From the information available to me, the rain was not a normal one - the rain fell only at the crusade venue. An earlier crusade had been called off due to same abnormal rain. So the man of God had to do something about. What matters to us is that the rain stopped and did not achieve it's purpose.

I know you remember that video from the crusade in Abuja where many ended up using their plastic seats for cover from the rain — they carried those things on their heads throughout the downpour unable to hear any of what was being said by your man there.

Also when he was warned not to do his crusade in a South Eastern or South Western city (can't remember which), he quietly shut up. So he couldn't summon angels to guard them from those terrorists?
