CHM11: The school supervised the exam. The school didn't award you your WASSCE certificate. WAEC did. If you have any problems as regards your WASSCE certificate you go to WAEC office and not your secondary school. If you have a mistake maybe in your name or your age on your WAEC result, do you go to your secondary school to make rectification? I think the place you should go to is WAEC office. WAEC also clearly say, 'only a candidate have the right to request for his/her result to be forwarded to institutions where and when it is needed'... Even when you enter the university, you are made to sign some acceptance documents which clearly gives your university permission to approach WAEC as regards your result. Your secondary school awards you a testimonial and a statement of result which is almost useless as compared to your WASSCE certificate. I understand your point even as it is out of reason.
Give me the reference guidelines that permits me to bypass the institution that register me for the exam and go directly to the examination body for such complaint. |

CHM11: Someone with a brain should just read this!!!..... So if you lose your WAEC certificate (as Buhari is claiming) you will go back to your secondary school for them to issue you another one right? I can imagine the school you attended. FYI, when you lost your certificate, you immediately swear an affidavit. When the need for your certificate arises, you make your demands to the WAEC for verification and not your secondary school. If you have problems as regards stolen certificate, name error, date of birth error et al, you direct your request to the institution that offered you that certificate, in this case WAEC office!... Now I hope YOU HAVE LEARNED SOMETHING?? I'm always willing to learn. but not unfounded theories based on narrow-minded speculation like you are trying to do here.
if only you can just provide the reference document that will support your argument that a candidate who sat for an internal examination should go directly to the examination body (e.g. WAEC or University of cambridge) to demand for his results and certificate without going through the institution that registered and presented him/her for such examination, i will take my learning up from there. i,m waiting for your kind response. |

If he wants to be my President then he should know we are no more in the military setting and he must play by the rules of a democratic society. Request your result from waec or cambridge, get it forwarded to INEC and let's move on to the Next pressing issue Sorry sir, Buhari does not know WAEC or Cambridge. He only knows the school he attended and sat for the exams. He did not register directly with these bodies as an independent (external or private) candidate. he has no business with WAEC or Cambridge Univeristy If you ever went to school and wrote WAEC internal exam would you go to WAEC office and ask for your result? akinzeb: Plans by President Goodluck Jonathan and his team to scuttle the general elections scheduled for February have come to light, with National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki openly calling for postponement of the elections.
Sambo spoke at a Chattam House lecture in London, offering the excuse that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has not distributed Permanent Voters Cards across the country as was expected.
SaharaReporters had reported several months ago that President Goodluck Jonathan was reluctant to hold national elections because his popularity had dwindled considerably and he feared losing the election.
In the last few days, as the popularity of General Muhammadu Buhari for the presidency has grown, Mr. Jonathan has spent vast sums of money mobilizing people to call for the postponement of the elections.
INEC spokesperson, Kayode Idowu told SaharaReporters today that INEC was not aware of Col. Dasuki’s suggestion, and that the elections will hold as scheduled.
Several sources connected to the presidency told SaharaReporters that President Jonathan wants the elections to be postponed for at least six months, a period that will enable him to appoint a new INEC chairman of his liking to oversee the elections. Professor Attahiru Jega’s tenure expires in July 2015.
With Jega out of the way, Jonathan would appoint another INEC chairman who would further postponement of the election.
SaharaReporters sources stated that President Jonathan is seriously considering an “Interim Government of National Unity” that would elongate his tenure till 2017. That would mean he spends eight years in power as President, the equivalent of two terms.
In 2011 as he assumed office, his first effort was to call for a new six-year term arrangement, which was shot down by Nigerians. He also recently attempted to smuggle in a new constitution by the back door through the National Conference.

