The government will answer them. Do u think there’s be school without Non Academic staff and Senior staff? The answer is no! Because every body comes together to make a whole. Without them, you won’t have any result or other operations being carried out in the universities.
The next generation will have a lot of curses for this present generation. Mind you, it’s certain coronavirus can never go away in Nigeria even if other countries declare their sovereign states free from coronavirus. This is a real business down here.
Out of 10 trillion naira spent 3tr was used for Debt Servicing 3tr was used for Personal and Pension cost Over 110bn was used for Covid 19 1.8tr for capital project
Over 5tr deficits enter 2021
We still dey borrow money from China, Brazil, Dormant Accounts; taxation upon taxation; hikes in goods and services; ridiculous begging of forfeiture of past loans etc
Nigeria’s problems be like a very popular songs: new every morning and great are her problems everyday. There’s no way one wakes up to a problem-free world, it’s always one problem to chaotic scene and even death stories. Since ASUU forced FG to dip its hand inside the National cake, Non-Academic Staff Union should do the same. We can’t have monkey to work and baboon to chop play out event.
They shouldn’t try it. They mustn’t try it. They MannaBBQgrinn’t try it. They simplyleon’t try it. They zombien’t try it. Nigerians will not take it likely with them and their zombies. Shior
Fixed keh? They can only fixate their attention at where they’ll embezzle the fund meant for the project. And as we dey so, Nigeriens, Chadians, Malian etc still dey enter. So which border she wan make FG do?
Out of the top 10 receivers according to the hierarchical amounts received, North has 7 States. That’s “gbamsolutely” incredible. Lagos states has higher victims of Covid 19, yet Kano would receive more than it. Again, it’s “gbamsolutely” incredible.
Toks2008: About two weeks ago, I saw a man preaching in public and he was practically pointing at smokers telling them that they will end up in hell if they don't quit smoking and I was so dumbfounded and I began to wonder...who gave him the right to judge people and condemn them because they smoke? and come to think of it, when does the habit of smoking translate to an act of sin?
It is very disheartening that the devil has used heretic teachings by ''Pastors'' who are meant to lead people to heaven to instead send many to hell and even as I write this, many souls are trooping to HELL in their millions, not because of any other reason but because of the harsh false teachings of many Preachers who have given their own definition of sins rather than teach the real truth from the scriptures, they have defined an act that seems UNPLEASANT to them as a sin even when the bible at no point made clear reference to such acts as sins.
One of such heretic teaching is equating bad habits to sin...In life, habits are neither good nor bad, but where a habit moves toward, by a specific impulse or desire is where it begins to be defined as a virtue or a vice.
Do you know that many pastors preach that anyone who drinks alcohol, smokes(Weed, Cigarette, shisha....), gambles, masturbates, uses pieces of jewelry, indulge in polygamy, does cosmetic surgery of any type, uses makeup, has body art, piercings and on and on WILL NEVER MAKE HEAVEN?
Can we just close our eyes and imagine for a minute how unbelievable it is to even think that billions of people indulging in the aforementioned will go straight to hell if they die struggling with those habits.
WHAT IS THE POINT?
We have clear sins as made known by the scriptures and we have bad habits which are not sins and can never prevent us from making heaven. Bad habits could damage us totally like drinking alcohol which even in small quantity can damage our organs, smoking weed, shisha, a cigarette can damage our organs and cut our lives short, masturbation is very addictive and could affect productivity and gambling can destroy us financially... but that still does not make them sins and anyone indulging in any of these should never at any time condemn him or herself to hell but should call on the Holy Spirit to help and trust GOD because when the holy spirit comes into your life, every bad habit or sinful habit will be a thing of the past BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT MANY PEOPLE DON'T TRULY SEEK THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.You can't have the holy spirit in you and still enjoy or crave for sins...that is the difference between a truly born again individual and one who is taking GOD's grace for granted.
