to god be the glory. shame to all in abuja who made frantic efforts to truncate course of democracy. rochas, pls settle down and deliver. you are born to effect change not only in imo but nigeria. |
I THANK THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA FOR GIVING DIM ODUMEGWU OJUKWU FULL MILITARY FUNERAL RITES. This is a plus for GEJ. |
Students of EKSU should ask their governor to come to IMO state for lectures by the peoples governor, Rochas Okorocha, who has declared free education at all state owned institutions plus bursary. |
Bros, take heart, we have insensitive government at all levels. IMO STATE UNIVERSITY, OWERRI IS CLOSED NOW BECAUSE ROCHAS OKOROCHA GOVERNMENT HAS REFUSED TO PAY THE WORKERS SINCE DECEMBER, 2011. |
We should be very serious in our postings here. Universities yet to take off are rated more than existing ones. lets get the criteria for the rating. |
There is no going back on removal of fuel subsidy. However, it has to be in phases within 12 months. Target for now will be 100/l and the rest December 2012. |
It is another jamboree by the Jonathan administration. This is not the immediate need of Nigerians. |
I am not surprised at all. In some states there are SSA for Girls and some for advance party whose work include among others arranging for girls b4 Ogas arrival. This is Nigeria for you. The present crop of leaders have failed us. May God help Nigeria. |
Kudos to Lagos State Command. I want to know why each time somebody is kidnapped in Lagos or any part of northern Nigeria, the kidnappers are always arrested but the reverse is the case in the eastern part of the same country. Is the NPF not the same? |
Congrats dear Gov. and the good people of Enugu State. I do hope other governors in the South East will emulate Chime. I strongly believe that Nigeria can be better. |
In Nigeria, professionals are never appreciated. This is simply because wrong people take decisions and lord them on us all. |
Chief Obasanjo delt with ODI people in Bayelsa for less serious offence. Borno state esp. the affected areas need decisive military action period. The civilians who all this while have refused to expose them may suffer the same faith. Enough of this nonsnse. |
ikedi ohkim will definitely end up in prison. no jupita will save him except if efcc decides to mess up the cases against him. |
Let someone find out how much each paid to their state PDP chieftains before making the list. PDP is house of bribery and corruption. |
Gov. Ikedi Ohakim has congratulated Owelle Rochas Okorocha, pledging to support him. He also said that he will not challenge the result in court. This is probably a face saving measure. He might end up like James Ibori. |
Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha has won Imo Gov. election. He polled 336,859 to the incumbent Gov. Ikedi Ohakim of PDP who polled 290,496 votes. The streets of Owerri are agog as the winner is thanking the people. He is now trekking the major streets of Owerri with mamoth crowd. To God be all the glory for us from the hands of Ohakim. |
A good policy indeed but why after a general election. He should have done this before the elections to reduce the amount of cash used in rigging all over the nation. |
guber election in imo has been declared inconclusive by the returning officer apparently to aid ikiri ohakim to rig. our god will never allow that amen. |
Congratulations NIGERIA |
goodluck nigeria. we must move forward. bye bye to bad elections. |
me no de laugh ooo. Atiku gave us only part of our money he stole from us. He lost nothing |
humble president. |
humble president. |
The word NEVER dont exist in medical dictionary. Wonders shall never cease to happen. |
That's their opinion. However, the House should concentrate on serious businesses that will better the lots of Imo people. Our people are suffering and living in fear and apprehension. People are kidnapped almost every other day in Imo State. |
Atiku and the likes are living in the foolishness of the past. The era of northern domination is gone and gone forever. Atiku is a desperado. He has said enough to be caged by the appropriate arms of the government. GEJ should stand up to occasion as CIC. |
Good news. UK should start preparing a special section of their prison for the IBORIs as the main looter is coming soon to join them. Theresa and Christine are already cooling off. FGN should also appeal so that they serve their jail terms in Nigeria where they will very much appreciate going to prison better. I want to hear about the conviction of many more looters displaying their ill-gotten around. |
Talk of a drowning group of looters. The truth is always bitter. Senator Mark, even if Sanusi accepts that NASS gulps only 8.9% of our national budget, it is still very outrageous considering our estimated 150m. NASS members should accept the simple truth and wobble on for the remaining period. |
I am not amused at all. More than 90% of the members have no surname to protect. It is only in Nigeria that people do things without minding others feeling. Thank God for the increasing awareness, for very soon, criminals will no longer make laws for us. |
May his soul and those of the faithful departed rest in peace. His death should be another clarion call on our football administrators concentrate on the welfare of our footballers and pay less attention to corruption. |
No country on earth has zero corruption rate. However, fear, ignorance, poverty, illiteracy, impatient and greed tend to promote and propagate bribery and corruption in third world countries like Nigeria. May God help us. |
Buhari has not learnt his lessons after all these years. He truncated our nascent democracy and rode to power through the gun. Himself and IBB will NEVER rule this country again. They should rest and enjoy their ill gotten wealth. |
