I have seen many houses built without German floor, they just floor the ground with concrete after roofing.

I have also seen many coren and fnse engrs used this capping method, some of them do add water resistant to their mixing, since no dpm and ensure the late rite is well compacted...

NO OOO dont do it.?ur floor wont be even and each room Will have it's own level.ur German floor is meant to be on top of the foundation blocks. Using it as support.if you go ahead with this plan your room slab will be held solely by the sand undernith.

@bold, the ground floor is held solely by the sand underneath. Blocks can't hold ground floor slab, because it is not reinforced..

Why do u think people spend so much money on compaction, some even wait for rain, because the filling sand is the major thing supporting the German floor....

Some people don't even do block capping, they just floor with concrete after roofing....

I am usually always perplexed when I hear people make light of cheating while suggesting the offended partner to up and leave. A marriage is somewhat an investment where you have put in your emotion, time, energy, resources, and most of all, produced some adorable innocent kids. It is not easy to just up and leave. What happens to those kids in the union? They don't need their head wire wrongly because the actions of their parents will affect their perception of life tomorrow. It is better to deal with the fuckup and remain together for those kids than re-align their head with a useless divorce or separation.

The man here went too far though. I don't subscribe to his action. He could have still reset the woman's brain without all these extreme bodily harm. Women sometimes need a reset because going by all the trash I read on nairaland, they really do need a reset when they start to malfunction.

Yes the supervision is for setting out to dpc since it is a pay as you go project. The agreement is 2k a day for supervision. Due to Xmas and carnival expenses I was just dashing the guy small small money .