Jesus said in the book of John 6;37 '' All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.'' Jesus will never drive you away or condemn you because you struggle with any crazy habit or even sins. The scriptures encourage us in the book of Philippians 2:12 '' Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed--not only in my presence but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,
Salvation is a work in progress, a continuum, some attain maturity faster than others but nobody can be more born again that a born again neither can we be more human than another human, we only grow in maturity and that is what GOD wants us to do, to strive to be better and better and never allow any bad habit or sin make us give up and condemn ourselves to hell.
This is not a message of convenience but a message of hope, and liberation and i hope this ministers to someone.
The lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life are not of God but are of the world. And if any man loves the world, the love of the father is not in him. Those bad habits belong to the first two.
virginprincess: This talkative man again , it no longer 2k again, it now 5k, how many of nigeria men can afford urgent 5k? mtcheeeeeeeew..........HAPPY NEWYEAR NAIRALANDERS.
In this case, Michael Jackson’s rape case is the best example. I won’t conclude or say anything until the truth unravels itself amidst the popularity of falsehood and wrong criticism.
CalliDora1: That's not the bone of contention here. She only said what she wants in life and I think that should be respected. Just like you said some men don't want parasitic women and wants that to be respected as well.
We all different wishes in life and I don't think it's nice to crucify anyone for their wishes especially when it's good and decent.
I understand you point. The point is
She rejected some persons according to her write-up. What if one of the men she rejected later becomes a millionaire, does it men she’ll go beg him to marry her? I laugh hard! It’d only confirm her as gold digger which she had been.
She should focus on her self first before acting to want something nice. Everything in life comes with a prize. Can she offer the sacrifice of what she’s looking for? I doubt.
CalliDora1: From the way you sound, you're no different from the so called touts. So your point exactly?
Back to sender by fire!
Why pained? Hmm! You seem a dimwit. It’s incredible how men will only use and dump persons of that mind. Do you know why? It is because they don’t want parasites and future manslaughter actors who’d give them another men’s children at the alter of useless excuse of “I’m trying to protect my marriage (financial parasitism)”. Tell us your story of how many failed relationships you’ve been in. I respect women who are financially stable and single than those whose gourds are anchored with parasitic thought. Anyways, girls like that always end up being banged, banged, and dumped.
wildikeman: It's her choice. And her business. Why insult her. At least she came out and said her own instead of hiding like like peers.
Certain things are better left unsaid. I guess you haven’t heard of UNSAID SAID in Discourse Analysis and Pragmatics. Secrets are better enchained in the heart than tying them to the wind moving around just one person.
CalliDora1: My dear, truth is bitter but you must tell them.
Why are people calling her names? Who among them there likes poverty? Or since when has it become a crime to wish for good things of life. Saddist everywhere.
Whatever she wishes for is what she'll get. None of your evil wishes will come to pass in her life or anyone's life. So let her be. It's a free world abeg.
I expected this from people of same mind. They we all potential fraudsters, future manslaughter actors, Jezebelian witches and liars. But one thing I know is: people of that mind mostly end up in agbero and poor men’s homes.
PinkPill: You don't like being broke-shamed, but you don't see anything wrong with calling women HOES and PARASITES. Calling a man a SIMP.
She wants a Rich man, what's your business?
Better learn to accept people's opinions and decisions concerning their life in 2021.
She wants a rich guy? Wow!
Let us agree that she wants and got the rich man to marry. What would she contribute into the man’s life if not parasitic “milking way” and sex which is enjoyed by the couple involved?
It is high time females need to be inculcated with the psychological reasoning of financial freedom and self-reliance. It will do you no favour if what you believe is “I’ll marry when I see a rich suitor”. Then, I tell you, you’d find none.
Get yourself into tangible activity that pays, save and invest in what possible way can and not be overtly dependent on getting married to a rich guy by force. No one wants a parasitic being around, be it in normal bf/gf romance, marriage, friendship or any others.
I don’t understand! The president is not important than Seun Osewa neither is the latter greater than the former under normal jurisdiction of a working society. The embarrassment we have found ourselves in, who should we attribute that to?
