The untactical approach of the presidency is the cause of all this fuss. Hope they will learn
Please what was the president to do?

The CJN has postponed the NJC meeting indefinitely after sensing that he would be suspended and recommended for dismissal and prosecution.

The Senate that was supposed to take a definitive stand was on recess. Even after briefly announcing an emergency resumption, they still went ahead to postpone when they knew they can’t save the sinking judge without looking foolish.

Should the president have allowed such monumentally corrupt judge to oversee the whole judicial architecture of the country?

What will you do differently in such case?

Just a digress........ Who cursed the South to make Unity unattainable. No Northern decent will ever allow this level of ridicule on their own CJN. Not one. Do you think a Hausa/Fulani CJN will ever be disgraced in this fashion? Not in the future. Do you know Walter is the first southern CJN in 35years? So you think past CJNs never had one issue or the other. I feel for south. I weep for them.

Will you keep quiet

A while emir of the most populated state in the north was kicked out as CBN governor illegally, by a SS president, no northerner raised hell.

Justice Ayo salami was kicked out of office as Appeal court president without evidence of corruption no one raised hell.

A SS judge admitted to corruption and was kicked out and all hell was let loose. After insisting that he must retain the office after his admittance of illegality.

It is only SE and SS that support criminals.

Those two region is the corruption capital of this country.

nameo:
The CCT or the Supreme Court itself cannot give an order suspending or removing a judge. It has no such powers. The constitution is CLEAR on how a judge can be removed or suspended even when they CONTRAVENE code of conduct: through recommendation of the NJC or 2/3 majority of Senate.

Moreover, this same CCT has bee ordered to stay proceedings by a superior court- the Court of Appeal.

Good try.
Quiet mr man we are not all illiterates like you minions

The constitution is silent on suspension.

His huge corruption empires are at the risk of collapsing if Buhari should enter for second term.

Ajaokuta has been his and his friends cash cow for long

His people are the ones running the power sector and their licenses will not be renewed for their poor performance.

They also know Baba might not renew their oil block licenses.

You’ve not felt depression.

You will feel the real depression when and if you finally let her go without having sex with her. Each time you see her or remember her will be torture to your soul.

Your next mission is to start plotting how to start your second journey with her.

This is why I don’t do no sex relationships. If you want a no sex relationship then I’d have to confirm you’re a virgin and even at that I still won’t give you assurance.

We've only known each other barely a month, but she acts and behaves like we've known for years, Cooks, cleans, etc acting like we are about getting married when I obviously didn't say anything about commitment to her ....

Now she wants to have a spare to my apartment so she wouldn't have to be calling Me for keys anymore...

Thing is I'm an introvert and I love having my space sometimes, how do I decline her request without making her feel untrusted or rejected?? or do you think I should give her??
Tell her your friends do come around sometimes to stay for sometimes.

Bought this half bag of oranges for N600 (Six hundred Naira not 6k) somewhere in Benue State. The orange seller by my estate gate here in Lagos sells 3 or 4 oranges for N100 depending on their size.

Annoying part is some of the sellers won't sell theirs by the end of the day.

While farmers are producing, not much is being done for further processing of these agricultural products which end up wasting.

Also, Bag of Garri N2200
15 Tubers of yam N3000

When we say you people should read or learn you’d think it’s an insult.

It’s not being sold. It’s a conssession agreement. Even if the engines are working, without the rail lines being constructed, it will be impossible to get the raw materials from site to the factory.

PoliticsRe: 11 Investors Indicate Interest In Ajaokuta by jomoh:
There’s an infrastructure revolution going on in the country presently.

Just imagine what the contribution of Ajaokuta will be to the revolution.

Can anyone tell me if there’s any infrastructure that doesn’t have iron/steel.

Nigeria imports raw steel of up to $3.3billion anually. That is only steels meant for construction. Like rail like, iron rods, nails, beams and heavy bars.

How about:

The junk steels like used engine parts.
The new steels like new engine parts
The cars importation annually(I’ve never seen cars made of plastics or woods)
The generators imported annually(never seen a gen set made of plastic or woods)
The heavy machines that costs billions.
The heavy telecoms equipments
The heavy power plant equipments

All the above and many more that are made of iron/steel. Even our phones and hear piece contains iron no matter how small.

Personally Nigeria import not less than $20billion worth of iron/steel/metals yearly.

Now imagine we produce that $20billion worth of iron and still export more.

That is the importance of iron
That is the importance of Ajaokuta steel mill.
That is the importance of rail lines(Warri-Itakpe) to transport the raw materials and finished goods to and from Ajaokuta.

