Goldieluks: Jaybee my complaint is about Idowu, because it seems like her obesession towards me is personal. I don't know her from Adam, yet she calls me old, grandma, expired and so on. Not that I mind the name calling, because it only goes to show how some people thrive in ignorance.

She follows me to almost every thread, quotes my replies and throw insults both directly and indirectly at my moniker. In as much as I try to be civil with her sometimes, she still wouldn't stop. Am not here to make enemies or to be bullied by an online personality. I hardly attack anyone, unless am being called out. Most of which I don't take seriously. Jaybee please, I would appreciate it if you caution her and if possible make a plea to her, to avoid my posts like plague and quit quoting my replies.

Thanks.

Abuja1: I am a Nigerian living abroad with my wife,we are blessed with kids,I have a good job here, take care of my family, but my wife want us to be sending money every month to her mother, which I tell her is not possible if not we can't take care of our self anymore, she will start complaining that in Nigeria men open shop for there wife take care of there Inlaw and so on, now she is saying many men take there wife like slave here in Europe, i was forse to tell her if she feel she is been treated like a slave that i can afford her flight tickets to 9ja,have i said anything wrong, coz i do help her mother in many ways
You are definitely wrong with that statement Mr.
Fair enough your wife and kids are your primary responsibilities. You should have just asked her to save from the allowance you give her or better still a proportion of her salary to send to her folks.

Why should i be the one having to edit your posts when you can simply abide by the rules.
You can't change someone's views, you can only influence and IMO you've done exactly that so please let it rest

Shollypopz: GBAM!! That's why we better start changing dat archaic African culture that would lead us no where!!
I wouldn't go as far as wanting to force change into people's way of life.
There is no right or wrong answer. It's always whatever rocks your boat at the end of the day. It's all about personal preferences

The thing that makes the world still interesting is how massively diverse it is.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Sex Differences by jaybee3(m):
Cheating ought not to be gender specific and it's wrong for it to be acceptable to one gender over the other.
Having said the above though, historically and religiously, men are known to be polygamist by nature hence the somewhat reluctance acceptance of it within the African culture.

The range of aggregated scores by each judge for each candidate on each criteria is quite wide and in order to eliminate the fear that a judge might be scoring a preferred candidate more than the others so as to skew the final score then i propose we aggregate the scores further.
Here is my suggestion:
Calculate the Mean/average score of each candidate for each criteria
Add the mean/average scores together so as to arrive at the final aggregate score for each debater.

CareerRe: Blue-collar Job In The UK Or White-collar Job In Nigeria? by jaybee3(m): 12:25pm On Oct 11, 2012
coogar: he's employable but married to his mortgage!! this is why i don't really buy into the mortgage thingy - it's like a marriage that ties you down and restricts your movement!
I should have elaborated a bit on the employability stance.
So many people have degrees but not the right skills.
Someone that over-qualified should know that branding is key when trying to succeed in an over competitive place like the UK or elsewhere.
Degrees has stopped being the golden ticket to employment.

Even common admin/receptionist staff earn more than 21k per annum so i'd ask again, is you homebwoi employable?
CareerRe: Blue-collar Job In The UK Or White-collar Job In Nigeria? by jaybee3(m): 12:14pm On Oct 11, 2012
I'm quite sure there are numerous vacancies for graduate teachers. Heck they even pay them to retrain for a year or so..
Is your homebwoi employable?
