Guy morning bro, thanks for this info, please I need more clue concerning sandy I went to the address u specified and met a security man and told me to come before 9am and he told me they don't accept CVs. But I'll still try again tomorrow.
sorry for replying late, I have been offline for days. Like I said earlier that you may be turned down but find a way to get your CV submitted. And next time when you go job hunting try avoid security guards, for me they are spoilers and carrier of bad news. Pls insist on seeing the sandy management staff in their office. Their office has two entrances one at the main building ground floor and the other at the back adjacent the security man house. Good luck.

Good evening my fellow Nlanders.

I am an O.N.D holder in Mass Communication. Before going back for my H.N.D, i want to learn a hand-work.

I want to learn a work that will feed me in the nearest future even without furthering my education.

I live in Kaduna.

Please, all i need is your advise on which work you feel will fetch me money when I become an expert.

Thanks.
Well it depends on how much of your time you are willing to dedicate to your apprenticeship and the financial requirements in settings yourself up as a boss.

For me I would advise you consider barbing. Under a year you become an expert and you will surely take care of yourself with it during your HND by barbing your fellow students in the hostel. Believe me its very lucrative, you may do your findings.

Finally I really appreciate your foresight, you are indeed prepared for the future. How I wish I had s skill during my own time, maybe my hussles would not be this stressful but it is well sha. Bravo!!!

one with any info on

control jobs around
Igbesa, Lusada and
Agbara part of Ogun
state should please
post it or send the info
to
gracedammy36@gmail.com.
I have HND in
Microbiology.
You better go to Agbara market on jida road and ask of where GOTV office is located. The shopping complex that houses that GOTV office also houses a well known human resources management company called SANDY management. For more than a decade now they recruit for Nestle, Unilever, reckitt and for most multinationals in that Agbara axis, you can make your findings.

Though they recruit only contracts staffs but you can start from somewhere and while you are inside the company you prepare yourself for any staff conversion exam. I know people who took that route mostly in Nestle.

So prepare you CV and go by first week of January because that's when companies usually employs because old staffers usually retires and sent forth by December. U may be turned down by sandy saying no vacancy but don't be despised look for someone that knows someone to influence them in taking your CV. In that your Lusada, igbesa, Agbara just find people that work in the manufacturing sector to help you influence your job search with sandy okay. I guess you still be learner lol... Wish you well in your fruitful job search come 2017.

I honestly didn't see it coming.. we were friends for almost two years, he asked me out for over 8months, I kept him in a friend zone because I wasn't mentally ready for a relationship.. we dated now for roughly a year.. the truth is I don't know how to be tough in a relationship.. that's why I often take my time before getting into one.. he said things like am too good for him and he wants the best for me, I need to get married in at most a year or two and he won't be ready in another five or more and he doesn't want to tie me down cos he is not certain of the future. So I can't really say if he was using Me or not cos I don't in any way look like anyone's mother.
So sorry op, but didn't you define the relationship from onset as per what he wants to achieve with you? Didn't you ask him questions? So it is now he knows his future is uncertain abi, he must really be a player and unserious fellow.

He just exploited your "not too tough or feeble way of handling emotions" to get to your pants. I fully understand how you feel and how emotionally drained you are. But please pull yourself together and fight for a better life for yourself and your first child. You have a destiny my sister so don't allow too much baggage weigh you down or re- direct your path. Stand up and do the needful.

You may have to abort but promise yourself it will never happen again and learn to be circumspect about life. What do I really want in life? Tame your body, your Mr right will come that will love you with your condition. You are an adult sex is no food, don't ever engage in unproductive and unbeneficial relationship again. Define what you really want from the onset with your next relationship and ask God for guidance. It is well with you and your child, brace up now and fight for a better tomorrow for yourself. You deserve to be happy!!!
PoliticsRe: What Does It Take To Register A Political Party? by jasper83: 12:27pm On Dec 18, 2016
Olaide1295:
This is a very noble idea and I have been thinking of it for a while too. We have to be pragmatic about it if we want success.
My advice:
1. Let some 5-7 ppl who have the passion, time and knowhow form a WhatsApp group in the beginning.
2. Come up with eligibility requirements for potential members( a small fee may be included)
3. Create a Google form to accept entries(Name, emails, DOB, local government and state etc.
4. A quarterly meeting will be held. It is at that meeting that real matters will be discussed.

