Jakumo: This type of mob looting of vehicles is a completely new development in Nigeria, a nation where petty thieves are typically beaten to death and set aflame. The social consciousness that deters average Nigerians from participating in theft, has in the past few weeks begun to erode to the extent that thievery and looting by swarming mobs are coming to be regarded as normal ways to "make a living" on the mean streets of Nigeria.
The natural progression that typically ensues when hunger-crazed swarms of people completely lose their fear of punitive mob lynching and unhesitatingly engage in theft out of pure survival instinct, is likely to play out in the form of a military coup organized by mid-level officers who could at any moment regard the unfolding hunger-induced anarchy spreading in Nigeria, as their cue to make a bid for the national treasury by seizing power in a coup that may or may not be bloody.
Lumarstone: Both states are really big in size but there major problem is that greater parts of there land is occupied by water; Thus, making them the smallest states with land mass in Nigeria.
I left..!
Yeah, you're correct. Land is actually a premium in Bayelsa state especially.
shoodboi2: There can't be pics because it didn't happen. He just wants to voice out his anger about young guys driving vehicles he cannot afford.
Lolz. I thought as much because with such grave allegations of manslaughter, there should have been a proof of claims by way of pics of either the said road, the dead passerby, the cars involved in the accident or the yahoo boys.
guobe: Yahoo boys in Nigeria are turning something else. They are now like a virus as it has engrossed all facet of the society with some parents even buying laptops for their kids so they can use in starting the internet fraud. You see young boys of barely 22 years driving a 40 to 50 million naira worth of car and he does not have any genuine source of fund and not from a wealthy home. As I was in my car coming home from work today,I heard on the radio that in one of the road projects I am supervising,a car killed a pedestrian that was just walking by as two yahoo boys were doing car racing in the newly constructed road and one of them lost control and rammed into this innocent pedestrian just walking by the side of the road. He was killed instantly and his body parts decapitated. The yahoo boys are turning a nuisance in our society with their cursed money and they will certainly get their repercussions in no distant time as they have chosen the path of destruction.
thymetraveler: Omoh yesterday I prepared a delicious egusi soup, garnished with chicken breast, pomo, goat meat, titus fish, dry fish and okporoko (stock fish)--in addition to other essential ingredients like spicy (knorr and star), pumpkin leaf, etc etc.
Had a go at it yesterday evening and it was really good Then I warmed it like around 11:00pm.
This morning, I warmed it like around 8:00 am; I would have frozen it in my freezer but I was expecting a fellow friend who'd told me he would be coming around so I didn't see the need for freezing it yet.
Now, this evening, I just remembered it when it was already 9:50pm--that's the thing sometimes with remote work; one could get engrossed in it sometimes especially if it's my kind that has to do with coding/programming and code analysis. I just totally forgot
By the time I got to the soup, I saw it was almost starting to "foam", and I quickly put it on fire. After warming, it doesn't have the fresh taste it had anymore. Tastes a LITTLE bit sour and lacking flavour
Has anyone experienced this? What did you do to the soup (or what can be done)? Food experts.

fidelmarshal199: How was he able to carry out the transfer from zenith bank to the opay account? Did your sister supplied her the password/pin?
I wanted to ask d same question. Cos I know you need a password/biometric access to open a bank app. Also you need a pin to send money after confirming that account number and amount on the bank app.
eepeepook: Abuja suppose dey the list. I lived in a house wired all the way from the financial district. We had steady electricity all through my two year stay. The voltage was low whenever the national grid was down, however no blackouts of any sort. Living there was no different from being abroad. I completely forgot how it felt to sleep in darkness.
Whalis: If Tinubu has a desire to carry out this gigantic project let it start from several ends if it is not audio. Let there be a start from Calabar to Lagos. Another starts from Port Harcourt and just like that. If the project must start from only an end let it be the Calabar end. The project may start from Lagos and end in Lagos if it starts from Lagos.
This Tinubu government will begin in Lagos and end in Ondo state. I know Yoruba people, their self-centeredness is epic.
perfectsusanoo: money no too de but im stucked between light bill or donkey/horse meat. One needs to go to balance moi budget but i cannot live without donkey meat. Atleast twice a week.
