Domainer1999:
When you filled the lead import info and Dan messaged the buyer, do they provided the buyer a link to purchased it?

therealMcCain:
Is the bolded, the email address you use for outbounding?

Salesbay:
Seems I may port to Daaz//com domain marketplace.
I am so unhappy with this 15% Dan commission, even Escrow charges 3%.
I refused to be ripped-off this Year!!!

Meanwhile I sold ClevelandChiro//com @ $175 this month.

More Sales for everyone.

It only rebranded it. The rich cultists now control the poor ones. They use them as errand boys.. E go be double wahala if you poor dey form cultist. You will die three times.

Domainer1999:
Dey play just they play

2sexycom:
what if that’s because they are in partnership with a certain company? 4M is a lot for a single company to own. I doubt it.

Mrblaze06:
Hello fellow domainers, please I want to know if searching for an end-user for a domain city+apartment, can I also send email to property management companies too in the same city?

HIScraziness:
You need to download the beta version of it. many of us were having that same problem but the beta fixed it... send me a PM

schullten:
You need a strong network for it to work. Try restarting your system too. And try again.

schullten:
Use another network or refresh your network.

Congrats Bro, this is motivating, my current portfolio is 9 without a sale yet, but I know more sales are coming soon for me.

Bro please I have a question, is it advisable to use the Main email used in registering my domain to outbound, I’m just scared for google not to ban it.

daharry:
Just when I'm starting to take domaining serious, I'm hearing of private WhatsApp groups

Despite the supposedly negative connotation that the word, JAPA, carries against Nigeria (people leaving on the ground of hardship and insecurity for a better life abroad), see how this brilliant and patriotic Nigerian answered the white diplomat when she asked what the meaning of JAPA is:

Boss

No need to share sales with hidden name, its just showing off.

Please what do you mean by buyers privacy?

Greenscientist:
I don't see profit in this sell-through-rate.

50 domain cost $500, how is selling on profitable?

Do you buy domains based on search volume and CPC?

jamih:
This does not mean it sold. I think it was previously sold to an end-user, and they did not change the DNS till it dropped and become available to handreg. The new person registered it and point name to dan.com , it will still be showing sold, since it was previously sold on Dan. I have similar case with veterinaryoncologist.com, sold since 2019/2020 , I think it dropped, somebody registered and point to Dan, still showing sold.
I hope i'm wrong and the person made a sale.
