The threat made by that drunkard praise singer against a highly respected and fabulously wealthy airline owner should be added to the list of terrorist and air piracy charges that must be filed against the criminal drunkard, to show that no person can be above the laws of the land. The boorish alcoholic obviously seeks to harm the airline owner, and thus issued a dangerous threat that could inspire cult followers or intoxicated groupies of the inebriated praise singer, to try and attack the airline owner whose legal team should also take note of this felonious threat made by a drunkard whose violent tendencies include several past instances of shooting innocent people with an ILLEGAL handgun. A violent and unstable alcoholic with such a documented record of unprovoked gunplay, whose rap sheet now includes attempted air piracy MUST be taken seriously when he decides to issue drunken threats while in the throes of his erratic outlaw braggadocio. |
DeepSight:Ah, I see. I just presumed that the OP might be a fellow stoner who tried something a bit more powerful than usual, perhaps a strain from the fabled highlands of Ondo State. |
KillahPriest:Haha no be small ting. Meanwhile detectives from the moon have contacted those in Casablanca so that they can coordinate with their colleagues in Ukraine who will then jointly operate with a special task force based in the South Pole to arrest all polar bears and penguins that are sighted in the vicinity of the Abuja crime scene. |
Sowore should enjoy his detention with those kidnappers occupying the same cell. Maybe he can teach them to be career activists like him so that they can make money from publicity stunts and noise making, rather than from their normal business of kidnapping. |
haggai247:Have no fear, Young Grasshopper. The world will continue to turn without interruption even if Mr. Sowore dies in detention or commits suicide. That little man is of zero consequence to politics beyond that of his family living room. |
OneCandleAway:Donald Trump hates non-American people, but his deepest loathing is reserved for Black Africans, so the US government won't care in the slightest whether some obscure African career activist lives or dies. |
OSUNADC:I sincerely apologize for my lack of insight in these legal matters, and for any offense this may cause to those more familiar with the implications of what you have described. That said, my view of Sowore as a Rebel Without a Cause remains undiminished particularly now that he has busied himself hurling invective at BOTH the ruling party AND the opposition party leadership, among myriad other targets. I fail to appreciate the logic that motivates such a combative attitude in a nation where the retribution of political power can manifest itself in ways that extend far beyond those stipulated by jurisprudence of even the constitution. |
AgreatMan:The drunkard praise singer was at a point grasping at the plane's pitot tube which is a DELICATE transducer that ingests air flow in direct proportion to the speed of the aircraft in flight, generating data that in turn reads out the airspeed of the aircraft on the EHSI component of the flight deck instrumentation. That fat drunkard could easily have BROKEN or DAMAGED that pitot tube if the plane had begun to roll forward with the alcoholic still holding on to it for support of his massive stomach's dead-weight. If that type of damage had occurred, the plane would have been GROUNDED for repairs whose cost would be measured in thousands of dollars, excluding the financial penalties that would be incurred by the airline for lateness, and by passengers for the same reason. I would like to suggest that you renew your eyeglasses subscription and then take a second look at the video clip showing this crime of attempted air piracy. |
ravensckar:The legal technicalities of how senior police officers are assigned are none of my business in Nigeria or anywhere else, sir, so I didn't bother to read through the details you have kindly provided for those who feel it might be their business to evaluate. Nonetheless I thank you for responding to this opinion that I have written today, while I accept that there will be variability of perspective regarding the predicament Mr. Sowore is now facing due to his preoccupation with government policy. |
WizardOfNG:These parallels you have drawn are most insightful. It is almost as though quite a few Nigerians who have seen that foreign countries quickly lock up disorderly people, wind up looking forward to behaving like lunatics when they are back in Nigeria, where they feel entitled to hide behind their African Big Man syndrome as a license to perpetrate anarchy with impunity. |
malali:This is a well-researched and legally watertight presentation of facts that no lawyer dare debate. The drunkard who tampered with the pitot tube of a multi-million dollar jet and tried to commit suicide by throwing himself at the taxiing jet is a menace to aviation that should be black-listed GLOBALLY and IMMEDIATELY. |
Jayhome24:Sowore dey form Mandela when nogo work for am. Make he dey there for cell, dey do yanga with police until dem broke him second hand |
Rindo69:Since Sowore has such utter contempt for the law, as evidenced by the way he shouts and wrestles with police officers at every opportunity, he would be an absolute tyrant if he ever got himself rigged into power as even a local government dog-catcher, talk less president of Nigeria. Let him rot away quietly in his jail cell and waste all his donated money on legal fees. The man is a glutton for attention, and now he should be forgotten where he is behind bars, so he can enjoy the attention of the warder there, while eating watery cockroach-infested beans and delivering his lame speeches to the rats that visit him there. |
eejo:That drunkard musician that has been banned from traveling by air can now prepare his mind for encounters with kidnappers on the roads of Nigeria. |