It’s a pity. “Anus at home, head at abroad”. Once the nation is in serious chaos, they’d leave but if they’re in need of something, Nigerians are their best friends. God will judge!
Channel your questions to appropriate authorities or persons. That is, if your head will be on your shoulders. North is acting a larger-than-life movie and you are here asking questions. Don’t you want Nigeria to generate a lot revenue from BOX OFFICE since Northern Nigeria has found a very lucrative way of acting?
Hassanmaye: Lol feminists will not like this statement, now what are they going to use to bring men down??
Don’t think all branches of feminism entail the same thing. Most persons on nairaland here don’t even know that feminism is broad. That they heard feminism- a concept that agitates for female welfare and warring against patriarchal discriminations- means an idea on a long straight line. Mariama Ba (So Long a Letter), Buchi Emecheta , Flora Nwapa (Efuru), Naomi Nkeelah (Liberal feminism), Funmi Kuti etc are all feminism with small letter “f” which is a connotation of womanism.
The way you have been defending this nonsense means you are also in the business, albeit, yours is more like “confused feminist hoes” (those that actually do not know what feminism is all about, its studies and branches). You are not intelligent and if at all you possess any modicum of it, it could be quantified to be mosquitoe-manner. Feminism doesn’t support stupidity. When a feminist tries to support the wrong act of a female, such an individual becomes a disgrace to all forms of feminism from Stiwanism, Nego, womanism, sisterhood to even radical feminism. You’re entirely a disgrace to womanhood.
I’ve been opening page by page, and to tell you this: nairaland will never disappoint. I can’t stop laughing. The comments are comical, fantabulous, hilarious and antagonistic
AuntRose: Your mentality is a turn off for me. You think I being in support of women's right is solely because of one man who can't control his dick?? You're pathetic!
What arm of feminism do you belong to? There are many females out there who are oblivious of the fact that feminism is a very broad Ideological entity with many branches. I’ll give you just two of them: Motherism and Stiwaniam. There are others; so I asked “what is your own ideological branch of feminism?”
Yenefer: Rigged elections Anyone that has been through the electoral System or knows how things works in Nigeria for the past 20 years and been denied their eligible winners, knows that the democratic system is blatantly rigged.
I don’t understand you late logical thinking but I’ll say “that’s cool”.
Yenefer: Like any other matter of public consumption bullshit is meant primarily to satisfy the hunger of its manufacturer, for you have to believe in your own delusion in order to make people have a share in it. You can tell a politician is lying when they claim they want fairness for all. They're part of and represent an unfair elite who will never share their wealth, power or opportunities with the underclass.
Lately, I’m beginning to like you, say intelligence, personality and conviction.
Yenefer: So very undiplomatic, insensitive & stupendous. A whole COS, hopelessly instilling fears in the minds of Nigerians. Must he give reasons to further aligned with the alleged connivance rants? Lots keep wondering why PMB is still convinced to retained these failed Service Chiefs. stupid man.
The confidence in this man's ineptitude is worrisome.
His inability to admit the stunning totality of his failure tells you everything you need to know about a failed Government.
Are you for real? So you’ve temporarily stopped asslicking Buhari. Wonderful!
paulolee: remember vividly well during 2014 b4 2015 elections dt this clown n osibanjo were presented to us as a man of integrity, remember that pics dt they were pictured drinking tea with sachet milk n local settings n even heard dt he said he av only 1m in his aza....remember when they wore bubu suit n introduce him to us as d main "change".... I really fell for dt scam n I remember arguing with my late friend azzez dt buhari would b d best tin to happen to Nigeria after slice bread n azzeez even dumped pdp n was converted to apc bcox of my gospel... its really painful dt I ended up being scammed n I pray azzes forgives me wherever he is bcox he leta lost his life as a hustler after he died in an accident as early as 5am dt Thursday morning bcox of harsh economy n bad roads.. happy new month nairalanders and continue to r.i.p azzez...
It’s touching as well as humanly. We can be conned but the aspect of regretting, admitting and retracing our steps speak highly of our humanness.
