I speak based on the one I am using right now. It is. Like I said earlier, some phones might come with some defects or factory error even Samsung and iPhones. Some might be clones or outright fake that cannot perform at optimal capacity as the original.
I am not new to gionee phones, this is the third I am using and I have recommended five to different people at different times.

No 4000mAh phone lasts more than a day on heavy usage, especially you that is a gamer. I personally don't play games. I can authoritatively tell you that because this is the third 4000mah phone I am using (gionee m3mini, infinix hot4lite and this)
If your area has electricity problem, I live on an island that is offgrid. I use only at least 4000mAh battery phones.

There is nothing more to tell you about the phone. If you can't be convinced enough thus far, you can get another phone. This is the third gionee phone I am using. There is nothing for me to gain if I mislead you. It is CERTIFIED on Google Play Store, what convincing do you need that it is original?

I ordered when it was about 40,300 plus shipping and delivery. but it is relatively cheaper now. Just go to jumia and search for gionee x1s you will see those ones with the 'shipped from abroad' logo. You will have to pay before delivery and delivery took exactly two weeks.

I have been 'eyeing' gionee x1s (3gb/32gb) for sometime now, I noticed that the 16gb version is more expensive -at least on jumia.

I also noticed that most phone sites (gsmarena inclusive) only talk about the 16gb version. In fact it is only on online stores that i see the 32gb version.

I looked up gionee on fb n tried to contact them. I got a reply that the phone is 16gb.

Please phonelanders, those using the 16gb version are they having same battery those using the 32gb are experiencing?

The phone is ORIGINAL. That is what I use. I did my research too before I ordered mine. I went to gionee's website but I only got info about the 16gb version only.
The 32gb is the Nepal/India version. The manual and other supporting documents is both in Indian/Nepalese (I don't know which) and English. The device is certified as seen on playstore.
All Apps identity it as gionee x1s. I use it and it works like any original phone.

I was planning to get the Gionee x1S from jumia. After seeing the reviews of many users who have used it, I wasn't impressed most especially the way a guy wrote in his comment, "A 4000mAh ba3 drop with 3% every minute without using it". I was shocked. Ba3 is one of the main thing I look after when getting a phone.
Pls, PhoneLanders, kindly suggest a good phone for me. Pls, Suggest a phone and list the spec base on mine and type the amount. thank very much.

If you dey wait for people's review, you won't buy any phone. Those ones that complain maybe na 'guinea x1s' them dey use. Though phones may have one or two that comes with "factory error" but if it is the same GIONEE x1s wey I dey use, I give it 98.9% in terms of battery and overall performance. You can go for gionee A1 lite 4000mAh battery like the x1s or xiaomi redmi note 5 with around 3000mAh battery.

We have been having issues lately and she called me on Sunday that i should visit her at home so we could straighten things out, i told her I'd not be able to make it because i had an appointment later in the day, she said ok and kissed me on the phone before hanging up, later on in the day my appointment got cancelled so i decided to surprise her,

I visited her and knocked on the door, she opened up and the look on her face is nothing but disappointment, she was wearing something raunchy, exposing her full bursts and laps but i behaved like i didn't notice it, she offered me a seat and before we could finish exchanging pleasantries, her phone rang, and she was like its my friend David he's outside, i behaved like a gentleman and showed no sign of jealousy, David came in and sat opposite me, she didn't bother introducing us, and when i gave her the look she was like David meet my bae and bae meet my sweetheart david,

I was confused, she then started behaving like I'm her close friend not her lover, she'd chat more with David but ignore me all by myself, she'd tease David and sit beside him on the sofa while i sit miles apart, the last straw that broke the camel's back was when he jokingly placed his hands on her exposed lap, and she behaved like its some sort of joke. I'm not one to fight a fellow guy for a lady so i just stood up, shook the guy and announced my departure, i left the room before she could say a word.

She followed me outside, asking why I'm being immature by embarrassing her in front of her classmate and esteemed guest, that she's tired of my clinginess, i asked her why didn't she introduce me as her boyfriend? Then she smartly fired back, what is bae? Was it not bae i called you? It has peel remote as one if the pre-installed apps, just enter then select the device you want to control. In the alternative, go to play store, search for and download the remote for your device or any remote you desire. You can find your YV, DSTV, Startimes remote control etc.

The back camera is 13mp while the front os 16mp. I prefer the back camera though. The speaker is ok. Overall the phone has nothing to complain about. The infrared blaster works as remote controller for both tv and decoder.

Mine was charging port issues. calcare later changed the panel after many months. The phone developed fault 3 months after buying. The time the phone spent for calcare pass the time I spent using the phone. I had to sell it off immediately I collected ot back from carlcare after repairs. I still remember hiw the 36k pain me that time.
Thanks to Gof I discovered Gionee. Ever loyal, ever dependable, ever reliable. I still remember my gionee M3 mini with fond memories. I use X1s now.

Tecno Phantom A1 abi na A+ I no even remember again sef. That make me run from tecno phones except I wan buy their torchlite phone.

Take myself as an example, I have decided long ago as a young lad that I will never pay the bride price of any lady unless I give her belle first, (that is my personal decision and choice) That is the policy I followed Introduction, pregnancy then traditional wedding, no church wedding. If she had listened to and accepted the preaching of anyone saying no to sex or pregnancy before marriage, she go find her customers go front. What I am saying in essence is that you should be the mirror reflection of that which you preach.

I don't think i have any addiction, since i am a master of my own self and not a slave to my strong desires..

I think while growing up, after my waec and neco exams in 2010, i developed this love for books, i read all types of articles and books online, PDF and hard copies..
And it greatly helped me in being a master of my desires.

My emails is filled with PDF of spiritual books, Christian and books relating to the spirit world, how they are, how to recognize and how to overcome..

With all this, I've learn when to act and when to chill..

Life is not just about mathematics and School certificate..
The real knowledge of life are not taught in school..

knowledge is indeed power.

Sometimes when i open my mouth to spill some knowledge to my friends,, they all get scared and run away like I'm some kind of alien..

The is the first time I will be seeingthe comedian Afeez looking so serious!

The only time I have ever seen him smile is on screen. He used to come to our room to visit a senior cousin of mine who was was a graduating student of Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education while I was a jambito. His street was at the back of our own room at Police station bus stop Ijanikin back then. He is one lecturer that all the theater arts department students love. He is a very serious fellow but very down to earth and likeable. He isn't even a funny dude when you interract with him. He has a very close friend Mr Windapo a fellow theater arts lecturer who was funnier. You cannot greet Mr Windapo good morning or good afternoon without him replying you with something that will make you laugh. I still remember the fun times we had when he took us theater minor an elective course. Saka is a genuine and likeable person.
I miss those days.
