Obesity and overweight affect almost every system in the human body. It also affects not only the patient but also the relations,the health care providers, the community and the nation. It is much much better prevented than being managed. A stitch in time saves nine.

Obesity is a very serious problem that can avoided to some extent. Regular exercise and strict and appropriate dietary compliance will reduce the stress and embarrassment associated with obesity and overweight.

it is indeed unfortunate after almost four years. it is very very embarrassing and this can only happen in nigeria. the cjn should please save us all from this national calamity. judiciary should sit up.

I am less perturbed by the list. EFCC should give Nigerians the comprehensive list of cases they have successfully prosecuted, those they collected bribe from and hid their files and those still facing prosecution ( whether politicians or not ). That many of them hire SANs and all such stories are old fashioned and no longer tenable. Any case in court simply needs diligent prosecution period. People in positions of authority should stop using craft agencies to intimidate and h arras opponents. THAT LIST WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE MORE CONFUSION IN PDP.

Sacking Prof. Iwu is no news at all. He has nothing new to offer except further further methods of election rigging and manipulation. We all should pray that the Acting President wont appoint ''another Iwu''. Naija must survive.

I was worried when the senate screened and cleared Hajia Turai Yaradua in absentia as minister-designate. This is indeed the acting president's gross mistake. Mrs Yaradua is very very ambitious and having her as a cabinet minister would not only cause divided loyalty but confusion in the polity.
Jonathan should decline swearing her in if he wants to have peace.

That the President should receive close associates including Imams raises more questions than answers. That he is yet to see his able vice president up till now shows that all is not well. But lets all wait till tuesday when the wife screened in abstentia takes oat of office. More drama will begin to unfold.

it is no surprise to us in imo state. U can wake up one morning only to notice that your shop has been set ablaze by Ohakim men. Actually the wrong people are in charge in Imo state, if you dare them, they will come after you.
