Am responding to a blanket statement. Read well please

Man management will always be a problem. All coaches have their selection preference and bias somewhat.
For a Nigerian coach to manage his team well, he will need to have a group of his loyal boys. Else, because of our players' mentality -- which is Nigerian -- most of those who have achieved somewhat will not be easy to manage by local coaches. There will be clashes of egos. Our local coaches will want to say they achieved more during their days, vice versa. Dem go dey compete, who pass who?

I still think we would do better with the right foreign coach instead of going local. The man management and selection bias will ways remain our undoing with local coaches no matter how much exposure they have to how things should be done.

Amunike as a no 2 under a rijkaard or someone of that sort of standing is what I would opt for.

Yes they hug the ball so much. Quick exchange of pass can easily disorganize a team. That's my worry and their off d ball movement is very very poor. That's why you see them waiting for passes to meet them against moving to meet the pass. Hope to see an improvement in these areas

We can lose to either team.. but I can't bear a loss to Ghana. The way SE has played so far in this tourney, I won't put my confidence on them. no sentiments

We are going to find it very difficult to score against this Cameroon team.
They are also very good at set pieces unlike Ghana that has nothing to offer in the air.
They will fight very hard to take us to penalties and with Onana in goal, we stood no chance.

My kind of football is score as much as you can, only play cautious if your opponent is equally strong. Who were Ghana playing again? Gone are the days when many teams were scared of Nigeria.

With this in mind there are somethings that you ca understand but only if your black can you experience, the manager has to be black.

From a perspective of personal interaction, my first choice would be Chris Houghton and my second choice may seem a bit of a maverick but he will throw his entire being into the job and is not scared to say his mind, SOL CAMPBELL.
