Bros this looks like genital warts, go see your doctor immediately and avoid self treatment. You don't even need to UnCloth for the doctor, just show him this picture during consultation. |
Faber:Bros what's the medicine |

Please can we see the pictures of the property. Thanks |
CruzJoe:First of all, I'm not a mechanic, I just happened to know a very close family member that owes one for hire purchase and the driver has finished paying the money. No stress, no Breakdown everyday, low maintenance and ruggedity. It mostly comes in red colour and it's right hand drive, so its here they convert to left hand. The one have seen are usually automatic but they say its same with manual which is rare, majority of all these mini buses comes in automatic too so no issues. Except the latest Daihatsu or Suzuki that comes in 4 plugs majority of mini buses comes in 3 plugs including the Mitsubishi. We are business guys, why buy a 4 plug mini bus for 950k to 1 million minus other expenses like buying of chairs, registering in garage, plate number etc how much do you want to give it out as hire purchase? Because hire purchase is usually double the cost of putting the bus on the road. Which driver will agree to sign such a deal unless he is a novice because 3 years he is still paying which I see as slavery because he will be paying 2 million plus. A new Mitsubishi my friend just bought cost him 850k to put it in the road, including cost of the bus, construction of chairs, plate number etc.. he also retains the original colour without respraying. He gave it out in May last month for 1,700,000 and the driver grabs it shap shap. Is it not the same 20k per week Mitsubishi driver will deliver that cost the owner 850k total package that the driver of suzuki or Daithtsu of 1.2million total package will deliver. Are passengers complaining? Don't look at Suzuki or Daitshu packaging oooo , nah consistent weekly delivery we are talking about here and Maximum return on investment with peace of mind. Please ask the dealers themselves for honest feedback and you will be wowed by what they will tell you. Gracias |
CruzJoe:It's not as common as Daihatsu or Suzuki because people attention has not been drawn to it. Its many in Nnewi or Owerri along Aba Owerri Expressway. Many dealers are there, just make your findings yourself, the bus is far more reliable than hyped Daihatsu or Suzuki. |
Greatgreatest:Since you are in Anambra you may visit any mini bus dealers in Onitsha or Nnewi. Just make your findings yourself and you will be surprised that Daihatsu or suzuki is just overhyped. If they don't have Mitsubishi dont allow them talk you into buying what they have, find anyplace where Mitsubishi is being sold along with other buses then ask for preference. As a business man think of low cost of production and maximum return on investment. Strong engine of 65k versus average engine of 120k. The choice is yours to make. |
Greatgreatest:First of all my recommendation is that Both Daihtasu and Suzuki are not commercial oriented. They are not that strong and very expensive to maintain, their engine comes with gear total package cost like 120k. Why not consider Mitsubishi mini bus, bro you will never regret, it's cheaper max you will get is 750k, engine and gear cost 65k. Very strong body and commercial oriented, hardly breaks down and 3 plug engine. Make your research and be objective about your findings. Peoples eye are now on Mitsubishi. |
delkuf:Bros its obvious you didn't notice these red flags during courtship. The red flags were obviously there, its only very I mean very experience people that can unearth some certain characters in people even if its hidden. There is always a trace, nah eagle eye go pick am, lol. That's why its good and advisable for young guys to always mandate their families to help check their wives to be properly and go with their unbiased opinions. Secondly some things might be responsible, take a look inward e.g pregnancy hormones or bad character from you, so examine yourself. Thirdly if you've examined yourself and your conscience is clear, I will strongly advised as an experienced ninja in the game. Don't allow her get pregnant for you again, re-evaluate your relationship with her and prepare for the worse, who knows you may need to travel light without baggage, if kids are many it will be difficult and you will be miserable and stuck. People may advise with their own opinions but won't share in your misery, we all deserve to be happy. Money isnt everything life isnt a bed of Roses. Dont allow anyone makes you feel less of a man. Now your experience in life in now plus one, meaning I can't know it all till it happens to you. Gracias |
