I agree considering most of our LBs/RB's can play well as Wing Backs. We should have mastered those formations by now, not saying we cannot vary it.
Bannedlargedx2: Our strongest positions are the fullbacks and striker position and any sensible coach will play a 352 or 532 depending on the opponent quality
Dominic Solanke (Bournemouth) with a brace today against Newcastle. Final Score 2-0 at home. Season tally of 6 goals and 1 assist from as many as 12 starts.
""He had this when we arrived at the club, he was injured. He has been injured until the end of September, so we have been building him up with the Under-21s," he said ahead of the FA Cup tie with MK Dons.
"I am waiting for him to get his form and be able to play games and then I will decide. He needs to show his best. Right now, he is not injured he is building up form to be able to play. He needs to show that he wants to play for us and is fully ready. He needs to show that he wants to play and do things for this football club.
"He needs to be fully fit to play football matches and when we have decided that he is fully fit we will review the parameters of commitment. He will play if we decide he will play. He needs to show a lot if he wants to play for me."
1st attachment: His passing contribution. Key passes, Total Passes, and Pass Success % 2nd attachment: His goals and assists so far, as well as shots per game
Moffi seems to have improved in aerial duels this season
Egbon, you are our elder.. fire on! Speaking for myself, I don't mind either way I trust those in the committee to steer the ship, ensuring we maintain our tradition here of bringing the year to an eventful end with the awards. Thanks all who took their time to vote.
Kog45: Thanks my good people here for the votes gathered by nominees it signifies the love, support and commitment.
Despite our differences in opinions and disagreements over football reasoning,we still came together to do the needful in love and understanding..kudos to you all
I don’t want anyone to see it as a rejection but for real representation of our interests here…Chief Icon4s and I(kog45) shared the same ideology and it would have been ideal if we are in a ten members committee
I want to step down for my brothers in diaspora, especially Kokmne or Joebie who are more regulars here, cuz they deserve a representative but left for great Danielnino00 to do the needful and find replacement.
TUALE to all members here it shall be well with us….Success and grace will not elude us in our different endeavors IJN.
Bannedlargedx2: Give me orban ahead of the both. Sadiq is actually a decent striker when fit. It’s just that, he hasn’t fully regained match fitness and shouldn’t be on the team ahead of Akor/orban now
elyte89: Well I am saying what I observe in d national team set up, not club form . In a simple term, he puts himself in a more dangerous position to score but fails most most times …I am only letting u knw y some coaches might be always tempted to invite him over ,hoping he changes and coverts those chances ….I am not saying he’s better Dan odas
I no fit explain pass dis one if u no understand 😎
Joebie: Peseiro, why not wait until he picks up form first for club before national team invites. My goodness we have many CFs who are ALREADY IN FORM.
“It (Umar’s injury) is one of the most complicated things for a player,” Alguacil told Oma Akatugba.
“After such a serious injury and so much time out of competition, getting into the rhythm would be difficult.
“When we signed him, he was in a great moment after having a great season in the second division. Now he is in a Real Sociedad that is fighting in the Champions League and wants to continue fighting to be in the competition next year.
“He is important. I think Umar’s work has been good, and that is what will bring him closer to being able to compete at a higher level than what he demonstrated in Almeria and will be able to help us.”
