The OP was only trying to let you know that, the possibilities of humans, being designed/made is minimal. He already made himself clear enough when he mentioned that some kids are born with deformed heart and other kinds of sicknesses.

If humans were made. Why would any maker make a human with a deformed heart?

I guess this is what the OP meant: If humans were products of evolution, then humans evolved well. But if humans were products of an intelligent design, then the designer is far from being intelligent .
