming with his gf to our residence almost every time and so do I. We didn't expect them to become so close but at one point in time we saw them drifting towards each other but still we never noticed they were forming basis for a relationship.
We noticed that they are in a relationship when my guy doesn't give me attention anymore and likewise my brother's gf to my brother. Last two days I saw them hanging around in a restaurant...I called my bf and he told me he was in the office but I was seeing him in a restaurant. I called my brother to give his gf a call to know where she was, she told him that she was in the market shopping for dinner.
I summoned my brother to come and meet me, they were about to leave when he arrived and we walked in on them..they were very surprised! We both ended it with them there and then. They have been begging, calling us since that day but we will not respond.
Truly, men are all scums!

Please is that how it's been done? I bought a land early 2018 and now I feel like selling out. The families who sold it to me said they are entitled for their own percentage from the money the buyer is offering. Please I need to know if that's how it's done. I only went to inform them I would be handling the piece of land to a new owner and thought kola nut and palm wine would be it, since they also sold to several people there and also have some available I thought I should let them know for future reference... instead they are asking how much I am selling and wants to know every details of it.

Meanwhile the deeds that's about to be prepared would be in my name and that of the buyer, what consigns the family?

I had to tell them that's not possible it's my own land I bought from them I am selling, he went further and said it's either they buy it back from with same amount I bought 2018 or I give them their percentage from the appreciating amount or I develop and let matter rest.

Hello Nairaland.
My Laptop’s panel seems to be broken, initially I started having problems with the laptop, it kept sending me an error code about the CMOS and crashing intermittently, I just left it for sometime, about 3 months later when I decided to try and turn it on, it simply refused to turn on, the battery indicator blinks continuously without the screen coming up, I was told the panel is bad, thus my need for a new one.
I’d normally scrap it, but the body of this laptop is clean af, so I’ll take the pain of searching for a new panel, if you’ve got one for sell, please let me know, thank you. 🙏

I have an issue that's bothering my mind that I'll need an advice, I have a neighbour that we both build house beside each other, his wife just gave birth recently and his husband didn't tell me anything, I didn't know what really happen and we didn't have any issue thou the husband is pride he always expect someone to be greeting him first and most time whenever i greet him he won't answer me and whenever I'm playing music in my house they will always close their window and I could remember a day like that when I took my phone to their house to charge my phone, I notice that the husband was doing somehow so since then I don't always go to their house to charge my phone and I'm a person that i don't go to people house, I need an advice from you guys , Should I attend the naming ceremony or I shouldn't attend the naming ceremony.

I saw a post on instablog where a ladies share her opinion on why you shouldn't marry a man who cannot afford the thing you can do for yourself.

Back to my own view, I think it's not about how much he earn but how much he can give, a man can be rich and be stingy at the same time while a man can be rich, give and still not care about cheating thereby disrespecting your feeling.

I met a guy this year, got to his apartment saw there are no things there when I asked he said he just moved to this state with a new job but still setting up small by small, I said that's good to me for the fact that he's going to one of the old disciplined church while also he has completed is Master unless he has no ambition that he will be definitely good to go.

Later I discovered something about him, he don't used to call unless you chat don't know how it look somehow to me because I don't like calls too but I feel somehow, if you ain't online, he will wait till you come online to chat whether two or more days, he's after sexual thing though he said he's a believer, our house is not far to his place I normally trekked that's why I don't care about tfare at all so one day, I loosed my hair, went to his place to greet him omo he doesn't even look my way but after his satisfaction and later on he began one filmsy excuse of waiting for his brother to come that I should prepare to leave now. it didn't bother me too much until I got home and call my brain to order that am I for real with this guy, I later left him but he keep begging me it's not what I think, but I told him to come and see outside for him to spend assurance while herefused to that

I played my pes 2017 yesterday. But I needed to reinstall my windows today so I took it to a technician. After reinstalling, I put back my pes 2017 to play as usual but I keep encountering the following issues:
1. In settings, I cannot change the quality from low.
2. The resolution is only windows only; there are no full screen resolutions to choose from.
3. The game keeps lagging seriously.

Please can somebody help me...I AM STRANDED!!!

Funny thing. Last year I met this girl tried talking to her she insulted the he’ll outta me. She got pregnant for a guy who left her and ran back to the north.
