If you are a child in the hands of the Lord, His covenant remains with you. Irrespective of what happens the fact still remains that you have every right to peace. Hence, the Prince of peace is committed to you having peace.

As you proceed in destiny allow the Prince of peace to take the wheel of your life. This is the only sure guarantee to having peace in the journey of destiny. There are several men out there who are living in crises because the Holy Spirit doesn't find expression in their lives.

Wherever there is root of bitterness, unforgiveness, envy, jealousy and any act of wickedness there can never be peace. Submit yourself to God and allow Him to work in you to do His good pleasure. Honour Him with your decisions and His kindness as well as covenant of peace will abide with you.

We are in a very busy and competitive world that tends to make us feel as if we need to be up and doing to achieve our goals in various aspect of life. It is so serious that the pursuit for the goals set before us take us away from our families, friends, people of God and our consecration to God. Nevertheless, the busy and the competitive world does not make a man to be so busy to die when his death comes.

In the text above, we saw Jesus and his disciples making a deliberate effort to retreat from people in other to rest and eat. This is a standard set for us irrespective of who we think we are and what we choose to do for a living. Make effort to always retreat from your daily routine activities to commune with God and spend time with your loved ones. Spend time to reflect on your life and how you have lived so far in destiny. Eat in preparation for the task ahead of you spiritually, maritally, academically etc in the journey of destiny.

Whatever makes a man to weep will likely not to be forgetten by him. When the Lord is set to establish the feet of His people for a definite purpose he takes them on a path that will teach them various phases of life and the efficacy of the power of God. When life's situations get out of hand we tend to weep. In life, we cannot weep but there is an assurance that all our sorrow will turn to joy.

When Joseph was sold into Egypt as a slave and when he was implicated and thrown into prison; his heart will be sorrowful and possibly weep for several days. However, he later came to the understanding of the purpose of his ordeal and the goodwill of God towards him. Afterwards, he wept but at that time it was the tears of joy and fulfillment.

Submit yourself to God and learn from every process He takes you through; at the appointed time your weeping will turn to laughter.

The Lord in a bid to make everyone of us have a clear view of the way He sees all His children in the kingdom business gave the parable of the workers in the vineyard. The ultimate gift of God is not yours until you work consistently according to the will of God to the end. It doesn't matter when and how you were enlisted into the fold of God's children the fact is that salvation belongs to all those who endure to the end.

There are several powerful people in the fold today who have very rich archives of their service to God. There is no doubt in the fact that the history of wonderful exploits done in the name of God in various domain is not complete without them. Nevertheless, the beauty of their labour is not in their history but in the consistent walk and work towards the goal based on their divine mandate.

Try as much as possible not to become too familiar with God up to the level that you no longer have a regard for His word. Make yourself available to do the work the Lord has committed into your hands and keep focus and run with patient the race set before you by God.

Therefore, it is not for you to see yourself as something because some people around you appear not to be given the grace you have. Your primary assignment in every facet of life is to ensure that you grow in the level of Grace made available for you.

To get better and grow in grace you must be consistent in doing the will of God as required by you in every facet of life. In the journey of destiny the likes of Joseph, 3 Hebrews, Daniel cooperated with God and walked consistently in His will. They grew from strength to strength and from glory to glory. Hence, invest your time and life to becoming who the Lord wants you to be and waste no time to pursue other people's dream or try to fulfill their mandate.

In Isa 41:14 the Lord saw Jacob as a worm who needs not to fear because He will help him. The best of the best of a man's achievement with himself inclusive will return to dust. A man is at the verge of missing it when he begins to contemplate having something better in comparison to others.

There is no basis for comparison in destiny. The truth is that not all men have access to the same level of wisdom, resources, calibre of people, mercy and favour. There are people who will do more than what you are doing or achieve if they were given the grace you enjoyed so far in life.

Don't invest your life, time or the resources in aiming to achieve something better than someone; you may end up becoming disappointed but rather try to get just the best for yourself based on the measure of grace made available for you. Keep focus on your track in destiny and run with patient the race set before you. Thank God for what He has done for you and hope for the best.

Each time a man delays what he should or wants to do for perfect time or condition; he may end up not doing it and may eventually settle for a consolation when it is too late for him. Every man is expected to approach various situation of life based on the level and measure of grace given to him at every point in time.

David after he was anointed to be King did not sit and wait for when the Israelites will seek to crown him as King but rather continued in his normal routine activities and made himself available to serve his people each time duty demands it. Therefore, when his time came he didn't need introduction and no one was against him because he took his chances.

Again, life will not give you what you want. The plan of God over your life will not come to fulfillment on the platter of gold. Everything you need and what God wants you to be will only come to you in form of opportunities. Irrespective of the time and the situation of things around your life take your chances. Take the bold step of faith to fulfill your mandate above all limitations.

