Politics › Re: Zaria Killings: Sack Buratai Now- Sahara Reporters by jomoh:
I fully support this call.

Buratai with his entourage should be sacked prosecuted and jailed for premeditated massacre if found guilty of which I am convinced he is.

I don't care whatever weapon those people were brandishing as long as no rifle was recovered from them, Buratai and his entourage had no right to open fire on them.

To think that the army went back to continue their mindless massacre to the extent of demolishing their base gives credence to the fact that everything was premeditated.

You cannot tell me a few hundred stone carrying, cutlass wielding civilians pose any meaningful immediate threat to dozens of fully armed, well trained Nigerian military officers to the point that it will now warrant mudering over 300 innocent people.

NO matter how good a lawyer is, he can never win a case that involves shooting someone carrying a stone in self defence especially not fully armed Nigerian army.

I can't compare myself to do what you are telling me to do.
Thanks all thesame
Guy for the sake of your future happiness please I beg you in the name of God. Go out there and live your life. Mingle with people. Leave your comfort zone. It won't take you more than 6months and max 1year for you to adapt. You can start by listening to jokes. Try and keep yourself busy with thought when alone by making jokes in your head with what you see. As time goes on you will see almost everything people do as a joke.

By the time you reach a certain age like close to 30years you will regret not leaving your comfort zone early in life because all the experience you gather when you're young is what you'll need to survive at that age onward.

If you fail to acquire any experience, it will hunt you for the rest of your life and there won't be a second chance for you.

YOLO- You Only Leave Once but most importantly never forget your God. He is always where you left him for you to pick up anytime you're ready.

Bros jomoh, with these punch line of thoughts you reeled out, I have officially decided never to join issues with these agents of darkness anymore.

I mean, what more can be added to your submission. It absolutely captured the entire nemesis brought upon us by the previous govt and rescued mission currently embarked on by the present govt.

Sometimes it pains me that those who made such malicious statements are supposed youths and 'leaders' of tomorrow, but my consolation is that, rational minds like you and many others are at hand to orientate these illiterates short in vision and consumed in ethnicity.
I hardly do except time like this that they get me annoyed with their illogical criticism.

I have a friend whom we went to the same secondary and higher institution together even the same department who also defends the malpractice of the previous administration but I try as much as possible to restrain myself from insulting him.

I just wonder what people like them will teach their kids.

Those people has seriously bastardise/corrupted our common sense except for few of us. Its now on the few of us to enlighten them once in a while.

You're harsh. Remember that no one has the monopoly of knowledge, I guess he has learnt from ur concise analysis of the situation of things in this country currently esp the fact that the are working on last administration's budget.

I got some important info from u too grin
Am sorry if I sound harsh but the fact is that most people see and know these things but they've allowed politics of tribalism, hatred and religions sentiments to becloud their judgement from seeing the true enemy.

APC are not saints but labelling them total evil as against PDP in spite of all the glaring evidences flying around is what really pains me.
PMB is no miracle worker. If I need one I will vote for TB Joshua. He is no magician. If I need a magician I will look for David Copperfield.

Am glad that you're able to pick something from it but don't be surprised if some people still choose to ignore it and pursue their hate agenda.

I remember almost everybody was in total support of GEJ after the 2011 election until 1st januray 2012 when he gave us a national present shock by increasing the price of petrol. In spite of the fact that he has being their presenting budget for close to 2years after Yar'adua's death.

PMB is yet to even present his own budget yet these people are shouting and the most annoying thing is that they're not logical in their criticism.

Once again am sorry if I sounded harsh. It just that I have zero tolerance for bullsh!t.

A attended a friends engagement last Friday where something similar happened.

After the whole process it was time for the photographs with friends. A friend of ours couldn't keep his arms to himself, instead had his arms around the shoulder of the bride. Could you believe all through the adjusting and readjusting, the guy kept returning his arm to shoulder of the bride even when the groom didn't do such.
Politics › Re: Should The COAS Resign Over The Zaria Killings? by jomoh: 10:24am On Dec 17, 2015
Resignation is has honour in it. The man should be sacked arrested, prosecuted and jailed. The man almost throw Nigeria into another years of Boko Haram debacle.

I am a PMB supporter but I'm against impunity and anything that threatens the peace and lives of Nigeria and her citizens.

How can you kill the very people you're supposed to be protecting. We should have a law that would criminalise killing of un armed Nigerian for whatever reason.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Labour Congress Warns FG - Don’t Increase Price Of Fuel by jomoh: 9:52am On Dec 17, 2015
These people should just shut it and allow the corruption conduit to be removed once and for all.

The longer we delay the removal the longer we postpone our suffering.

People are already buying fuel at 140 and above why not make it official and remove the useless subsidy once and for all.

WOCKHARDI:
And his political adviser knew all these things, kept silent and was collecting his wages. Is he not implicating himself as incompetent?
If he is incompetent, it means GEJ was too blind to see that and fire him and get a replacement?

