Marriage is the only platform that gives room to absolute unclothedness. It is an eye opener. No matter how wonderful a man appears to be, he has no hiding place in marriage as a child of God. His real attribute will only be revealed in marriage. Therefore, a man is not known until there is an access to his unclothedness.

When you come into a deep knowledge of who your partner is, it is time to reveal the true nature of God. Many come into marriage thinking they will be served in terms of their needs but in the actual sense marriage bring men into an era of greater responsibility. The responsibility to be more loving, living joyfully and peaceably.

When a man comes into a marriage, he will at every time as long as he lives be subjected to the test of love, peace, joy, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. More of these will be required of you when you marry. Your faith is not established until you have come to know and become very sure that you did not fail in these things in marriage.

Allow the Holy Spirit to find expression in your life. You can't afford to be a failure in destiny. Humble yourself and acknowledge God to help you to be a fulfillment in every facet of life.

Focus: The End of King Herod

All men who live to take glory that belongs to God for themselves will end in disgrace like King Herod. Whatever you are able to achieve in the land of the living you are expected to return the glory to God!!!

You are what you are by the grace of God. Whatever you will achieve will only be possible by the grace of God. It is normal for men to praise you for whatever you are able to achieve through the help of God. When this happens don't forget to remain the man you are but divert all glory to God.

There are several King Herod in our day. They are:

✴️People who take pleasure in self glorification
✴️People who think without them something cannot be done.
✴️People who play God over their subjects
✴️People who deprive men what they deserve because of an offence.

Do not play God irrespective of the power or authority at your disposal. Keep reminding yourself that you are dust and God sees you as worm; you are nothing except who God makes you to be. King Herod was knocked down by angels and eaten by worms not because of people's praises but because He did not return the glory back to God.

Focus: The End of Pharaoh

WORD FOR TODAY
You become an oppressor each time you take advantage of the strength and authority you have over those who are weak to subject them to hardship. The end of every man who presents himself as an oppressor in any capacity will be like that of Pharaoh!!!

Pharaoh was a stubborn ruler who subjected the Israelites to intense labour and hardship. His intention was to make them slaves forever. Pharaoh is a symbol of hindrance or impediment to the promised land.

There are several Pharoahs in our days:
✴️They are people who have only one aim; to oppress people.
✴️Those who do not live with the orientation that there is a measure of God in the lives of every man who must be treated with dignity, love and respect.
✴️Those who arrogantly yield to their own will at the expense of God's will.
✴️Those who do not give up on subjecting men to oppression irrespective of the warning signs presented to them.
✴️Those who stand in the way of a man's progress or promotion into the next level.
✴️Those who take pleasure in seeing men suffering.
✴️Those who have what it takes to help people into their next level but fail to do so.
✴️Those who fail to forgive those who offend them.

When God in His mercy bring you to a lime light of influence, power and authority; be careful not to make yourself a Pharoah. God's verdict over Pharaoh is that his heart will be hard to bring about his destruction. A man whose heart is hard against God's instruction is heading towards his destruction like Pharaoh.

Focus: The End of King Saul

WORD FOR TODAY
The manner in which King Saul ended his life will also be the end of every wicked man. The memory of the wicked shall perish!!!

King Saul was a great king who started wonderfully but ended woefully. The journey to his woeful ending began when he disobeyed God. He left the affairs of the kingdom to pursue a perceived future king (David). He did not desist from pursuing him even after the Lord made him to fall into his (David) hands. He lived this way until the Philistines put an end to his life. He had no son to succeed Him. This is how the life of every wicked man will end.

There are several King Sauls in our days.
✴️They are selfish people who become envious at the good fortune of the people around them.
✴️Those who refuse to accept the verdict of God
✴️Those who will yield to their own will at the expense of God's will.
✴️Those who can go to any length to perpetrate evil.
✴️Those who don't give up on doing evil despite warning in various quarters.

The evil that men do live with them. When it seems as if the judgement of your evil deeds has not come it is been reserved. There is no peace for the wicked! Repent from doing evil so as to find the mercy of God!

Life is a test. When God places a man in leadership position, He subjects him to the test of righteousness and how much he can reverence Him. Most of the time, those in leadership position are not always the best set of individuals available in such domain but mostly those who are privileged.