When the time of a man has not come, life will not give him the opportunity or chance to express himself, hence, he will remain stagnant without any remarkable progress until his time comes. The skill and the anointing of David was not recognized until the day life gave him the chance by God's mercy to show case what he was made of in high places.

We live our everyday life having the orientation that we need to work hard, acquire skills and prepare very well to achieve great things in life. However, life has proven beyond reasonable doubt that success in life is not a function of skill, preparation, conscious labour but mercy, grace and favour.

In this life, there are several wonderful people who would have made a remarkable mark in various aspect of life but they are not known because the mercy and favour of God was not made available in the journey of destiny. The word of the Lord said: It is vain for you to rise up early, To sit up late, To eat the bread of sorrows; For so He gives His beloved sleep. (Ps127:2 ). As you proceed in destiny, you need favour and mercy for your joy to be complete.

Each time a man remembers that he has a brother, normally, he should be rest assured that he has someone to have his back in the time of adversity. It is a pity that many so called brother who gave room to envy, dark passion as a result of work of the flesh are the brain behind the ordeal some people are passing through.

Cain was the first man to engage in this act when he killed Abel his brother. Jacob refused to help Esau when he was hungry and took the advantage of his ordeal to get his birthright. He also deceived his father Isaac to get the blessing meant for Esau. This sowed an evil seed into the lineage of Jacob. The sons of Jacob also committed the same offence their father commited. They sold Joseph into Egypt as a slave and also deceived their father (Jacob). This act sowed a seed of slavery in the household of Israel.

The aftermath of the breach of brotherhood is deadly and disastrous; God will not take it lightly. It is a great sin against God if you fail to help your brother when he needs it most or you make yourself an instrument of destruction to the life of your brother. As you proceed in destiny be mindful of the fact that a brother is born for adversity.

We can only have access to God and His might through Christ Jesus alone through whom everything that exists came to existence.

The major aim of your experiences in the land of the living is for you to come to the knowledge by experience that Jesus Christ is the answer and solution to all life's problem and above Him there's no other; He is the way.

If you have some questions in the corners of your mind and traces of discouragement and peace you can not find; know that Jesus is the way and the solution. If the mountains standing before you appears so high that you think you can not climb and your skies have been dark that you think the sun won't shine; always remember that with Jesus there is hope for you; He is the way, the truth and the Life.

What you eat and drink at a point in time can only have significant effect on the lives of those who are watching you but not God. Also, the way you appear by the virtue of what you wear, the way you talk and treat people determine the impression people will have about you and others.

Don't say you have the right to live your life as you like that God sees your heart that you are a child of God. What people see about you matters much to God even as He also desires you to do things with a pure heart. Don't allow your lifestyle to cause people to sin or discourage men from walking through the path of righteousness.

The Lord in a bid to solve the problems that came upon the human race as a result of the fall of man in the beginning gave his only begotten son. That means that the required sacrifice for peace is love. When life problems appear to be tough in any aspect of life, what is expected of us in such domain is to show more love.

What you need to be happy in life and be what God wants you to be is love. You will continue to find favour, mercy and God's goodness as long as God command men to love you. People will continue to have your back and support whatever you do when they still love you.

The principal strategy of the evil one in your life to perform their enterprise is to attack the presence of love. Evil only thrives and endure in a home, church, community, nation, organization, institution where there is no love. The end comes when love ceases to exist in any domain or situation.

Some few years back the wife of my Pastor had an attack which kept her away from social gathering and her job for several months. It was so serious to the point that if not for faith we were tempted to give up and accept her situation as fate. My Pastor instead of becoming discouraged used the weapon of love; stood by her by bridging the gap for her in every possible way. After a while the Lord gave her permanent victory.

All I saw in the whole incident was the power of love. Where there is love there is no impossibility. I came to this conclusion because I also saw another so called man of God whose wife had similar attack like that of my pastor's wife. The first action he took was to send the wife back to her people that they should handle the case of their daughter. The condition of that woman is at present worse than when the problem started.

No matter who you are the case of your life will go from bad to worse if you are not fortunate enough to be loved when it matters.

The fact that the Lord gave every man the exclusive right to choose what to do at every point in time signifies that God wants us to be in charge of our destiny. If we must be in charge of our destiny to be what God wants us to be; we must always allow the will of God to prevail in our lives.

Job was able to build a hedge around his life and everything attached to him by pleasing God by being blameless, upright and a man who feared God and shuned evil. Joseph also preserved his dream by obeying God. The household of King David was exposed to the evil enterprise of the devil the day he failed to exhibit self control over the case of Uriah's wife.

