Good morning Lagosismyhome. Frankly speaking I would have preferred November but I couldn't find any available date for November while filling for Lagos. Next date as of last night was 4th December being Monday. I had to choose some days after as I would be free from work then to come for my interview. It pained me sha. I will be frank. The fact that I am going to wait that long. But I trust God all is in control.

nothing wrong with these dates just that why wait till 11th dec...if you have your i20 and paid sevis then you can go even 120 days ahead of your i20 start date

that way if you are given then you can buy ticket in advance . The closer you buy ticket to travel date the more expensive

My school resumes in 17th January, 2018 and I scheduled for an interview on the 11th of December, 2017. Hope there is no problem at all with regards dates? I also chose in my visa application form to arrive the US on the 10th of January, 2018.

Please house, I applied for and gained admission in Statistical Analysis, Computing and Modelling at TAMUK, but I-20 came bearing MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS as my Major. Am a bit confused. Though have written the school and from their response, they said SACM was not found in the SEVIS blablabla so they chose the one closest to it being MATHS AND STAT. My question now is, when I go to the embassy, WHAT DO I ANSWER THEM THAT AM GOING TO STUDY and WHAT DO I ALSO FILL IN MY DS160?

If you are comin here to study make sure you have a GA/Scholarship or you can atleast come in with money to cover your first 2 semesters ooooo! Hmmmm... MY XPERIENCE WAS SIMILIAR TO DAT OF THIS THREADER DAT EVEN WEN I INSERTED MY HAND IN MY MOUTH TO VOMIT IT, D TIN NO GREE. I WUD CRY AND CRY WIT MY LAUGHING FRIENDS CONSOLING ME, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I WILL LAF AND THEY WIL STGL LAF WIT ME. THEN I WILL REMEMBER MY MOM AND HW SHE WIL CRY COS HER SON HAS GONE MAD THEN I WIL CRY AGAIN.