When you find yourself in the capacity of employing men, determining the fortune of people, administering funds, transfering people, impacting younger lives, having access to people's information, saving lives do it in righteousness and in the fear of God.

It is when you do this that your life will be like the light of the morning when the sun rises, a morning without clouds, like the tender grass springing out of the earth, by clear shining after rain. (2Sam 23:4). Be conscious of the fact that life is a temporary assignment. After your rule, people will either bless or curse you and your life will become a reverence point based on the peculiarity of your deeds.

Experience is a great teacher but the price is too high. The ultimate interest of the Lord for allowing everything happening to you is that; He wants to teach you something out of it.

In our text, the Israelites came to a point in their life time where the reason for their experiences over the years was made known: that man shall not live by bread alone. Our judgement, orientation, aspiration, message, view about life and reason for living may not be correct if our lives is not subjected by force to certain experiences.

Make yourself available for God's dealings so as to be what He wants you to be. Don't boycott the experience designed to help you in life.

Sometimes when some children of God go out for evangelism they speak of God's promises and the wonderful things He has prepared for His people. Hence, many come into the fold of God's people with the orientation that they will live a problem free life with God on their side. In the actual sense, we are called into a life of sacrifice.

Each time you see a man who is self-centered you have seen who did not respond to God's calling in His life. The investment of God through men over your life is to prepare you for service to humanity. What we see in the life of our Lord is that He suffered and laid down His life for the entire human race to save us from perdition.

Several people in this life have sacrificed their time, money, comfort and things they worked for to ensure that the coming generation and men they were serving have better life. Most of them died in strange lands to make sure the unreached were reached with the gospel of our Lord. You also cannot do less if you must please God.

Every man/woman has a template of what a good husband/wife should be in his/her mind. This template serves as an important parameter that guides marital choice and also determines our expectations in marriage.

Moreover, when a man and a woman is eaten up by the love or passion they have for each other; they are likely to be blind to some reality about themselves. However, a time will come when their eyes will open to those realities in various aspect of life. When this happens they are expected to accept each other and work towards becoming one flesh which is one of the most important essence of marital relationship.

Marriage is instituted to make up with our individual inadequacies. Therefore, we must dwell in marriage knowing fully well that people are happy when they are allowed to be themselves rather than living in the consciousness of various template of expectations.

Every man is expected to communicate his mind, desire under God to his/her spouse and give allowance for the required transformation of oneness to take place. Avoid placing unnecessary pressure of expectation on your spouse; doing that communicates nothing but rejection.

If God will not help you no one can. If peradventure a man provides for you the needed help it is not him/her but God in them. It is very normal as human beings for us to think there is help in various hills standing before us. But we must be mindful of the fact that those hills are also standing with the help of God.

Don't feel offended when men fail to help you, the fact is just that they are incapacitated despite their wonderful appearance. Also, there is a limit to which any man can help. Absolute help comes from God. His help at a particular point in time settles your past, present and future.

The Lord is the only one that can prevent your foot from slipping, watch over you without slumbering, be your shade at your right hand, keep you from all harm and watch over your coming and going all the days of your life. As you proceed into the new month; the Lord will help you in Jesus name.

Destiny sometimes can be funny; God most of the time takes a man through a path in a bid to achieve a definite purpose. To some, He takes them through a pathway of destiny to discover their wife, career, job, ministry or even a lifestyle that emanates through character development.

The most important thing in life is not how big your placement is or the great personality of the people around you but the fact that you are where God wants you to be and around the right people peculiar to your destiny. Naaman could never believe that he will be healed of his leprosy through a slave girl. Joseph while being sold to be a slave in Egypt didn't know he was heading towards the fulfillment of his dreams.

The pathway to your greatness may recide in that small domain you find yourself and with those people you think they are nobody. Be mindful of how you live your life and be humble enough to treat men with love and respect because you can never tell what they might turn out to be in your life and destiny. Make a good account of yourself in the domain of your placement, a destiny helper may be placing a watch over your life.

