Watchtower Operates like a typical Business Corporation with A Governing body, A President, A vice president, Shareholders and Publishers. In the past, they used to call Congregations Companies. Every Publisher is required to submit Field service reports every month which Watchtower uses to give to the Government in order to maintain their fake NGO status. An organisation that doesn't engage in any form of Charity events to help its members and others is not an NGO. It is a Business. But Watchtower claims to be an NGO to the Government. When Watchtower was formed, it was specified to the shareholders that Watchtower is NOT a Religion. It is a Business. JWS are deceiving themselves that they are in a Religion. The shareholders are smiling to the bank after every Annual meeting when they calculate all the profits (JW Voluntary contributions) they have made. Ask the foolish JWs here if they have ever been invited to Watchtower's Annual meeting. Only Shareholders and a few specially invited JWs go there. And there is usually another inner Caucus meeting they hold telling you that everything is secretive and only known to a certain group of people.

We have already seen a Testament to the Op from the responses of JWs in this forum. Different therapists in the US have noticed an increase in visitations of JWs to their psych wards. Some have also noticed a lot of JW kids needing Guidance and Counselling in some schools. Their kids are not buying their bullshit. A lot of their families are Dysfunctional. The Cult is a demanding one that affects the psychological state of JWs but they won't admit it because they are supposed to be Jehovah's organisation, the happiest people on earth living a better life than others.
