The question "who called the Army" is irrelevant because, Lagos State was already heading towards anarchy. Some police stations had already been burnt with few police men killed in the most gruesome manner, shops were already getting looted even before 10-20-20.

The governor seeing that the police had been overwhelmed by hoodlums, imposed a curfew and invited the Army to restore law and order (which any responsible leader would do) on the 20th of October 2020.

People must know soldiers were in every area in Lagos and not just the Toll gate like like some people have been trying to make it look.

What happened at Lekki has nothing to do with the Lagos state government, the governor or Tinubu they are merely the proverbial scapegoat.