Even though I'm a born again Christian, Nnamdi Kanu is a disgrace to every Christian worldwide from the religious perspective for aligning with Israel and Judaism. A well known terrorist like Kanu who almost made we Christians clash with our peaceful Muslim brothers because of his incessant hate speeches towards the north and the west doesn't deserve to see the light of the day. I suggest the federal government seize his mother's corpse for following the useless man to court in Abuja in solidarity and cremate it to serve as a deterrence to parents Who supports their children's criminality or feed her carcass to the Crocs in Nile river. Nnamdi kanu deserves to be locked up at ADX Florence in Colorado with the likes of his fellow terrorists like Elchapo and Muttalab for endangering the unity of our beloved country Nigeria.

I know you are not a Christian. However, you keep emphasizing it in your post day after day. My prayer for you today is that God by His mercy will make you a born again Christian. He will open your eyes to see the Gospel truth and give you a heart of flesh that understand spiritual things to do the will of God in Jesus name. Amen!

A composer sang that "Your life is a book before the eyes of people and they read it through and through". People may not say a word about you but they are mindful of what your life represents after a closer watch over your life with time. In everything you do be mindful of the fact that your life is under a watch.

People know if you can be trusted with issues that has to do with young lives, women, money and position of authority. They know the type of committee you should be placed as a result of your faithfulness, committment and fruitfulness.

A teacher assisted some students engaging in examination malpractices by supplying answers to questions. Someone asked the students after the examination that: "Can you recommend the teacher or any of the students that engaged in examination malpractices to handle treasury of the nation?" They answered: No, because "we are all thieves including the teacher"

You are doing yourself a great harm if you are not an example of a believer. You are expected as a believer to be an ambassador of Christ wherever you find yourself. Do not fail God but always allow Him to work in you to do His good pleasure.

The kingdom of God is the government of God in every domain of life. There is no other way to bring God into the helm of the affairs of your life, having an access to the great things He offers, partaking in His glorious inheritance and having a nature to hear and respond to Him then being born again.

A man will continue to operate outside what God planned and prepared for him until he becomes born again. There are several men who by previlege have been under several spiritual incubation whose lifestyle does not portray godliness. The reason behind the fruitless labour of the people of God on these men is that they are not born again. No matter what you do they can neither see the kingdom of God nor be useful for God's purpose.

You must be born again if you must have anything to do with God. Becoming born again gives a man the affinity to know God, hear from Him and see things the way He sees it. Surrender your life to Christ Jesus this moment; accept Him and tell Him to come into heart to live His life in you!

One of those things you must be very sure of as you embark in various activities in the journey of destiny is God's approval of your ways. You are not sure of success until the Lord makes your way prosperous.

In 2 Sam 5, there was no man who opposed David from becoming King. No man opposed Joseph from becoming the prime minister of Egypt despite being a slave prisoner. These men fulfilled their mandate despite the battle against their lives because the Lord made their ways prosperous.

Things will remain difficult, your antagonist will be having record of success and your progress to the next level will be hindered until the Lord makes your ways prosperous. In every issues that has to do with matter of great importance in destiny you must not gamble about it. You must diligently seek God and ensure he is with you in your adventure. You will only become irresistible on the pathway of progress when the Lord stands by your side to bring your words to pass.

When the Glory of the Lord comes over a man's life, it cannot be hidden, it will surely express itself to the world. There is no need for you to announce what the Lord is set to do or doing in your life. It is not everything about your life and destiny that you share with people, this is because we are living in an evil world.

This wisdom is an ancient one as we can see in the life of Saul. He only gave his uncle the information he needed and nothing else. This is how we should live so as to come to the peak of God's plan for our lives. Several destinies have been aborted because the people in question placed themselves to lime light before maturity.

Some people are so eaten up by the social media that you can make an account of the progress of their lives. Our Lord Jesus was rebuked when He started teaching at age 12. We heard nothing about Him until the fullness of time that His ministry on earth took off. If you want to grow, you must accept to grow in obscurity until your manifestation.

The Only institution created by God which gives room to absolute unclothedness is marriage. It is only in marriage that you can be naked and you will not be ashamed. Similarly, when there is no absolute unclothedness in marriage the parties involved will be disgraced.

The concept behind creating Adam first; is meant to show God's will of oneness in marriage. He created them as a single entity initially (male and female) (Gen 5:1-2) and later separated them to ensure multiplicity. Even in this, He wants them to still remain one because they carry the same destiny, assignment and mandate.

