I can recall seeing a couple's house documents with both names on it but to me this seem odd. I believe its only the husband's name that should be written there but i can understand how things can turn up in the event of a break up, divorce etc and probably protect the wife's interest judging by the fact that some men can be reckless.
My question now is ....ethically whose name should be put on title deeds of properties acquired as a couple? Matured response pls

I will never forget what these so called SARS pple did to me and my inlaw abt a year ago.

To spoil matter, they will ask u to enter ur phone pin and start going thru ur phone and if u av bank alerts on ur phone or even get oyinbo picture or common facebook chat, u are in wahala and must settle else u ll be tagged run away thief. A lot of obnoxious and unscriptural doctrines are touted about in Catholicism. Infant baptism, purgatory, Maryolatry, Christmas, Trinity, Easter, Halloween- all these and more have no backing whatsoever in the Bible. Everything about that body is a deliberate and savage plot to garner souls for anywhere other than heaven. We have only one shot at life. No one will claim ignorance on that day. Let the Bible be your absolute.

hello sir. so sorry u didnt get to discover the truth. u definitely are part of those who had no choice but to follow ur parents to church but upon growing older decided to attend the one that best suits u. I am lucky to be born in the church and even lucky to discover the truth abt it. im a proud catholic. yes,the church is not perfect but richly blessrd when compared to modern day churches designed to meet todays culture.

its only when we fall on the wrong side of medical interventions that we begin to blame the medical people. im sure if the woman had been taken to a private hospital she may not even have been successfully delivered of her babies let alone survive. we really need to listen to the other side of this story by the medical personnel involved.
There is also negligence on the side of the husband. His work shud av been suspended pending the total delivery and u can imagine various decisions taken when he was not around. Doctors arent God but they also do their best.
people castigate nurses has if they can do better than them. what these nurses have seen and passed thru almost make it seem as if they are wicked but its not the case. lets appreciate life cos its only God who gives and takes be it at a private hospital or govt and i dare say FMCs have the best handa in the country.

Hello nairalanders I have a friend who has this political ambition to contest for a post tho he would be able to do that as long as he's an indigene. His mum is an indigene of the state but his dad is from another state. my question now is that can he lay claim to be an indigene and if so, is there a part of the nigerian constitution or inec electoral law or even employment law that can back his claim should there be an issue in the foreseeable future. I would appreciate positive responses from u guys. Thanks
