@Hambruzzy, u can apply, dey won't stop u frm applyin coz of ur money. Bt, 2 be frank wif u, u won't be admitted! Limme tell u diz, in each department, only 50 at most 70 direct entry candidates are admitted, while over 200 people who did ABU diploma apply yearly. Some have finished their diploma program 3-4yrs ago n stil not gotten admission. So, i'll advice u 2 either apply 2 the skul u did ur diploma or luk 4 a Uni dat accepts external diploma. ABU DOESN'T DONT WASTE UR MONEY N TIME!!