mulero23:Bros which kain nonsense you dey tolerate, baba no fall our hands ooo. You knew what you went through to be where you are today to achieve the level of success you have today so you deserve an accolade fro coming this far in life, please don't allow any wicked woman make you feel less of a man. Truly you need to marry but don't settle for a cheat who sees you as a very weak man and pussy idiot Always learn to be bold, call her and give her a very stern warning never to use your head and if she doesn't change abeg send her away. Plenty women abounds that are very loyal, believe bro, loyal women dey just try to be patient and dont marry or date because of physical attributes alone that's what causes majority of our problems as guys because those physical assets you see those ladies knew they possess them and other guys wanna have a feel of it too, so they easily use it to get what dey want though not all sha, but majority do. Its only few that respect loyalty, just search and find, dey abound, and you may try above 27/28 years they are more stable. Your current gal is just using you as table tennis. Thunder faya devil, be an alpha male bro. It works bro, the guy she's cheating on is the alpha while you be the beta...Up your game and discard her, good woman are waiting for you but weakness and low self esteem is dragging you back. Give yourself a treat man, you deserve it. |
jenkini:Bros calm down, I can see you are typing angrily which did a slight mess to your narrative. Try read and re-type your story. |
empire2017:Bros why not go and see a reputable lawyer, like a SAN . To be the best of my knowledge power of attorney means the person you are empowering that person to negotiate for you on behalf of the family. Don't be surprised that does disturbing you will secretly put their names as lifetime beneficiaries of any largees coming from the company. Go get a reputable lawyer ASAP and he will guide you properly and protect you from these evil people. They are evil because they know what you and your mum don't know, so they want to exploit you. They may even discourage you from getting a lawyer because he will surely tackle them headlong. The lawyer may demand a fee, but its worth it cos a lawyer of high repute has a name to protect. Please I beg again go connect with a high calibre lawyer now... |
jmanity:Sorry for late reply. When the recruitment is still in progress. You will see "application received" or " initial review" or "further review", their recruitment usually takes time spanning across 2/3/4 months. But when you are unsuccessful, first they will send you a regret mail and your status which previously reads " initial review or further review" will be wiped off. What you will just see is the job role you applied for and the date the regret mail was sent below the job role you applied for. |
Luckyomon:Bros the culture test you got is computer generated. Be that as it may, prepare your mind for the worst case scenario of being screened out cos your candidate profile on their job portal won't be reviewed further. From experience, when you apply to BAT your profie will read application received, then to initial review and finally to further review which means you may 90% of the time invited for assessment centre or face to face interview with them as the case may be. So on your year of graduation issue, don't be surprised if your application reads initial review or application received till the end of the entire recruitment, meaning you are not considered. Only candidates with status " further review" have great chances of being invited to their office. Gracias... |
MStar09:You mean you've gone for assessment centre between february and now? Please bro when did you submit your application for the TMR role. |
MStar09:Bros this particular thread you are commenting is 2017 oooo, anyways there was this application for TMR since February this year. Guys are still waiting for AC, so the AC you went for, is it for this particular TMR role of February this year? Waiting for your reply. |
clow:Hello Clow, i'm moved by your story. Firstly there is nothing wrong with you, all i see is a young vibrant and energetic young man with a strong passion for success, so calm down we have been there before. So few advice for you if you wish. 1. In situations like this you must try as much as possible to ignore things around you because life is not a competition everybody on their own lane. You envy your peers because of their achievements but God forbid if evil befalls their enemy you will thank God secretly its not you, since you envy their achievements why not envy their misfortunes too? 2. I may be wrong though but i see you as someone who doesn't concentrate on sensitive stuffs thats why you miss out on things by a whisker. You need to control your thoughts and emotions to focus on ONE particular thing at every giving time. Search yourself deeply , what do you really want. Do i wanna go abroad or search for a better job? I dont see why you shouldn't blast your IELTS exams, you