please i am having issue with my camon x..

i cannot uninstall app (including ones i installed myself), and i cant remove those apps on the home screen (desktop)

i did factory reset, it was okay for some minute and then those apps came back again..

For 3months it is 12%x 1m x 1
For 6months it's 12% x1m x 2 (2 because it's 2 quarters I.e 3 and 3=6)
