Does anybody here know Fashola? tell him that kwara commissioner of police was killed and the assassins did not use okada. they came in a bus and they escaped in a bus. so he should start thinking of banning all busses in Lagos, since he claims people are killed and crimes are committed because of okada.

There hasn't been any medium or vehicle of transportation without its inherent dangers or risks. we all know of the numerous plane crashes in Nigeria, tankers exploding on the highway and killing lots of people and destroying properties. articulated vehicles with brake failures that result in ghastly accidents. Container trucks falling on the expressway with long traffic jam as its consequence, we can go on and on. Do we call for a blanket ban on those medium of transportation? no, because they have a service which they perform. collapse houses does not make us sleep in open fields. The Nigerian police is notorious for its corruption and gross inefficiency, do we now say the Nigerian police force should be scrapped? the problem of Nigeria and indeed Lagos is not okada. The problem associated with inherent okada vices can be tackled efficiently if appropriate institutions put in place by the Government performs their duties effectively. Personally, the Issue of Fashola and okada ban, I see it as an EGO and CLASS thing. Fashola, just like LORD FARQUAAR in Shrek1 animation movie, is trying create a so called PERFECT STATE just like lord farquaar's DULOC perfect town, and he sees okada as an "eye sore" in his so called PERFECT STATE. If the authorities can exert the same force and actions they expend towards okada eradication, towards solving the real problems of this country, Nigeria will be greater than England by now.

to hell with them. they debit me 1k twice yesterday 28.03.13 which the say its for visa card charge and its dated June 2010. some other guys also came to the bank to complain about the same thing. my branch said its IT problem and there is nothing they can do about it than to send our complain to their head office. i dey close my account with them on Monday.

APAPA GRA to me, is better than Ajah, lekki, v.i and its environs. You don't get the problem of flooding associated with those areas. MAGODO phase2 and OMOLE are fantastic places.