The word of God coming to you on daily basis is meant to reveal the counsel of God to you. Every attempt made to do contrary to the will of God is an attempt to expose your life to the evil enterprise of the devil. Be in charge of your destiny by submitting to the dictates of the Holy Spirit in every issues of life.

Solomon gave bountifully to God in a manner which some people who lack the knowledge of who God is and how to relate with Him will term it as being extravagant. This singular act brought about wisdom, knowledge and understanding with unspeakable prosperity that no one has ever had in his own time. The fact that our God is the same even till date makes this principle applicable to us in this end time.

All men who became something for God and shook their generation positively were those who made unique sacrifices. The likes of Abraham, David, Joseph, Daniel and Apostle Paul didn't become who they were in destiny without sacrificing something.

Every dreamer must bear it in mind that unique sacrifice is required to bring dreams to reality in the land of the living. You don't become something by doing nothing. One thing you must never fail to do as you go on in life is that you must never fail in paying the price required for the fulfillment of your mandate as required by God and your calling.

When dark passion begins to gain ground in the life of a man, such is on the pathway of destruction. All men who failed in destiny failed because they at a point in time gave room to dark passion in their lives.

The life of David was on a peaceful course and right track until he gave room to the dark passion that made him kill Uriah and this singular act added a stigma to his history in destiny. Gehazi laid a foundation of leprosy for his lineage the day he gave room to dark passion that made him to collect the gift he shouldn't from Naaman.

As you proceed in destiny always seek the help of God to help you to subdue dark passion by yielding yourself to God's will at all times in the manner Joseph did to preserve his dreams and mandate in the land of the living. Always think about the indelible damage dark passion will bring on your reputation, mandate and dreams before taking any action. Yield not to temptation.

If you can examine your life critically you will observe that God has done beyond your thoughts, imagination and expectations. Many times we limit ourselves due to our previous experiences but God by his mercy takes us above every limitations of our thoughts. We have in the time past thought that we would die, fail and become miserable because of what befell us but mercy says NO.

If God had allowed the thoughts of Joseph to prevail he would never had become a Prime Minister of Egypt because he may not want to leave his father. Therefore, the likes of Joseph, 3 Hebrews and Daniel became famous according to God's thoughts for them on the account of the evil done to them that they would naturally not want to experience.

The path the Lord is taking you through irrespective of how terrible it appears to be is the pathway to having a future and a hope. Appreciate God and honour him in your ways even as you put your trust in him to bring His word to pass in your life.

The children of Israel were in captivity and the message of the Lord sent to them was that His thoughts for them is of peace. When Joseph was sold out into slavery the Lord did nothing about it; He watched as things unfolded with time according to His will.

Similarly, when Daniel and His 3 friends were thrown into the lion's den and the fiery furnace respectively, the Lord exhibited the same attribute until He intervened and proved Himself as God. For all these men, the Lord acted beyond their thoughts to establish His purpose for them.

As a man, the prevailing situation around us influences our thoughts but God in His mercy at several occasions make His thoughts to prevail above ours. Maybe you would have died or failed in different aspect of life if God should have allowed all your thoughts to come to pass. Appreciate God for the thought of peace in operation on your behalf.

Glory awaits every child of God who faithfully serve him all the days of their lives; no matter how much the gravity of the oppression, suffering and terrible situation of life they experience. Jesus will wipe away all tears and joy unspeakable will be theirs through eternity.

There are people who are fighting hard to get something, who are restlessly chasing something and people busy with spiritual activities. However, not every fight is good; not every man that is running is in the race and not every man engaging in spiritual activities is keeping the faith. The main issue is that Glory awaits those who live their lives for God in the End.

At every point in time the expectation of God for us is to move further from glory to glory. Thank God for what the Lord has done so far in your life; however the best is yet to come because there are several things prepared for you that has not entered your heart (Isa 64:4).

No matter how wonderful and glorious your life appears to have been it is declared that your glory in the latter days shall be greater than the former (Hag 2:9). Hence, you are expected to live in the consciousness and aspiration of the Glory ahead by living to please God and aligning your purpose in the direction of God's will for you.

Apostle Paul with help of God came to a point where he had an assurance of a glorious crown which the Lord will give Him. The same greater glory lies ahead every faithful child of God. The major concern is for every man to take heed and not sacrifice it on the altar of sin, unrighteousness and worldliness.

After the fall of man in the garden of Eden; the Lord in a bid to fix the problem of selfishness and hardship that befell the human race gave us love through Christ Jesus.

Where there is love there is peace, progress, joy, faithfulness, fruitfulness, perseverance, healing righteousness, holiness, tolerance, sacrificial lifestyle, long-suffering, forgiveness, liberty and divine intervention. All these represent the hallmark of a beautiful world.

