Pedophilia is a criminal paraphilia, meaning its an punishable sexual perversion.
Its something one gets addicted to gradually. Many people(even here on Nairaland) have been assaulted as kids by uncles, aunts, parents etc. And this have been around way before porn became common. The causes are maultifactorial and nebulous. Most commonly atteibuted factor is hormonal(though it is inconclusive)
