All I can say for now, from my tested "street sense", is that this person is NOT from Akwa-ibom.

Effwazobia: Yes I would blame the Northerners, because they designed Nigeria in a way that all the resources from the various states goes to the federal government (who are control and have been controlled by the Aboki's). How do you think the Aboki's got the licenses to all your oil wells? Then they turn around and give your state representative crumbs so they can keep cool. So don't you see the role of the Aboki in all of this?

@ topic - Nice houses nonetheless but most interior decor have always been underwhelming or tackily extravagant.
I got my own radical ideas for interior decor; open plan living, stone cut(not marble) kitchen top and more. However the security situation means houses like this means potentially installing burglary proof which makes a house ugly in my opinion.

Architects too should push the boundary, some of their designs are a bit boring.
