Yes, it will affect your regularization. If I may ask, which is the right name, is the the one on your Jamb result or indemnity form (regularization )? You have to go for a change of name, if the name for your regularization is incorrect.

Please how is UNIBEN MLS DE like, do applicants write exam ? How competitive is the MLS for those with B.Sc. via DE?

If your admission was given through JAMB, you don't need regularization. However, you'll need regularization if you were not admitted into the programme you graduated from via JAMB.

I missed out from writing jamb utme cuz I registered really late, ( I was waiting for my jamb regularization to click,but it didn't). I had to register for jamb utme but my centre was really far
Recently, I got a notification that my previous jamb has been regularized (the one I used for my OND)
Now, I want to convert from UTME to DE..pls can it be possible?
I wasn't opportuned to write the UTME. Can I still convert like that?

No, you cannot use that as proof of fund while applying for a tourist visa. Blocked account is mainly for academic purposes especially for those who want to school in Germany.