Since it'll be a revolution, we need movers and shakers.
I was just discussing this same issue with my mum last night when I went visiting. That this idea of youth takeover has been running through my mind after the election of Donald Trump that truly there is possibility in impossibility if we are strategic, patriotic and put our best into it.

I told her that I observed during the 2015 election that mouth doesn't win elections but eligible voters do, I mean people with PVC's. I told her that for example I'm not trying to be tribalistic here but I observed that all the places the Igbos' won in Lagos either as national assembly members or state assembly members, they won by the bloc votes of their tribesmen/ women in those constituencies. That was why they were crying before the elections that their PVC's where deliberately hidden by INEC in places like Isolo, Mushin, Osodi etc to deny them voting because they could cause some havoc with it and they did. Remember our ifeanyi ubah was boasting that they could deliver Lagos. He knew the enormous voters he could count on.

They have educated themselves in their indigbo meetings that majority of Yoruba people don't have the tenacity to register for PVC and I myself was guilty of that. The Okada riders, the spare parts sellers will leave there store and queue for hours just to get the PVC but we the so called " busy career people" are laid back citing tiredness or know time just to spare for national issues that consigns our national lives, but nah we be political analyst pass, we are just tooth bull dogs or paper tigers.

So on the D-day these artisans will galvanized themselves together and give their own personally nominated candidates their bloc votes. Naso leaders are made ooo.
I remember vividly that we are just looking like mumu when my brothers from the east with PVC's are just making things happen at the polling stations. I was helpless as they won that unit for PDP and I promised myself that come 2019 no matter the time constraints I must get my PVC to have a voice. Just one vote can make a difference.

This mission is 100% achievable and I'm in for it. Don't let us discourage ourselves because those political bastards are here monitoring events. Nigerian youths must be resolute. This country is ours and the revolution we need is that of determination and common sense. Nobody needs to die. Why die for a cause you believe,we all need to witness our heaven on earth here while still alive. This logic is what we can use to outsmart them 100%. Gracias

Mopricelezz:
Sometimes I wonder if there are no jobs in Ibadan. I have searched, searched and searched.. To be honest frustration is gradually settling in.

I am appealing to 'job owners' in Ibadan, please help a sister out. I have my Masters and Bachelors degree in English. I can teach English, Literature-in-English, in fact I can serve as a Front desk officer, Customer care agent.

Thanks in anticipation.
why don't you consider relocating to Lagos, that is the honest truth sis, if you are unmarried pls consider it. Most jobs in Nigeria is Lagos base and with your qualification I bet by the special grace of God getting jobs will be easy. There is a thread on job section created by one Debbie, it is called unadvertised jobs, I usually see vacancy for people like you there daily for the post of executive assistant, to P.A, to confidential secretary and all that. Even customer service job is unlimited.

pls don't waste your time in that dull city, even majority of people who have good jobs in Ibadan are posted there from Lagos because all great multinationals you can think of resides in Lagos that is why 8 out of 10 jobs in Nigeria is Lagos based. Think about it