The iron is so important that God named a whole chapter of the Quran -Iron(Suratul Hadid).

Obj and his co travelers grounded that steel mill after spending billions of our money. Negotiating a complex extortionist deal with the company handling its conssession. Now it has been resolved by PMB.

God bless Nigeria
God bless PMB/PYO
God bless me
PoliticsRe: 2019 Polls: Olawepo-hashim Says He'll Achieve $4trillion Economy In 10 Years by jomoh: 6:24am On Jan 17, 2019
It’s feasible.

But without critical infrastructure, you’re only day dreaming.

How can Ajaokuta run successfully without Warri-itakpe-Aladja rail line being constructed to get tons of raw iron ore to the factory?

How can Ajaokuta run successfully without lagos-(Lokoja)-kaduna rail line being constructed to transport finished products to the port for export?

How does a farmer in Maiduguri get his beans harvest to lagos in 48hours cheaply without rail line Or a yam farmer in benue, a tomato farmer in Kebbi etc.

There’s and infrastructure revolution going on presently in the country. Let the revolution complete first then your $4trillion economy will be obsolete.

See let me tell you, CR7 will always be remembered.

The media, his fans and fans of other clubs will always remember CR7.

Btw, any where Messi is called CR7 will also be called vice versa! They are inseparable!
Did you read my first line at all.

The club Real Madrid will outlive any fan.

In 60years time, most of the videos you see today will be outdated and the visibility will be poor.

The kids then will hear his name but won’t have enough materials to really know who he really was. No matter how sharp your memory is, there are some characteristics of Ronaldo that you can never describe. There are some interesting things about his personal and professional life that you can’t tell people.

In that 60years, if the club choose to tell you he was a paedophile or a drunk or a rapist. It’s only the club that has files and materials about who he really is.

So if the erase it now, they may choose to replace it with a damaging one.

Lol... So Madrid go erase European and FIFA recordshuh
Can you compare the records of UEFA and FIFA to that of the club he spent the most memorable period of his career.

UEFA will have his European and Champions League records.(only CLs and European cup)

FIFA will have his World Cup records(nothing to write home about)

La Liga will have his league records

But only Real Madrid can have the records that shows the real person called Cristiano Ronaldo.

And BTW, Real Madrid can influence La Liga to erase some of his important records too. If the beef is that strong.

undecided

They can't erase it from the internet and his fans will forever remember his time in real Madrid
Unfortunately the club will outlive any Ronaldo fan.

Eventually, websites hosting articles on him will expire and go offline.

Future websites will have to make a request to the club Real Madrid but they will decline. They will find solace in associations like FIFA, UEFA, LA LIGA etc but none of them will have the kind of material that Real Madrid have.

He had his greatest impact on world football at Real Madrid and by the time his records are erased, he would have been relegated in the history of football.

Future generations will only hear of a brilliant footballer that played the game in the early 2000s but won’t have enough materials to see his talent.

The lawyers and the ex are no fools. They know her testimony can either weaken their case or strengthen it. Meaning no one will take her verbal testimony seriously.

The ex already said she has tons of evidence that Ronaldo did it and she’s willing to play game. She even alluded to the fact that Ronaldo has been in touch with her for the past 18months in other to get her not to do or say anything against him. She even claims that he, Ronaldo, threatened to kidnap and kill her.

Under the case law - judicial precedence. Can't you read and research the law anyway, remember that google is your friend.

Kindly refer to the judicial precedent as encapsulated in a recent Appeal Court decision in Nganjiwa vs Federal Republic of Nigeria (2017) LPELR-43391(CA), to the effect that any misconduct attached to the office and functions of a judicial officer, must first be reported to and handled by the NJC, pursuant to the provisions of the laws.

Mind you, NJC is not an ordinary council.
Yes I know about the case but don’t you think it’s a way of buying immunity for the judges.

The Legisative claims they make their own rule, the judiciary has to go through NJC consisting of the same judges and the excutive heads have immunity against all prosecutions. In essence all this people are above the law.

[/s] Under the Law, the NJC is the body to tell us if he has a case or not!

The Presidency has no business there..

Where the Presidency has its work to do it failed woefully...

Until the NJC declares the CJN guilty you have no right to do so or engage in Media trial
Under which law

Kindly quote the aspect of law that says an ordinary council can determine a criminal case.

A council he himself is a member if not the chairperson.

When did the NJC become a court of law having jurisdiction of criminal matters.

NJC is for professional misconduct and not criminal offenses.
