Yes you are right but that i think is because of percentage some internals will get but as far as private company is concerned, before any project is awarded, thorough negotiation will be put in place that they may not even spend up to 2/3 of the amount F.G. will spend. However, who are the people receiving the projects contract? they will purposely inflate the price because it is government money. don't be surprised that rancor will soon emerge as regards this, even tax company will complain, no more loyalty settlement but they go scan F.G small oooo. it is a good move though.

It takes a special grace for a man to be very disciplined when it comes to his passion towards a woman. I urge every woman to always take precautions and also pray for her man.