Therefore, now as a separate entity in a single unit, if they must have the same heart, understand purpose there must be communication. If they must remain one every information must be shared.

Your marriage is not successful until you become one with your spouse. Therefore, you must invest comprehensive time in communication in your marriage. With proper communication there will be proper understanding and with proper understanding there will be successful marriage.

You were accepted for job, contract, admission and promotion where several people have been rejected. Many difficult good things of life that many failed to achieve came so cheaply for you.

Life will not always go one way all the time. It is sinosodial (up and down) in nature. To think things will always be in certain direction all the time is to live in disappointment. When things turn out well for you in various aspect of life it is not a right but a privilege.

In 2 Sam 18, King David's servants told him not to go to war with them putting into consideration that they might lose the battle. Don't go on in life with false faith. The real faith demands standing with God and believing His word irrespective of what happens.

God will not but allow us to go through different phase of life to have a clear understanding of what life is truly all about and to be a man with a balance orientation about life.

We have seen men who had several lands and estates but were not even given a small portion of land for burial. Some children resolved not to bury their dead mother in the premises of the house she built because it will devalue the value of the house either for rent or sale.

When a man dies, he becomes a liability. All that he has will be shared among people who know or felt nothing about his labour. Hence, be mindful about the words of Christ which says: do not worry about life but seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness(Matt 6:25-33). Serve God with whatever you have, lay your treasure in heaven and make impact in the lives of men. This is the best way to live.

Put not your eyes on what you are going through now but on God promises for your life. Several men have failed God because all they saw about their lives is what is happening to them. Many keep managing their lives with unrighteous gain thereby neglecting the future glory prepared by God for them.

Several men in destiny came to a point in their lifetime where they made critical decisions to follow God despite the challenges they faced. They were able to receive the promise because they were not short sighted but had an eye in their glorious inheritance and inherited it. If you must be what God wants you to be you must not shift your focus from it.

Whatever the evil one does is aimed at destroying an expected end. Sometimes, the evil one will not stop you from doing the things you know how to do for God but he will ensure that it is accompanied with the work of flesh.

Consider a man of God who goes about doing the work of God and blessing many lives with his ministry but unfaithful with the unrighteous mammon (money) and also struggle with lust in his heart; he may not see this as a major problem in his life until he gets to the judgement throne of God.

The seed of the evil sown into the life of Samson the day he met with Delilah only manifested the day he lost his anointing on her lap and when they plucked out his two eyes at a time he least expected. Evil seeds when given time to grow will bring about great magnitude of destruction.

The real nature of man is defined from the nature of his heart. Therefore, the real wickedness in life emanates from the hearts of men. Man becomes wicked each time He fails to do the will of God.

Looking through the world today we cannot but find some evil men who don't have regard for the word of God nor pay close attention to His will yet still flourishing in various aspect of life.

In the parable of the wheat and tares the Lord did not order for immediate removal of the tares among the wheat but rather allowed it to still compete for the available resources. The tares may wear beautiful appearance; the fact
L still remains that it is destined for destruction.

Are you enjoying life at the expense of others? Are you living contrary to the will of God? These acts are regarded as wickedness before God! Don't be tempted to judge your life using the physical achievement as a benchmark to measure how successful you are. Every element of wickedness in you presents you for destruction!

The Lord Jesus presented this parable to make it very clear to us that no matter how good the seed planted in the field given to a man, the fact still remains that the enemy can as well plant his own evil seed at every slightest allowance when men become lethargic.

Right from the beginning of the world, it is an established fact that everything made by God was not just good but very good (Gen1:31). In Matt 13:24, the sower which represents God sowed a good seed. Hence, every appearance of evil and evil itself in whatever form is the work of the enemy - the devil.

Whatever you see in your life that appears like an anomaly with respect to good things according to God's plan for your life; is the work of the enemy which must be resisted. Do not be complacent nor be careless about any issue in your life that have an appearance of evil. Seek the intervention of God over it!

When you don't have time to feed your spirit man with God's word nor give yourself to spiritual activities like fasting, preaching and prayer; you are actually sleeping and the evil one is on rampage in your life.

