@ efisher - the threat is really significant but its obvious that boko haram has achieved so much because of complicity of some northern security personnel and poor intelliigence gathering that would hand these guys their balls on a tray wihtout firing a shot. The budget is just goodluck's administration making a killing in the name of fighting boko haram. The govt doesn't need N927 billion to fight boko haram for crying out loud. |
Wetin this eko-ile guy dey smoke, u dey compare bridge on scale of niger bridge to a 20metre falom ramp? Na by force to measure p.enis? Chei ! Smh |
Onlytruth & beaf (even though he's a pdp member) |
^^ I blame obasanjo for creating this monster. His witholding of lagos state allocation gave tinubu free hand to tax the hell out of even birds in the air and people (me included) cheered him on because we hated obasanjo. Tinubu saw the opportunity and took it, now the rest is history |
When I interact with majority of lagosians I wonder if eko oni baje is not an enchanted word designed to put a spell of ignorance on the weak minded. Its not unheard of for naija state and federal governments to be innately corrupt, what scares the crap out of me is the deification of the oppressor. I'm happy that people are beginning to wisen up but lagosians need to take back their state from the company that lagos has become with lagosians as the customers. This lekki road gist stinks to high heavens but some people are just too replete with idiocy, follow follow mentality or wannabeism to speak the truth |
adekunle made that statement because he was a drunk bigot. no self respecting combatant makes that kind of statement to a press man but i guess TIA (this is africa). he was feeling like hannibal because he was equipped with all the arms he and his men could carry to fight hungry, poorly trained, biafran troops carrying rusty rifles loaded with 4 bullets each. nonsense, sandhurst my arse. if he faced an egyptian army i could understand. ppl here are fanning his arse because he is from their village and so on. shioor! thats why i stopped posting on this site. i'm out |

screw koro! they are all the same to me whether pdp, apga, acn etc. it just pains me that we have been stricken with the most deplorable characters and unfortunately they are on top today. pdp man complaining about rigging when its his party that made rigging the order of the day in 1999 and in 2003 made it the only way to win outside of tribunal verdicts. shioor! |
nku5:Really!! This site is more forked up than i thought. Some of the most vile, ill mannered creatures converge here like zombies to chew aimlessly at people, races and what - have -you. Its here that i heard for the first time that certain ethnicities would be murdered and their properties seized. Thats when i slowed down on this site and decided that it was a place for morons |
Kelly Hansome na correct ewu! He disses the hell out of Mo Hits and then later remixes their song. I'm sure they had been waiting for the chance to nack him akpako. God save him let MI, Terry G and other ppl he has dissed not release a track for him over this |

A cameraman for the Nigerian state-run television network has been killed by suspected Islamist militants. Alhaji Zakariya Isa died after being shot in the head and chest at his home in the northern city of Maiduguri, a military spokesman said. The authorities in Nigeria have blamed the attack on the Islamist sect, Boko Haram. The sect is thought to be responsible for a series of attacks in northern Nigeria in recent months. Boko Haram - which means "Western education is forbidden" - usually targets the police and government officials. However, in recent weeks, journalists have been threatened by the group, which says it wants sharia law more widely applied across Nigeria. It said it would target reporters after it claimed spokesmen who were not part of the sect were being quoted by the media. Boko Haram is thought to have carried out the bombing of UN headquarters in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, killing 23 people. The sect launched an uprising in 2009 which was crushed by the military, leaving hundreds dead http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-15419203 |
This is impossible. How the steel mill wan take start? The facility never took off and when obj brought his ''lets privatize our heritage'' madness, the fate of the project was doomed. I know there have been more than 2 or 3 investors but i am very sure of the antics of the indian homeboys whose business plan was to strip everything of value and export for sale to ready buyers. I heard from a friend whose brother in law was a soviet trained engineer and staff of the complex that those guys were stripping bricks from walls because everything in that place was of the highest quality. Abeg does anyone have any positive stories to tell |