Jesus had to do away with some tradition and law just to show love to people under satanic bondage who were opportuned to come in contact with Him at a critical time in their lifetime.

Life will always give you the chance to make a mark in your world by affecting people's lives positively. Sometimes there are some protocols that will not be observed when love comes to play. We are praying for a world where treatment will be done to sick people before considering the charges; where people will join hands to help the weak and poor; where people will live in unity and harmony irrespective of tribe, religion and race; where people will fear God and live peacefully.

There was a time the pharisees accused Jesus of healing people on the Sabbath day because it was contrary to the law. But Jesus made it clear to them that humanity comes before any principles, worship, devotion. Anything you claim to do for God that is detrimental to the well being of people is not of God.

The call to salvation is a call to quality and faithful service to humanity. We are expected to always think about how our existence will be a blessing to people around us and those who will have access to the long term service we render in destiny. As a Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Pastor, Teacher, Lecturer and whatever profession you may find yourself; where right values are given the uttermost priority, humanity should come first in whatever you do. However, this is only possible when you allow the love of Christ through the sacrifice he made on the cross of Calvary rule in your heart.

Running away and seeking alternatives to solving your problems rather creates more problems than solution. In the world today we see people quitting their marriages in a bid to have peace but in the end they end up being miserable. Those who ran to various agents of darkness for help will at the end come back to God. The way of the Lord is the way of wisdom and peace. As you proceed in destiny be mindful of the fact that to God alone who answers prayer shall all flesh come (Psalm 65:2). Take all your troubles to the saviour.

He may not stop you from doing whatever you want to do (no matter how significant it appears to be spiritually) but will only make sure that what you are doing becomes an abomination to God or better still ensure that it is soiled with unrighteousness.

He will never stop a man from praying but will ensure that his prayers are not answered on the account of sin and unrighteousness. He will not stop a man from engaging in hard labour for God's work but will ensure that his labour is fruitless on the account of disobedience to God's principles.

A man who finds himself at the premises of disobedience to God's word is not safe and caught in the devil's trap. When it appears as if you are making it, in disobedience; it is the devices of the devil to destroy you. Be mindful of the fact that the devil will always want to stay at your right hand to ensure that your life is out of God's favour.

It is very painful for a man to labour so hard while others are sleeping and catch nothing. The case of your life may be similar to the case of Peter. The Lord is not ignorant of your labour; a day of favour is looming. A single day of favour is greater than several years of labour.

If you can see around you the blessings of God that you so much desire and have been longing for in the lives of men then you must never give up. Be persistent in launching into the deep in anticipation of a great catch in the direction of God's will for your life. One day and very soon you will have breakthrough that will cancel all your failures.

Opportunities come to a man by how best he does things. What you will get in life is not dependent absolutely on what God wants to give you but how much you can identify and grab your opportunities.

Joseph did not just become the Prime Minister of Egypt by doing nothing even though it was the plan of God for him; he fulfilled the plan of God for His life by using His gift even among prisoners. His recommendation to the throne came from there. David also found his way to the throne by the virtue of his skill in playing instruments among ordinary people who spoke of him when his service was needed in the palace.

As you proceed in destiny you will also come into various places that will give you an opportunity to serve. Each time there is a call for any form of responsibility or you identify one; opportunity to fulfill your mandate has come. Your attitude towards those responsibilities defines your blessings.

This life is so funny; where someone is bearing grudges with the fact that some of his expectations for this year are not met and claims he has no spectacular reason to thank God, there is another man somewhere who is ready to sell everything he has gathered for years if that would give him the good health he desires.

The word of the Lord makes it clear to us that we should thank Him in all situation because it is the will of God for us. The Lord knows what is best for you. Irrespective of your lot in the land of the living, the Lord demands your gratitude; because beyond your imagination and understanding the Lord has done so much for you. Show gratitude that there is a purpose and plan for your life bigger than you.

It is true that the Lord knows what is best for us and He deals with men based on divine timing. However, when God is set to bless a man He does not present the blessing to him on the platter of gold but rather presents and create opportunities through which to he can become blessed.

In Mark 10:46-52; Bartimaeus took the advantage of when Jesus was passing his way to get healed. What would have happened to him if he never cared to know that Jesus was passing. I am so sure He was not the only one who needed help but He was the only one that was saved.

You have also heard of what the Lord has done in the lives of men; it is your turn to call upon the Lord to visit your case. It is true that you have been praying and possibly have taken fate over some issues; when your joy is not full Jesus said keep asking.

Do you need healing, salvation, fruitfulness, miracles based on the peculiarity of the issues in your life; call upon the name of Lord. The evidences of his works in the lives of faithful men is enough to tell him not to pass you by.