WizardOfNG:I thank you for this response, WizardofNG. Maybe when Sowore emerges from his latest holiday behind bars, he can get in touch with fellow drunkard musician Wasiu Ayinde of the aircraft wrestling fame, so they can form a new political party as a vehicle for the next electoral defeat that Sowore will record for himself as yet another publicity stunt. |
Mr. Sowore, Nigeria's perennial anti-establishment activist and failed presidential candidate, is a study in the utter folly of hubris in the face of overwhelming odds. Dating back to his days as a student union rabble-rouser, Sowore demonstrated a consistent reckless disregard for his own safety by confronting one Nigerian government after another with allegations ranging from the legitimate to the absurd, yet, as the years turned to decades, the utter futility of his rampages never once seemed to dawn on Sowore, whose passion for publicity remained as fiery as it was when he was a young idealist issuing rallying cries to rented baying mobs of unemployed comedians. Consider, for example, this video clip recorded by Sowore himself, documenting his storming past police guards at the gate of an Abuja court building. While other law-abiding court visitors paused to authenticate the purpose for their arrival at that gate, the pompous and entitled Sowore strode past the police guard, and then became loud and confrontational the instant a polite and respectful police officer ran after him to remind him of the obligation to identify himself and his mission BEFORE entering the court premises. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajZzHXGVLSM In a matter of seconds, Sowore, who frequently reminds the press about his one-time residence in the USA where police instructions can only be ignored by a black man who is suicidal, engaged in a shouting and shoving match with ARMED police officers who remained courteous yet firm in their insistence that EVERYONE seeking to enter that Abuja court premises MUST stop at the gate police post, and explain their mission at the court building BEFORE entering with police permission. The above video clip filmed by Sowore himself epitomizes the mindless arrogance, delusions of grandeur, and comical sense of entitlement that defines his conduct when confronted with authorities and officers of the law. Today, Sowore is sitting in a police cell whimpering about a broken wrist that was no doubt sustained when this loud-mouthed little man AGAIN tried to get physical with police officers who entered his jail cell. It is on record that Sowore has made unfounded public accusations against Nigeria's current head of state, just as he has done against Peter Obi, who contested Nigeria's most recent presidential election. Sowore finds himself in a cell today because he felt entitled to protest the promotion of a senior ranking police officer, as though such matters are the business of ANY civilian commentator. Having spent his entire life poking beehives and sleeping lions with sticks, perhaps now, at long last, Sowore is about to reap the assured dividends due to him as a reward for his lifetime of pointless aggressive confrontation with the powers that be. Opinions supporting or mocking professional noisemaker Sowore, the Don Quixote of Nigeria, are welcome, in response to this short essay. |
bartdece:The nosey frustrated man probably demanded sex from the two women and then became violent when they refused his idea. Jealous people will get desperate enough to kill once they are sexually aroused, so the women are lucky the man didn't produce a knife. |
This is one of the most hysterically funny video clips I have ever seen in my entire life Hahahahaha God breast Nigeria ooooo Man pass manism at its finest |
D00msDay:I salute a fellow Man of Culture blessed with a discerning eye for the good things in life. |
Belleful:Only a person who bats for the other team would fail to recognize the extreme beauty of this songstress. To each his own. |
At today's exchange rate of 1,500 naira to the US dollar, 45 million naira is just $27K USD, which is only enough to rent an apartment for less than a year, leaving the costs of food, transport, electricity, gas and water unpaid. |
ufotunang:There is absolutely nothing "shameful" about a fit young woman in her twenties showing off Papa God's most breathtaking sculpture, since those curves are the subject of every red-blooded man's wet dreams. It is only when the woman stripping down is middle-aged, elderly, obese, and out of shape that she ought to be penalized for failure to hide such ugliness from the public so as not to frighten children and small house pets. Matter of fact, fines should be levied against anyone who is not physically attractive and is found guilty of shedding their clothing in public, with the option of jail with hard labor left on the table for repeat offenders. God breast Nigeria. |
omoredia:If you are a Boko Haram member may I suggest that you stop looking at sexy women and then complaining to Seun. Stick with livestock and you won't feel agitated like this |
yemmie:Apparently the drunkard has a history of shooting innocent people with his illegal handgun. It will be fascinating to see where that wanton violence ultimately lands him. |
Ayra Star is by far the sexiest and fittest Nigerian entertainer these grateful eyes have ever seen. Can't wait to see her bikini pictures. A 20-something woman who is fit, naturally busty, nicely toned in the midsection and not afraid to flaunt her body is a MASSIVE turn on for me. Lord have mercy. |
LagosOrigin:The effects of alcohol are intensified when an aircraft climbs to its cruise altitude so it is fortunate that the drunkard was blocked from staggering aboard the plane with his baby bottle full of ogogoro local gin. The alcoholic should be grateful that he was prevented from boarding the plane in his drunken condition because if he had acted up while the journey was in progress, security officers might have been forced to knock him out and tie him up in the back of the economy section like a bush pig, for the balance of the trip. |