Sad. Just copied this from the BBC website- The Copts - who make up about 10% of the population - accuse the governing military council of being too lenient on the perpetrators of a string of anti-Christian attacks. The BBC's Yolande Knell in Cairo says there is pressure on ministers and on the country's military rulers to give assurances about national unity. 'Plain clothed attackers' The military called on the government to carry out a quick investigation into the clashes by "forming a fact-finding committee to determine what happened and take legal measures against all those proven to have been involved". In a statement read out on state TV, the army also said they would take all necessary measures to maintain security and repeated their commitment to plan for handing power to civilians. Security has been stepped up at vital installations in Cairo, with additional troops deployed outside parliament and the cabinet building in anticipation of further unrest. Police have been stationed outside the Coptic hospital, where most of the dead and injured were brought. Funeral services were expected to be held in the afternoon at the city's Coptic cathedral. Thousands - mainly but not exclusively Christians - joined the initial march from the Shubra district of northern Cairo to the state TV building in Maspero Square on Sunday, calling on the military council to sack the governor of Aswan province. They also accused state TV of fanning the flames of anti-Christian agitation. But the demonstrators said they were assaulted by attackers in plain clothes before the clashes with the security forces broke out. The violence began outside the state TV building but soon spread to Tahrir Square, the epicentre of the demonstrations which led to President Hosni Mubarak's resignation February. There were reports of thousands joining in the street violence, attacking both sides. Rioters tore up the pavement and hurled stones. Correspondents say that many Muslims came out to defend Christians from the security forces and protest against the military's continued hold on power. |
For goodness sake why can't these governors face developing their states instead of looking for more states to "balance the equation". Always putting the cart before the horse. peter obi of course has not achieved jack except apeing everything fashola does in lagos with comedic results |
Gombe! |
If our president agrees to this I will emigrate. Chikena.terrorists bombed tanzania and kenya in the 90's and those countries nipped it in the bud, why must nigerian leadership be so weak and clueless. |
Orji is typewriter repairman in the age of the internet |
WTF! She did it man! The black pot-head may have acted but she was the brain. |
Nice one. I like the move, now its important that other south east govs get up off their butts and lend their voices to this issue. |
Damn how did I miss this ? This bankole boy with his pomo lips is even a bigger twit than I thought? Very embarassing cos when I heard young educated guy, yankee boy sef! Was to become speaker I almost threw a party. Now homeboy has shown that he isn't just a crook but a suegbe to boot |
@ obinoscopy - na wa o! They want to repatriate them so they can go back and prepare for another trip back through our porous borders? |
Murtala was a failure. Truth is that only in nigeria can a lousy soldier, talentless buffoon become a celebrated statesman. This deranged bloodsucker wasted so many men trying to take onitsha from rag-tag soldiers that he became an s.I unit for military ineptitude. I guess he was better at killing civilians and playing ethnic arewa politics even though the beast was from present day edo state |
No crowded places for me |
@ oduasolja - you are undoubtedly the most inferiority complex ridden fellow I've come across. Its clear even if you use a different username everyday. Na wao !! So omo barely literate okoro dey intimidate u ? Pele sogbo. Who u dey call ingrate? Freaking nimcompoop like u. What do you in your right mind can you enumerate as favours ur gang has done for igbos. Dem niggas pay their rent, pay taxes, contribute to the freaking gdp without welfare, special incentives or anything so what the f.uck do you mean by ungrateful. Alexander pope said "a little education is a dangerous thing". The fact that u can browse the internet doesn't mean u no shyte comprende'? Its obvious u are a product of sustained ignorance and bigotry and I think you need prayers quick dawg. Now piss off my beer is getting warm |
@oduasoja & your other monikers on this thread - its obvious that u are a poor man and frustration has mangled ur limited mind into believing that igbos are the problem u and ur omo onile, garage lout crew have. Lool ! I pity losers who don't want to compete with others on a level playing field. You think igbos leaving will save your backward and infinitely filthy ilk. By the way have u ever left lagos? I respect igbo boys who leave their villages with cellophane bags and within a short time are able to send money home to mama unlike the 45yr old isale eko "boys" still eating their mum's amala b4 hopping out to extort money from hardworking igbo traders. The yoruba men wey make sense no get tribalism for their dictionary if not dem for poor like u and ur frustrated. Damn break time is over. Now kiss my as.s odua hitler wannabe |
Must you guys post such revolting filth? WTF. I'm going to report that picture |
