He just finished a four storey building that I can snap and send across to you if you make your contacts available or rather I can give you mine.

You need someone who understands the topography of Anambra state well.

While Mercedes Benz shows class and give shivers to onlookers and other car brand lovers, their last decade products are devoid of reliability and trust. None of my friends who got one gave a good mark to reliability.

Maybe they change and improve or die off the market.

The world has improved so much that people read reviews of products before going for it.

I don't know but we paid about 160k for everything ranging from registration fee, survey fee, annual ground rent fee, premium fee and title fee all through remita.

Wow! This is very good. I just acquired two plots and would look to have C of O for that land. I just hope I will be able to do so in Anambra state as there is no federal secretary in the state.

Tell him you will like to hear from his daughter. If it's the daughter's then deal directly with her. A lawyer will draft a deed of transfer both signed by you, then you take it to federal ministry of land so that they capture you as the real owner and C of O will come in your name. Goodluck

Well it does not matter at what miles to switch .. I need more information about your car ? What year ? What model? Oil type u were using before? Because some cars like 2011 Camry uses 0w20 , but if 0w20 is not available than use 5w20 .. Than you must switch back to 0w20 on the next oil change .. I use about 13liters over 60km drive daily. Mixed of city and highway driving.
Attach is the history of my fuel usage. Found this application online and use it to monitor my fuel usage.
Please is this normal.
The consumption is measured in Kilometer/ litre.
From what I checked online (28mpg- 35mpg) the consumption shouldnt be DAT high.

Before spending money on new ac components, if you have a small or slow leak, try this. It's a LOT cheaper than ac parts.

Some people in this section of nairaland talks to people with so much arrogance and disdain as if the life of would be customer depends on the vehicle he/she wants to purchase.

Just be polite to people who call you to enquire about vehicle you placed for sell and no matter what they price you, be gentle on them so as not to hurt their feelings. Yes the price is lower than market price but don't destroy the pride of such person cos tomorrow, he may be so rich that he can order fleets of cars that can marvel you.

@JijiNg, how I wish nairaland car dealers are open enough to reveal stuffs your article suggested, this section will be filled with good deals but greed won't allow them do so.

This is why those who have keyless cars are advised to buy and use aluminum pouch for the keys.

The signal from your keys are really not secured and so hackers, can use it to move your cars.

There should be a uniform tax for all betting companies operating in the state. The govt of Anambra state shouldn't tax a particular company more than the others because they all operate on same ground.

The government should as a matter of urgency think and value the organization and then come up with a suitable, stable tax for betting companies that operate in the state. In a good clime, this issue will be in court while they sort out the matter.

You don't seal offices because of tax that you just notified them about last month. You will give them time and also give room to negotiations so that people don't see it as a taint to a particular company.