saying your writing skills messed you up is a no no for me, bury your damn head in books and be meticulous, i mean meticulous at filing any damn documents about your abroad dreams, seek advice from core professionals, watch every steps you take carefully as if you wanna report it to your boss. Concentrate bro, concentrate!!! One of my Islamic cleric always advised that in times of tribulations we should concentrate on one particular thing that matter to us. He likened life to a very hard rock but God gave humans a very strong hammer . So keep hitting that particular spot on the rock and it will surely crack. Your hammer is your concentration, your hammer is your determination, your hammer is your extra hardwork, your hammer is your prayers!!! Just keep hitting it on that one particular thing(either on a new good job or abroad dreams) and i see you succeeding exceedingly. Cheers |
tunjijones:Thanks for the enlightenment. |
hisexcellency34:That is Alhaja Haba Folawiyo. The widow of the late business mogul Chief Iyanda Folawiyo of the Folawiyo group. Pastor Adefarasin must come from a very influential background himself, i am even guessing he is an inlaw to Chief Ojora Adekunle, meaning the pastor and the senate president(Bukola Saraki) are son inlaw to the Ojoras, i may be wrong though. Happy birthday sir. |
I must say I'm impressed with your hustling spirit for making up your mind to relocate to Lagos. Now we need more info to advise you properly , are you married with kids? If yes you must factor them in your accommodation arrangements in terms of the size of the house and the neighbourhood should be conducive for proper upbringing of children. If you are single and starter why not look for a self contain first then upgrade later when you have understood the dynamics of living in crazy city like Lagos. I believe 250-300k is high for a starting hustler unless you a regular source of income because 1 year is not long ooo, to avoid stories with ruthless landlords. In terms of security I know ikorodu is relatively calm, but why your choice of Ikorodu.? Why not pick a place that is somehow strategic like Ifako ijaye. It's an epicentre, not far from Ikeja, few kilometre from Lagos ibadan expressway In case your travelling and entering Lagos at night, few minutes drive to connect 3rd mainland bridge if visiting the island. And cost of living ain't bad too. But if you have made up your mind to stay in ikorodu avoid new sites area, live in areas that are fully developed with activities and not lonely neighbourhood that your safety and security can easily be compromised. Cheers |
CzarChris:Bros with due respect to you , are you married? Because the guy you quoted is right and you are very wrong. Ask around and people who are sincere will tell you parenting is hardwork. You need youthful energy to raise kids, you can't cheat nature. Raising kids is hectic and no child's play, there is time for everything. If you marry in your forties and give birth say 42 years, presently you may fill nothing but 18 years after you will be 60 years, haba do you want to train a child till you die? Imagine if they are two or three, it's awkward for grandpa like you to be worried about 18 years, 15 years old kids, at that age you be retired, resting and taking your health seriously. God forbids if one of them is stubborn growing up you will fizzle out, that's why kids who grow up with grandparents are spoilt brats. Even at 45 years age as a young dad in the peak of your career raising babies/toddlers for you and wife nah war. Waking up at midnight, I swell you go get migraine. I know what I'm saying. Our parents were able to put in energy for us because they had us with there youthful strength, I just wonder how this generation always think they are smarter than men and women of yesteryears, and in all ramifications they beat us hands down in achievements, longlife, marital bliss and happy ending. We love fooling ourselves so much with career jargons, and " I'm still waiting for perfect partner gibberish" as if they exist somewhere. Even the white marry early, the point I'm making is if you start early, you rest early. So be truthful to yourself. Life is a journey, you settle down as you go in life. Gracias. |