idumuose: Don’t Run Away, Gov Yero Appeals To Igbo
By ISAIAH BENJAMIN
— Jan 22, 2015 | Leave a comment
Kaduna State governor, Mukhtar Ramalan Yero has appealed to the Igbos resident in the state not to panic or decide to run away during the general election scheduled to commence on February 14, 2015, assuring them that the government of Kaduna State will do everything necessary to protect lives and properties before, during and after the elections.
Governor Yero made the appeal while addressing a mammoth crowd of Ndigbo in Kaduna State led by Eze Igbo, Igwe Silvanus Aneke and the president general of Igbo Community Welfare Association (ICWA) Chief Chris Nnoli in a town hall meeting in Kaduna at the Top Galazy Hotel, Sabo Tasha.
According to the governor, “I’m happy that you have resolved to stay back during the elections, after all, nobody in Nigeria has the right to deny you your right to exercise what is legally and constitutionally your right.
“This is your state because anytime you go to the East ‘home’ you hardly stay for two weeks and then you return back to Kaduna. So even if you go now it is temporary and then after the elections you will want to come back? Then my question is, won’t you be ashamed of coming back because people will see you as cowards?
“For God sake, this is your country and your state. I urge you to stay and vote anybody of your choice in a peaceful manner but don’t be intimidated,” he said.
http://leadership.ng/news/405724/dont-run-gov-yero-appeals-igbo Ramalan Yero step his foot in Sabon Tasha? Talked to Igbos at their meeting?? Assured them of their safety Wonders shall never end!! - nodding my head. There is nothing these shameless pigs would not do to remain in power. When last did he come to Sabo? The religious and ethnic bigot that hates anything non-hausa/fulani and non-moslem. Because of hate he frustrated and stopped all the road and other developments in that part of the state initiated by the late governor of the state Patric Yakowa. he has never visited the area since he became the sole beneficiary of the death (of which they openly and widely jubilated) by becoming the default governor. Now the elections are here; he has suddenly become a caring governor, visiting people at their meeting venues. By the way who told him that Igbos are contemplating moving out of kaduna state during elections? People should not be deceived. this is just a ploy to send a wrong signal of insecurity and create fear in the minds of gullible citizens; unfortunately coming from a desperate sitting governor. This is just the ranting of an irredeemable looser who will be shown the way out in a few weeks from now. He is just looking for cheap recognition having run out of anything concrete to hold on to for campaign. This is just for those ouside KD. i'm sure the igbos at the meeting and the whole of kaduna state know better and would have had a good laugh at the big fo0l. |

By the time Gen. Buhari present his certificate to the public, people will see jonathan/PDP as evil people who are trying to castigate the person of General Mohammadu Buhari
This is another campaign for APC The old General knows the appropriate time to pull the trigger. I'm sure at the right moment, when PDP would have no time for another move, when they have exhausted themselves, they will be shown the certificate; the school; not the original in the general's custody - that one they have to pay for it - due to its scarcity, the laws of demand and supply have come into play; its worth has risen beyond their reach.
poor pdp should have known that copies of school cert could be found in different archives. With that number, WAEC could provide the counterpart certificate. |

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday said that there had not been any free and fair elections in the country since Nigeria’s independence in 1960, as what had been happening since then was that people have been “buying and selling votes.”
Jonathan, however asked Nigerians especially the youths not to allow anybody to buy their votes during the forth coming elections as this would not be allowed to continue.
He spoke at Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, while addressing a large crowd of party supporters at the Abakaliki Township Stadium in the course of his nationwide wide campaign.
Jonathan who is also, the presidential candidate of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, wished that he would live to see a woman emerge as the president and as a governor in the country, pointing out that this was the major reason he had deliberately appointed women into prominent positions to expose and prepare them for greater challenges ahead. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/01/weve-buying-selling-votes-since-1960-jonathan-admits/ THAT PERFECTLY EXPLAINS THE GATHERING OF 0VER N21,000,000,000.00 TO BUY VOTES IN FEBRUARY.

Please note, The MBT MK-3s and their 12V-71 engines from 1985 are the same order from 1981, a $115 million deal that had been fully financed but not delivered.
APC claims Buhari spent $541 to purchase Aircraft, real amount was US$0. APC claims Buhari spent $160 million to purchase Air Defense Systems, real amount was US$0. She claims Buhari spent $103 million to purchase Armored Vehicles. Each of the 75 4K-7FA APCs, cost about $57,178 (http:///cmLujf ), so all 75 came to a mere US$4.28 million.

