RevDesmondJuju: Go and google "assets" then come back What if the assets were tied to the stock index? Remember how much dangote lost due to the devaluation of naira just because majority of his net worth is tied to the value of stocks he owns in his companies. However, if he was to declare the suggested asset value then his integrity should come into questioning because he has painted himself as a rather poor ex head of state |

Politics › Re: FG Sets Up Panel To Slash Politicians, Others Salaries by jaybee3(m): 9:52am On Jun 11, 2015 |
MizMyColi: I've seen even more laudable projects hit the news stands via the media.
The PIB comes to mind. Nigerians rejoiced. The Niger Deltans felt a sense of relief.
But the bureaucratic bottlenecks of our time saw to it that the bill got watered down before finally being passed this year, under former Senate President Mark.
Remind me again, how many years did all these take; from conception to execution, I mean?
Now you're talking about taking a direct jab at the major reason PDP and APC alike wants to belong to the NA.
We'll see. I'm watching Are we still on the cost cutting measures being proposed by the new administration? |
Politics › Re: FG Sets Up Panel To Slash Politicians, Others Salaries by jaybee3(m): 8:45am On Jun 11, 2015 |
MizMyColi: I will not comment yet, until I see what the committee comes up with.
Slashing a 50 naira pay to 40 naira pay is nothing. You get?
Meanwhile, where have you been? A 20% pay reduction is nothing? Consider the overall effect across the board i.e 20% of the total budget for NASS |

queensmith: ok your expectations are wrong because of the presence of ashi's and female students willing to put out at a price. The laws of demand and supply are in their favor because the market grows stronger. Not really..... Slight distortion yeah but the underlying reason can't be ignored.. BTW: An ashi/prostitute to me is one who is willing to treat her coochie as a commodity regardless of what was received in exchange. |

GoodFaith: Are you Home Based? Sorry- I disagreed with ur number 5 I am not sure of your age but28 year back I know -- you will be two step behind any Nigerian if you are not careful the door will hit ur face Nigeria men are cultured not to do chore or very little Dude look at the number of black ppl in Nigerian or non Nigeria 28 year ago More Nigerian 90% like to go to school compare to the last 25 years- abroad You didn't answer my question bro? Are you educated? Nigeria is a black nation so why should i be looking at the number of black people in Nigeria Education was free 28 years ago and still free to a certain level but as expected the standard would have dropped due to the obvious deprivation issues |
Romance › Re: Home Base Nigerian Men Vs Abroad Base Nigerian Men by jaybee3(m): 3:03pm On Jun 10, 2015 |
queensmith: You know what priceless means right?? Of course Meaning you can't put a price to it naaaa Only women with appreciation of their self worth will make their V priceless and we both know the key determinant factor that helps establish one's self worth is empowerment. I would expect most Naija based V to be empowered hence their V can't be easily bought or exchanged as a commodity |

queensmith: Lol an oyibo guy won't be interested in any of it ( where there's badoo and pof?) Why work to hard for the V.
Back home the V is priceless. . Some will jump in the lagoon for it lol You kidding me right? If V was priceless then surely we would have had a reduction in the rate of yahoo yahoo bois |
Romance › Re: Home Base Nigerian Men Vs Abroad Base Nigerian Men by jaybee3(m): 2:52pm On Jun 10, 2015 |
GoodFaith: Nigeria---Have respect for Nigerian old than me Nigeria--Education is still the key Abroad-- hold door for ppl coming behind me Abroad-- doing more chore Abroad-- call non Nigerian old than me by their first name---- 1)The difference is the way the respect is delivered so it ain't a Nigerian thing bro 2)Education is key everywhere. There is a wide disparity gap in pay for skilled and unskilled employment so young people are encouraged to embrace education so as to secure their future 3)Holding the door for people is not an abroad thing. It has something to do with your values as a person. 4)Again doing more chores is simply because labour is expensive. Absolutely nothing to do with culture except you are referring to it with respect to relationships. 5)This is a tribe thing and it’s prevalent within the Yoruba community Are you Home Based? |

MrsChima: No! I can't cheat on Chima! I was talking to some friends and some of us have home based Naija men and Abroad based Naija men....with different experiences. I have dated both and noticed differences because to me Naija men are Naija men regardless of their home location but I was mistaken.
I was told by a Nigerian American that there are differences in thinking and attitudes. The culture is slightly different as well. I was curious to see opinions and see if others think there are any differences.
What do you think as an Abroadbaser? oh okay... i almost had an heart attack for a minute ya know... You are not allowed to leave ma broda Environment does influence our actions hence it's expected to see abroad based brothers embrace liberal stance as far as relationships are concerned. |

queensmith: lol thats just a matter of class and taste - but in terms of trying to please your partner. The home based men are much better. Even though majority of them are probably going to have first, second ,third, nth option to satisfy thereby making it less likely for any of the option to be satisfied since the attention will be divided…. |

What exactly do you want to fight bro?
Your tenancy is coming to an end in July and they have served you notice albeit backdated.
Do you want to live rent free for some months since they have every right not to renew your agreement having given you notice |