A man is asleep maritally, when he does not love and provide for his wife and household as Christ loves the church and gave Himself to it, and when a woman fails to absolutely submit to her husband. Also, when he is careless in nurturing and bringing up his children in the way of the Lord.

When a man fails in the aspect of faithfulness and committment to his/her spouse, the people God placed under his care, the church and the kingdom business he is asleep. As a student, you are asleep when you fail to face your studies and work on yourself in every aspect of your weaknesses.

When God gives a man a good land with sown seed, he is expected to be alive to the responsibility of nurturing it for greater yield.

In the bible verse it was recorded that "a man" sowed a good seed but "men slept". The implication of this is that God is the sower but the men who slept were those he put in charge of the land. Right from creation whatever God does is good and any appearance of evil is the work of the enemy.

The passage also makes it clear that this enemy needs men to sleep to perform his evil act. Hence, this indicate the fact that the devil himself is a coward. His ultimate strategy against all men is to ensure that they become lethal to provide an allowance for his enterprise.

There is no doubt in the fact that the Lord has given you a good land (Marriage, Children, Ministry, Career, business etc). The only way to stop the devil against sowing tares among your wheat is to be alive to your responsibilies and nurture the good land given to you by God with prayers, His word, complete obedience, spiritual and physical expertise according to the will of God for your life.

Sometimes a man can be tempted to think that his deeds is without any consequence because of the fact that he succeeded without any resistance or caution even after several attempts. Whatever the case may be the fact still remains that God cannot be mocked every man will reap whatever he sows (Gal 6:7).

God over the years has proven to men from generation to generation that He is merciful. That is the reason he does not pass immediate judgement on sinners and those who present themselves to do evil. It is this concept of "Let them grow together" that gives what appears to be a security to those who indulge in sin and still engage in spiritual activities.

When it seems as if you are not punished for your evil act or sin; or you discover that God is silent despite your malpractices in His business, know that you are spending the period of grace made available for you to repent and get things right with God. Be ever mindful of the fact that God will bring into judgement the works of men!

Self control is the government of the Holy Spirit in the life of a man. A man who does not have self control will eventually not have his desires met. There is no freedom without self control. It is an important attribute you must have if you must achieve the great things you desire and at the same time in cordial relationship with God.

Many have destroyed their lives because they failed to deny themselves through self control. People have dragged the name of the Lord in the mud due to lack of self control thereby hindering the work of God in the lives of men. It is an established fact that men who fail to deny themselves over something they desire end up in disgrace.

It is good to take some time and pause each time you want to make a decision; think about what the outcome will be and allow the Holy Spirit to find expression in your life. A single act of self denial can save your mandate like that of Joseph, it can save your marriage, career, ministry and relationships while a single act of lack of self control can destroy them all beyond repair. Submit yourself to God always and choose to do His will in all situation of life.

We must try as much as possible not to hurt the feelings of the men around us; knowing fully well that we are called to a life of love. Our relationships most of the time defines our strength. The calibre of people around your life determines your personality.

Therefore, since the men around us represents great asset to our lives; we must try as much as possible to always evaluate the consequence of our actions towards others by putting ourselves in the shoes of the person at the receiving end.

At the advent of various offences, which cannot but happen in a relationship, we must always ensure we make up with the feelings of men through settling of scores and tendering of apology as the case may be. Don't destroy your relationships, marriage, career on the account of toiling with the feelings of those who matter to your life.

King Solomon (the Preacher) having enjoyed the best that this life offers came to a reasonable conclusion that all is vanity (Eccl 2:10-11) and the most important duty of man is to reverence God by keeping His word (Eccl 12:13).

Despite the fact that we are in the world we must not live by its principles. The world has its own principles and these principles do not submit to the law of God. Therefore, whatever you seek in the way of the world is not of God and cannot last.

The exclusive right given to us by God to choose whatever we want in every bid to fulfill our destiny must not be squandered on the altar of worldliness. In every quest to get married, get a Job, follow a career path, relating with other men and worshipping the Lord; you must never follow the principle of the world.

Submit your life to the love of the father (John 3:16) by giving yourself to His principles rather than impressing fleeting men and your lustful desires.