Rareantagonist: Brethren, This is a desperate and urgent call from the throne of Grace that the brethren in Christ are about to make the greatest error of their lives by selling off their kingly heritage for a mess of pottage called "change". Change into what? Change into what happened to Egypt , Sudan, Lybia, Algeria and Turkey which were once flourishing Christian countries but because the brethren there also sold their souls on the premise of "it does not matter" they became the last set of Christians in those countries! Remember Turkey! It was the beautiful Christian country called Constantinople! Today it is history! The foundation of the planned islamisation of Nigeria was taken in 1989 in Abuja by OIC. Since then they have not looked back! Our Government gave them a contribution of 21 billion dollars then! Wonder then where the funding of boko Haram is coming from? They have painfully now infiltrated one of the biggest denominations in Nigeria and offered one of their best Pastors -a Professor,a Vice presidential Slot! Now a larger community of that denomination now promotes this "change"! They did it in Constantinople ! Remember brethren, that the biggest denomination of Christians in the North - the EYN has been wiped off! All their churches burnt. You may say that it is the North it can't get here! They said the same thing in Sudan, Libya, Algeria and Constantinople! How come the brethren have become so dulled in the Spirit that they no longer are sensitive? We may be the last Christians in Nigeria if this grave error the brethren is about to commit is not averted! Our Lord Jesus is greatly miffed by our irresponsibilit y as His Followers! How come we no longer hear Him! The Great shepherd of the Sheep! How come that Christians have forgotten that this country was made ungovernable by these same people and Christians are holding the wrong person responsible? How come? The signs of the eventual Islamization of Nigeria are awash in the 1999 constitution where Islam, Sharia are mentioned more than 100 times.! Not a single mention of Christ or Christianity! You say it does not matter. Now, mark it you cannot amend the constitution without a bitter progrom! Brethren, the night is here! We must contend for the faith and our heritage which was handed once and for all to us by our maker! Don't relent, sound this trumpet....We will not be the last Christians in Nigeria! Amen. Before i start, please be informed that I am a Christian of ECWA extraction from Kaduna town in Kaduna state. Know this that God will surely judge you for this false alarm, and you will never go unpunished. If anything, the lethargy and worldliness of Christians in Nigeria is their undoing. Not even the Islamic bigots and militants. President Goodluck Jonathan will be held accountable to God and the people of Nigeria for the carnage and destruction of the northern parts of Nigeria during his tenure as president. Nigerians gave him the mandate to protect the security of their lives and property but he looked elsewhere when they needed his leadership most. Whatever is his reason for not using the powers bestowed on him to fight for his people, he will give account to God, if not to Nigerians and the world at large, whom he has willy-nilly contributed in causing this great catastrophe and pain. Goodluck Jonathan is a supposedly Christian that you, and your likes are busy using the name of Christ to campaign for. This is the greatest dishonour anyone can do for Christ - to use His name to propagate falsehood, distorting facts and feathering the nest ignorance. Be it known to you and all other ignorant Christians, moslems and all people of all faiths and even the faithless, that NO ONE HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE NIGERIA INTO AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY. NO INDIVIDUAL CAN CHANGE NIGERIA INTO AN ISLAMIC COUNTRY. GENERAL BUHARI CAN NOT; AND HE KNOWS IT AND HAS VOICED IT OVER AND OVER. SO THIS SHOULD NOT BE A CAMPAIGN ISSUE. The Bible in Hosea 4:6 says 'My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge....' Our biggest problem is our leaders total lack of the fear of God. This leads to the unprecedented levels of injustice, corruption, insincerity and other social and economic vices that have bred insecurity to the heights we are now confronted with. On top of that is the tacit support that such corrupt and unworthy 'leaders' receive from affiliates (kinsmen, relatives, tribesmen, religion, political parties, region, etc) like you, some of whom are not even beneficiaries of the corrupt activities, in some cases they are the real victims. So please my brother reflect on this it may help you, and others in your ranks, spiritually and temporally. |
