I just posted his stats for the said game.. I never even check his current performance so far. my friend, let's take it step by step. lol Blueelf: I have often wondered why this guy was never invited.
But I think I heard he turned us down at a time seeking to wait for Portugal.
He wouldn't be bad IMO |

stay with the substance. you are questioning my stance on his fitness. So I gave you Ejuke as a comparable example. Let's even leave out comparisons. Musa has not done enough this season to be in SE. If you say he cannot be dropped that is simply based on sentiments and not logic andrewbaba44: Ejuke have better stats,I don’t need to look at the stats
But did I say ejuke should not be invited ?
Musa cannot be dropped ,simple
Why didn’t you also compare ejuke stats with Samuel kalu or Moses Simon ? Lol |

u sure say u watch match so? modified now when I don give u evidence to back my position, u don shift to did he even play. Even if he didn't play is it not better to call up a more active and fit potential starter or sub as opposed to someone who may not be fully fit? na common sense things na andrewbaba44: Did musa even play when he was invited ?

You are right but wherever we are coming from in this, we still have the burden of arguing our case. And if we stick to the substance we will get the best results eventually, which is the general good of SE. Because whether we like it or not there are people still benefiting from the system as it stands today. Some set of people will always stand to benefit one way or the other. Humility017: you'll be shocked to know that they're some agents amongst us.here..... and also journalists and all....
you may be coming here because of your deep love for the super eagles...but the truth I can tell you not everybody shares your motive for coming here....
same way some folks follow up football matches for many reasons either because of their bets, passion and lots more....
so just relax....... the UK is not meant for lazy Nigerians you got to work hard to survive especially considering their numerous taxes |

Firstly, I said "if". Secondly, when a player like Musa has been out due to injury and has not had a good run of games he couldn't be as fit as a continuously active player, say Ejuke. andrewbaba44: Are you sure he is not fully fit ? |

Even if Sadiq is balling in the Serie A, komekn will still question the player's abilities just because he "failed" in the Scottish premiership. That's where I don't agree with him. If you fail in EPL and environs, he will never give u a pass mark regardless of where you go. But on the issue of UEFA coefficients ranking, you can look at it by the most recent season versus taking several seasons into consideration. I've made a similar argument in the past. and yes komekn has to admit that he needs be more balanced and need to start watching football without using the EPL as a reference point all the time. Humility017: you see some peeps here are proud fellows they never admit they can't be right at all time... that's the African mentality safarigirl was talking about yesterday.....
it is very bad...I was so surprised to read his write up saying forgiveness fall his hand...all because that one made a reasonable point differ from his....must him be on his side always it was clear to all that he does not like UmarSadiq
you don't go argue a case continuously when it is obvious that it is tenable |

lol.. But we also have a certain Chuba Akpom. Is he good enough for SE.. the answer is simply NO. Why are we courting the player? Blueelf: Komekn isn't an objective fellow. I used to think the bashing he receives is because of the innit boys he supports but I was wrong. He isn't an objective person 6 times out of 10. He uses any false argument to suit his narrative even when he is surely wrong.
Let Solanke score one penalty tomorrow and see how komekn will shout that he is better than Onuachu (although both are prodigies in carpentry). |

I have argued that he is not balanced, but I will have to admit it when he is able to argue his case. The only thing, I want him to watch other leagues more. You can hardly be balanced if you only focus on one. Humility017: substance of the truth that his points are always loopsided and biased
I don't blame those who said he lies alot.... he can quickly use those words to make case for his preferred British players and twist same words to pull down a home groomed player or non British born....
please leave komekn.... he really need to be objective with his words and I still believe he is not a super eagles fan probably here for reasons best know to him |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 8:01pm On Nov 29, 2019 |
it's really simple. Some people just choose to remain backward... if we can make things great in the home front then wonderful. Even at that, you can't still shut out some players just because place of birth. It's simply discrimination to your own detriment. Forward thinking countries try to get the best brains and best talents that they can POSSIBLY get. Humility017: noted bro..... it takes the harmonisation of both home groomed and foreign players to make the best team especially for a country like nigeria and considering the modern nature of football..... we need kids who have been privileged to be schooled on the science and rudiments of footbal ....... this we get from foreign born players.... and we love it |

Let's remain with the substance of the argument. Beat him or concede. Humility017: I won't doubt it if told that this is what you do for a living.... are you being paid by this players to do this on your behalf so as to fetch super eagles call us in the bid to revive their drown careers
please don't be offended...oooo |

If he is not fully fit, he shouldn't be back in the team. there is no point hurrying him to the team as if we do not have capable replacements until he is fit to really compete. andrewbaba44: What is bad in his stats ?
He has been injured and have played 5 games and just an assist

Nigeria's Leading Scorer In Europe 2019-2020 Season Hopes To Return To Netherlands Published: November 28, 2019
Nigeria's Leading Scorer In Europe 2019-2020 Season Hopes To Return To Netherlands Partizan Belgrade striker Umar Sadiq is hoping to return to the Netherlands before hanging up his boots.
The former Nigeria U23 international spent the second half of the 2017-2018 season on loan at NAC Breda and was successful at the club, scoring 5 goals in 12 Eredivisie matches while setting up three others.
Sadiq is also enjoying life in Serbia with Partizan, netting an impressive 10 goals in 14 matches, making him the top Nigerian scorer in Europe for the 2019-2020 campaign.
Speaking to FOX Sports ahead of Partizan's Europa League match against AZ Alkmaar on Thursday evening, the Rio Olympics bronze medalist said : ''I am now 22 and came here when I was twenty. I learned a lot here. Hopefully I will return someday, but you can never say it in football''.
On why he didn't extend his stay at NAC Breda, Sadiq explained that the decision was out of his hands.
''It is certainly not easy. As a young boy you try to pursue your dream. I played well at NAC, but I had to respect my contract.
''It is not easy for me, but I have to keep going. Hopefully I can go on a day settle down and be who I am,'' he concluded.

Musa should take a rest for now until he is back in top form. quickberry2: I Don’t Know Why He Is Not In The Nigeria National Team – Heerenveen Coach Aims Dig At Rohr Over Ejuke November 29, 201901058
Johnny Jansen the coach of Dutch side Heerenveen says he is at lost as to why Chidera Ejuke the talisman in his team is not in the senior national team of Nigeria owing to his performances this season.
Ejuke joined the Dutch side from Valerenga in the summer and he has turned out to be an instant hit with the team by finding the back of the net six times in 14 league games this season aside several man of the match award.
Jensen while speaking ahead of their game against Vitesse said he is surprised that the 21 year old wasn’t invited by the coach of the senior national team of Nigeria during the recently concluded international break.
He however confirmed that he was called up to the Nigeria U23 team for the Africa U23 Cup of Nations but the timing of the tournament made it impossible for them to release the wing forward who has completed more dribbles than any other player in the Dutch Eredivisie this season.
” I was surprised that he didn’t get a call up to the main team of Nigeria. You have to ask the coach why because he did enough to get a look in. However we rejected the chance for him to join the Nigeria U23 team because the timing of the tournament wasn’t best for both parties. He will no doubt become a senior international in the nearest future “, he concluded. |