Please what is the criteria for recruitment in schlumberger? I graduated with a 2:1 in Electrical Engineering. Although I do not have much experience in Engineering except IT related areas. I sent my application to the HR sub sahara recruitment officer who replied me to update my application on their website and send him my registration number so that his team will review it. I was already dancing and making merry that soon I will get an invite only to discover a regret mail sent to my email few weeks later.
I tried replying him why I was not invited for a test despite making a good result and from a federal university, he never replied.
My question is does anyone know how they select people? is it masters, 5 years experience or what? Please any tip will be highly appreciated thank you.
bro you are very funny. So you think you will just get an invite just like that because of ur second class upper grade. Nigerian youth never seems to surprise me. Guy we are talking about an oil servicing firm here, what they need is SKILL, SKILL & SKILL. You better ask people around the relevant CERTIFICATIONS in the oil industry you need to acquire for you to take your career to the next level. Sit up man this is not a graduate trainee program. The reason why the HR guy never replied you is because he sees you as a learner and novice who Still brag with paper qualification. All the guys that I know that work with this coys are certification personified and embodiment of TECHNICAL KNOW HOW. Wake up man! Wake up!!

I read somewhere of lately about a guy that drew a Fanta bottle in 3D and in no time got a response from Fanta. So what I'm saying is find a way to push your work aggressively. U may look for some world class organization and do something creative on them and push it Facebook, twitter etc. Bravo

As i am typing, crude oil is being lifted for export.Who told you oyel is no longer selling?Though few countries boycotted Nigeria crude oil because of the ban place on foreign goods by the slowpoke.
my friend nobody is arguing with you on the sales of crude, but the price its sold is the issue here. It was sold above $130 last five years but know hovering around $40 so do the mathematics.
BusinessRe: Guinness Nigeria Gets Diageo Loan To Help With Currency Shortages by jasper83: 8:11am On Sep 22, 2016
Love Machine:
The reason for dollar shortage is as a result of restrictions of dollar to manufacturers to source raw materials abroad which are not available in the country and not as a result of slump in crude oil price.
you must be a learner, don't you know that crude oil export is our main earnings in dollars in international markets. Since the price slumped the dollars earnings/saving of the country falls. And our economy is import driven meaning all we do is dollar related, from fuel importing, medical trips abroad, importation of sugar, rice, wheat, clothes, payment of schools fee abroad all on this dollar in foreign reserves. Now the dollar is not enough to go around to service our previous lifestyle of importation of many decades. That is why restrictions is placed on some supposedly secondary needs to the country so that more needs like fuel import, pharmaceutical drugs can come in. Its just a case of government priorities for now.

For smart firms who can persevere, this is the time to source locally and put less pressures on the dollar as their on contributions to help the country out. I don't envy the president at all because no government can perform any magic, or can you spend what you don't have? Finally I think Nigerians should be schooled on how our own economy works so that people can understand the fundamentals and not cry blue murder always with some unpatriotic comments and unnecessary bashings.

Can someone tell me what more certification I could do.

I have experiences in maintenance, installation and project management. I possess an expertise in the field of Health, Safety and Environment as well as Project Management and have undergone training in Fire Safety and Risk Assessment with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).

Additionally, I have excelled academically with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (Second Class Upper) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri – Imo State and have successfully completed my National Youth Service Corp training.

I'm looking forward to doing my masters in automation and robotics next year.
bro instead of that automation and robotics WHY NOT Instrumentation and Control. Because the former especially that robotics seems somehow in present day Nigeria but the later is hot hot anyday anytime, this is just my own observation in present Nigeria job market, I may be wrong though.

I don't want you to be carried away by your academic prowess by studying something that will wow people and puff up your self esteem that you are a genius, but financially not that rewarding. I know what I'm talking about. Choose the former if you want to go into academics because it's field is wide and researchable. Choose the later and see job invite and offer letter flood your email. My two cents.

Hello Arthurshelly,

Thats how I got the advert too. I am seeking the location. It sounds like a good job and it is definitely not a GNLD scam.

It would be nice to know the company before applying. As desperate as one is I am only interested in investing my time and other resources in applying for a job in a serious company that is interested in recruiting immediately. I also will not apply for Indian, Lebanese and Chinese companies. I have no intention whatsoever of working for any Asian ever again. I would rather work for peanuts from a Nigerian, anytime.

Meanwhile, the only food company I found on Iju road is UNO Noodles and they are experiencing some insolvency crisis at the moment.