That is another show of cluelessness. You appoint someone that is not performing and you cannot see it. It means you don't have a clue. Or does he need another adviser to tell him that someone is incompetent?
Politics › Re: FG Delegation Visits Shi’ite Home Base At Gyallesu (pics) by jomoh: 8:53am On Dec 17, 2015
Thank you for that bro.

To me all this is subtle admission of guilt by the FG or is it possible for you to kill a terrorist and still send a delegation to his people for condolence.

That Buratai of a thing should be cautioned and the officer that ordered the massacre along with the soldiers involved should be dismissed and charged for murder.

Terry68:
when you say lets kill corruption, i begin to wonder what you mean for the remaining 3 years left.

since this government came into power, its been corruption news all over with insignificant development. are we going to be fighting corruption throughout the stay of power?

if I consider your statement, then the future will be missing.

As if fighting corruption would solve the fact that firms are closing down each day? the dwindling economy, depreciation in naira value, abi the hike in fuel or the bad roads romancing our cars, or probably leaving the unemployed unattended.

I am sure this government is in the middle of a planned distraction, host by the host.

I just pray let our living don't be useless
How many times have you seen Buhari personally arrest anyone.

You should be able to pick out that there will always be media frenzy surrounding cases of corruption all over the world. When Martha Stewart was being tried for tax evasion, even CNN dedicated sometime to follow the story. When the corruption cases at FIFA broke out and even FIFA president and UEFA president were suspended did it stop UEFA from having the CL or UEFA league? Did it stop FIFA from hosting the under 17 world cup?

From your analysis it show you just joined the band wagon of the illiterate that keep shouting that the government was focusing too much on corruption.

Whereas you and your co-travellers on that visionless bus forgot the first few weeks that PMB travelled to neighbouring countries. Precisely Niger, Chad, Cameroun, Benin. Was that also for corruption.

Was his trip to the US for corruption?
Was his trip to india on trade relations for corruption?
Was his trip to the China-Africa trade summit also for corruption.
Was Ibe kachikwu, Kemi Adeosun and the rest appointed as Minister for corruption.

Oh I forgot you were also part of the train crying that he travels too much. The problem you people have it the same thing with PDP that you support. You fail to realise the extent of damage that has been done to the economy yet you want a miracle worker.

Wike recently praised Amaechi and FG for continuing the Rail project in rivers state is that corruption case.

Learn to have a mind of your own and not follow the band wagon. The present Administration is still following the killer blueprint/budget of the previous administration that had price of crude at $65 even when the price was $45 and still going down. Not until 2016 will they implement their own blueprint/budget Or do you expect them to throw out the previous budget?

When he went to commission the 25billion Agric loan in kebbi state where were you? Oh I forgot you were busy protesting the release of a terrorist.

Very good move. Let's kill corruption totally not a bloody nose again.

But I'm bothered about the safety of Magu and eventually the long term existence and efficiency of the commission. The institute should build a very strict internal system that will expose anyone conniving with corrupt official. Also the should be legislations that will make the commission to be autonomous.

We are Nigeria and Nigerians. We are not fighting any ISIS we are flogging Boko Haram already.

For Gods sake don't we have any standard foreign policy that defines who/what we are and who/what we are not instead of countries just associating us with what we're not.
Fashion › Re: Whats The Difference Between An Alcoholic Perfume And Non-alcoholic Perfume by jomoh: 6:56am On Dec 17, 2015
Alcoholic are the regular ones you see around. They contain spirit and petroleum products. They are also highly flammable.

Non Alcoholic are made majorly from natural ingredients like mostly flowers and other plants, sometime "I think" some insects or extraction from some animals. It is not flammable.

You are very wrong. An can only be used when the H is silent like in honest. You cannot say 'an house' for example. It is not every word with a vowel after H that the H is silent. There are only few words like that. The problem is that there are some tribes that find it difficult pronouncing H and hence they tend to assume that the way they speak is actually how the word is pronounced.

I will suggest that before someone comes online to posit on any issue, he should first be sure of what he is saying so as not to confuse the young students in Nairaland.

You may check out this link.
http://editingandwritingservices.com/a-or-an-before-words-beginning-with-h/
I will suggest that you go back and read what I wrote again but this time read very slow and digest every single word. Maybe just maybe this time you won't skip the part where I said "in some cases".

Even if you miss that part, the example I gave is enough to clear this our unnecessary argument.

It is not everything you read you must antagonise even if you must, try as much as possible to read and understand everything first.

BTW has letter "H" ever being voiced. if it is kindly give me the phonetic alphabet for letter "H".

Or better still, use that your rule to apply "a" or "an" to this words below.

What the hell is all these. PMB if you don't respond to these kind of crazy expenditure by the NASS, then we Will conclude that there was no iota of CHANGE after all.
The PDP administration under OBJ gave fiscal autonomy to the National assembly. Not PMB nor any Nigerian president can ever have power over those people again. They get their money directly from the federation account at I think 23% and they do to it whatever they like.

The executive has no power over it. PMB is powerless on this.
