Politics › Re: Experts And Groups Want New NDDC Board To Supervise Audit by JeffreyJames(m): 8:20pm On Oct 18, 2019 |
marvin905: the biggest scam in niger delta is NDDC.. their incomplete projects surpasses their completed projects.. for the past 4 year's NDDC haven't done any meaningful project in the south.. just drinking billions with nothing to show like their counterpart nnpc I do not blame NDDC to be honest, Na the communities I blame. I have witnessed first hand what a community can do to a contractor for money. Many Communities in the Niger Delta will rather you give them the money than for you to complete a project. ND people are not ready for progress. |

Music/Radio › Re: How Do Musicians Make Money In This Era Of The Internet And Free Downloads? by JeffreyJames(m): 10:28pm On Oct 12, 2019 |
This thread is funny lol
Most Nigerian Artist are not ready to make money. Till the likes of TooExclusive, notjustokay and Naija loaded are banned, Nigerian upcoming artists will NEVER make money from their songs and will continue to struggle for shows that will not even come in the first place. Show Organisers want to make profit and will always invite artists that will be profitable to them.
An artist will release song today and pay almost 200k to blogs to help post his songs that people will download FOR FREE. Where is the sense? When you try to educate them they will tell you "baba leave that thing I just want the song to be out there". And I will just laugh. Your song no go go anywhere. Even if it does highest 3 weeks max, Nigerians don move on, how much you make untop am?
Nigerian Artists are not ready abeg. |

If there were equal opportunity for those that want it, there would be no intimidation cos anyone can see they can save up to afford these things. Bro let's be realistic please. If not for the monthly payment plan for mobile phones abroad, majority of people abroad wont be able to pay outright for an iPhone. If we had such plans here many people will jump onboard. |

I wonder who came up with the idea that being married means "settling down" . What an irony lol
OP when condition don dey enter to getting married, e get as e be o. Is the guy marrying her for the sole purpose of bearing children or he is marrying her because he loves her?
As for me that "take in" before getting married is HorseSh*t. I believe the guy knows how desperate your sister is to "settle down" so he is taking advantage. She should not give in. Make small respect still remain. |
