In a 3-5-2, we can always have two strikers. I think SE needs 4 SOLID strikers. The aforementioned are good to go as the situation stands at the moment. ChrisKels: Please permit me to draw my list of eagles strikers, in my own order of preference.
• 1 Osimhen
Back ups;
In form Iheanacho and on fire Dessers |

Vardy is massive. You can't bench Vardy. But Nacho can still do his thing if he is given consistent cameo opportunities or of course in a two-prong attack. charlesemeka85: The problem is that nacho can't perform from the flanks and Rodgers is hell bent on featuring vardy till him go faint for pitch one day.
Kelechi should push for a move away from Leicester to fulfill his talent. If I were him I will push for a move to laliga or Ligue 1 |

His confidence etc has been gradually returning. I did mention some pages back that he's now got a right foot. That's one part of his game that he has shown massive improvement. AIG07: Kelechi Iheanacho the most loved Nigerian player. Trust me, everyone on this thread will be happy!
That goal reminds us that he still got the touch. Nice movement, great control and perfect finish!
3goals in 3games. Is he back? Only time will tell. But e don tey wey nacho score EPL goal. |

But you have to show improved form to get called up. I think Rodgers saw his improvement and knew he will come handy. The coach still gets the praise. He's been doing everything right so far this season. charlesemeka85: I never lost faith in him. He is one deadly finisher just that Leicester is too obsessed with vardy |

Cyriel Dessers will be on Belgium's Euro 2020 roster |

abeg when u dey go Europe 6/7 times I hope say na naija players u dey go watch.. abeg help us keep an eye of on them. Just because most of them are in England don't mean we don't have some diamonds outside. As u dey do scout work so, keep an open mind komekn: I am very balanced and objective.
I have an indepth knowledge and experiential as well of English football. That means I know lots of coaches, scouts, heads of recruitment, Agents pkayers including Nigerian players and a few Managers.
That's my background.
I go to Europe at least 6/7 times a year on account of football.
My knowledge is not culled from the media it's quite often first hand.
I remember when stated Fikayo Tomori was not good enough two seasons ago. When l watched him a season later I did a U TURN.
When Osimhen was in Wolfsburg l remember saying he needs to go to a less competitive league and make his way forward from there. And progress it seems he listened.
My reference point will always be the EPL ask all.the players from Nigeria where would they all like to go.
Out most outstanding players have always mainly come from the EPL. |

No space for now until he gives us consistent performance then we can have the convo safarigirl: is he a midfielder?
Right now, that is the only position that he can chook head in this our team. No space in the defense for him, even as goal keeper |

That's arguable.. I was just using Ejuke as an example. Musa is the issue. andrewbaba44: Olayinka and emmanuel dennis looks to be ahead of ejuke |

on point.. let's leave the age argument. Blueelf: I want only the best for the SE squad. Starter or not. I want us to win games even with our bench players. Beside we both k ow Musa is older than 32 but I don't want to go deep into the argument |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Joebie: 9:09pm On Nov 29, 2019 |
He is not starting and he shouldn't be warming the bench. If in his level of fitness he cannot give the starters real competition, he shouldn't be there. Mind you I have praised Musa in the days when he put up good performances leading to the WC. We have to just say things as it is. andrewbaba44: Lol
Wait make ejuke win him first cap thou
At least musa is not starting games sha |

haha.. He still has England as an option. But Nigeria is realer possibility now considering his age. However, he still has lots of work to do to improve on his stats then we will see if he can compete with what we have. safarigirl: na so thois guy don reach 26 and Portugal never still call am.
Anyway, he still has time, he could be another Nzonzi in waiting. |

@ Blueelf These are Abiola's stats for this season. I think it's too early to talk about a potential talk with his mama