Kenfil:The way this generation handles the subject of marriage calls for great concern. I seldomly comment on nairaland but i had to pour my mind on this issue. I dont know how old you are but i would advise you to calm down for the sake of your overall happiness in old age. You are not smarter, more intelligent than women of old who applied wisdom in their home affairs of which you and I were products of such. Why do we love to chicken out of our problems rather than facing it squarely and win. So after toiling hard with your husband for years, the moment he cheats on you the best thing to do is to walk away? I'm not holding brief for my gender but I believe with this mentality of " he cheats, i cheat back or he cheats i'l walk away " makes the marital future of this generation so bleak. There is an adage in Yoruba that says" this issue is your issue and you say I'm going to the farm I have no time for nonsense" my people say come back from that your farm in 100 years that your issue you avoided then, is waiting for you in the cooler. So why not address it and win. Don't allow anyone fool you to believe if you walk away there is one innocent gentle man who will not look over your shoulder, it's a rare gift to be contented with a single lady truth be told. As a middle age myself i have brought up this issue within my male folks and it will shock you the reason why some don't cheat. 1. A man that is broke need not cheat because he's setting himself up for embarrassment because it take few cash to indulge in adultery. Sometimes it even expensive depending on your status, she ain't your wife so sex is not FREE. 2. When the size of manhood is funny and its not working optimally .So why show your John Thomas to the world and become a laffing stock because if your carry 5 ladies they will all see your unclothedness , so it's safe to stick with one's wife because she can't be so daft to make my case a subject of ridicule among her friend. 3. Natural low libido. 4. Grace of God. Two days or so the social media was agoged even up till now the divorce saga of Jeff Bezos the world wealthiest. As polished, exposed and socially upright in the eyes of the world he still engages in illicit affairs. Sister leave it or take it the two genders ain't wired the same way. The earlier you get this the better for you. Don't get me wrong, I'm not justifying cheating but this issue has refused to go way for ages so what's the matter, why kill yourself over it. Today's women always threatening to walk away, no problem but today's guys too will be wiser by not marrying your gender legally in the long run, so many children will be raised singlehandedly by women while the males continue with there wayward lifestyles. So eventually that depression you ran way from will be staring you in the eyes while raising your kids yourself. You can't fight him since he's performing his fatherly role. As he grows old being a single cassanova he retires fully or partially womanising and woman who knows how to manage him sticks around obviously for companionship. You that left many years back, will be struggling with nature not disappoint yourself or your kids by not flirting around, why go through all that torture. Even when you decide to settle down what number are you going to be in that marriage. Please think, when the natural pressure is much you may discover you are sharing someone's husband with the rightful owner, and remember you were once a rightful owner. My dear ladies please be calm and try to apply wisdom, it's key. There is a trend in town now of your fiance female bestie being the best man, I have two examples now of the husband sleeping with the besties after marriage. Anything that can expose your man to danger should be fought, guard your homes, don't claim to be socially correct so that society won't tag you an insecure woman. Make that marriage work, it's your home don't go for an invader, the battle must be won. @Op please pray for husband and call up that shameless woman if need be, threaten her to reveal to her husband and colleagues the amorous affairs she is having with your man, and be ready to do it. She will fear you and adjust. God bless and protect your home. Gracias. |
Staceyjohnsn:sorry sister for your predicament, though I'm not a lawyer but I know in matters of divorce, if a partner is proving to be stubborn by not releasing the marriage certificate with the help of your lawyer you can approach that same registry you did your court marriage for a copy of the certificate like a duplicate in their log book. I have forgotten what they call it, but is not a too difficult thing to get just approach a lawyer and you will be fine. Please next time learn to look before you leap, love is not everything okay, it's obvious the guy is not into you, cut your losses now. Better luck next time and try and marry within your status and not low people, they are energy drainers .Gracias |
AntiWailer:oh thanks for sharing, so apart from dying interstate which we don't pray happens to him , I don't think there should be any fuss about it. |
AntiWailer:for knowledge seek, does it mean he can't re-marry any woman traditionally? while pursuing his divorce case in the future. |
emmieachichi:take heart bro, all the best in your future endeavours. So you mean you didn't do any phone interview with the guy from Romania? |
emmieachichi:take heart bro, all the best in your future endeavours. So you mean you didn't do any phone interview at all? |
