Many are excited about the sanctions on Russia and fail to realise how our lives have become so dependent on western innovations that makes us very vulnerable such that they can bend us by simply "unplugging and disconnecting". Like you, I have been concerned about how much power the west have amassed and the possibility of abusing it in future if we don't agree to even unreasonable demands. I believe that after this crises, many of these things will be aggressively addressed especially by Russia and many other countries. I am beginning to see China's wisdom in replicating all these technologies instead of depending on the west.

There are things that should not be subjected to politicization. Things like trade, finance, and media.
This happening now is a blessing and an eye opener for the rest of the world.
The trade imbalances, technological colonisation, financial dependencies etc needs to be addressed.

Many of you forget that Putin had been preparing for this showdown with the West long ago. He had been provoking direct conflict with the West in Syria by his support of Assad and that is why Assad still controls a large portion of Syria. He knew sanctions would come and he had also prepared for it. He had prepared his Oligarchs too. Have you heard any of the Oligarchs fall out of line all through this whole thing?
The real reason for this conflict? The West is afraid that they can no longer bully Putin and Russia and Putin is beginning to gain stranglehold over europe with his cheap gas and oil. The West's goal was to cause an uprising in Russia as such get Putin overthrown. But, they forgot that this man was brought up by the KGB and FSB. He is a master strategist. Pure genius.
Zelensky just sacrificed the people and resources of Ukraine for nothing but his pride and the theatrics of social media and western propaganda.
The real issues that this Russian military operations has brought to the fore is the that the West has too much control over global trade, media and finance. As the leader of any country, I would worried about the ability of the West to pull levers and switch plugs that will make life difficult for you and your people when you disagree with them. We need to start thinking about this dependency issues and start building independent systems or alternative systems like China has largely done.

Executive Director of Sexual Health Foundation, Dr. Samuel Amanamah, has revealed that about 50 per cent of men between the ages of 40 and 70 in Ghana are suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED).

The causes, according to the consultant Urologist, attributed to people having diseases like diabetes and hypertension unknowingly.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which a man regularly finds it difficult to get or keep a firm erection.

This situation he explained has an adverse social impact on families, society as a whole and therefore must be addressed.

Dr. Samuel Amanamah, who is also Sexapathologist, made the revelation in his speech during a symposium on challenges of sexual dysfunction in men, on Sunday, September 20, 2020, in Kumasi.

Parents should stop dumping their kids in front of TV all day. TV shows cannot raise your child properly for you, you need to raise your kids yourself. Stop encouraging your kids to pick role models from outside, thereby giving them unnecessary influence over your kid. You should be your kids' role model which means you have to be the best version of yourself.

Parents need to teach their kids proper morals such that when they come in contact with these immoral things, they have will not be swayed.

Parents need to educate themselves about the world around them and how it affects their kids. You need to know what your kid is reading, watching and who their talking to. This way you can impact them positively.
