Nairalanders I need your advice on this, I met a young boy of 12 years that raps just like reminisce as in he raps well in my own judgment. He has been pestering me to hook him up but I'm not a music person. I don't want to discourage the boy because he is talented.

Music people in the house, help link this boy up in your little way. Waiting for your comments.

Let's see how it goes, but from a reliable source all recruitments has been suspended till further notice. Reason cos there's global merger agreements going on between lafarge group and holcim group (a switzerland cement company). And another source told me they might invite people directly interview cos is not a general recruitment just for sales position alone. You can add me on BBM for more discussion 3316317B

No. Infact Dangote re-advertised that vacancy last week Friday. I think people did nt take them serious bcs of the 2012 dangote truck driver flop, so may be they are having low application. But they may be serious this time around. The new advertisements closes 5th June. Tell ur friends and make sure u re-apply. Chikena

Thank God some of u left on ur own accord and not been sacked over the phone. 2nd Jan 2013 they just called from lagos that we should hand over our ID card to the branch manager.....and that was all. After putting all our effort in it. I can remember that guy Toba olusole with one igbo boy who was heading the southeast zone very unreliable set of people.

at this stage I just ve to say a big thank u to my boss then who felt our pain and went out of his way to help us one way or the other. Mr Muyiwa Agbalaja. May u continue to meet favour. Amen.

After leaving access bank, I entered into the worse bank ever in this world. Stanbic ibtc which is a story for another day.

Minimum of second class upper, minimum of first class, minimum of Masters, minimum of ICAN......... when on earth will they start taking a minimum of a pass certificate to accommodate graduates like me. I don graduate since 2010, I never ever receive ordinary one job test invite, even if na by mistake. GNLD guys sef no gree invite me for interview sotey I dey bombard them daily with my cv, those e-diots still no wan invite me. angry I don tire sef, e be like say na to commit suicide sure pass. angry

FriedPlantain
I feel your pain bro if this your claim is real. But come to think of it graduating with a pass is not a death sentence and not an end to ones success in life. Its all about you, you, and you. Wat about a situation u graduated wit a 2-1, or a first and you are still a 30 year old serving corp member,u go kill ya self. This HR people won't still look your side because they a looking for a way to cut down applications, infact those people go through a lot during short listing hence the high bench mark set.

Now to you don't be too hard on yourself but should let go of the past that doesn't add to your future. Why not do a thorough soul searching and look within urself! Yes within urself and consider entrepreneurship, life is funny may be you aren't cut out for a life of servitude.

How many will the coys take for their program eventually, max 25 lobatan! There are so many great threads here on nairaland. I will particularly advice you and anybody reading this thread to check the profile of a lady here called catered4 on her agric business, I bet u any ambitious fellow will be moved. Things are happening bro and crazy cash is flying around daily, open your eyes and encourage your self!
Jobs/VacanciesRe: How To Introduce Yourself At A Job Interview by jasper83: 5:41pm On May 03, 2015
Infopls:
In my opinion, the way you present yourself matter a lot when you go for an interview. Be sure of your onions.
Be approachable. E.g. I recently interviewed a guy who I asked to introduce himself, he told me he was Mr. (his name). Believe me, that was the end of the road for him.
Though I asked him questions further but he already lost the chance for a consideration.

On the issue of handshake, it's not advisable to offer your hand first, let that come from your interviewer. What you need to do first is greet politely, if the interviewer then offers his hand, shake with confidence ( not arrogance).

Thanks.
bro pls tell us how best or professional should he have introduced himself, I beg I wan learn seem u be HR person? Pls be detailed
