You really should not be making comments about stuff you know very little about. Every Nigerian, is allowed entry into Nigeria without hindrance whether they are traveling with an expired passport or not. It is NOT a crime to return to your country of citizenship with an expired passport

two wrong doesn't make a right, right. Good. After the NIS have dealt with its members, they should also investigate that professor for why he traveled with an expired Nigerian passport.

If its found that he indeed, traveled with an expired Nigerian passport, the professor should be disciplined also. It's that simple.

Truth be told, if this whole nonsense can happen on the island, where we believe there's a modicum of sanity, I wonder what on earth will be happening on the mainland, where disorderliness is the order of the day.

I believe it's about time, LASG shift their focus to the mainland, particularly those living in Alimosho, Ifako/Ijaiye, Oshodi/Isolo local government areas.

Many of the people living in those LGA think it's their God given right to misbehave and do whatever they like.

At a town hall meeting In 2009 the Lagos State Government announced a policy on gates on public roads. It decided that street gates could be erected by residents, but they can only be shut between midnight and 5am and they must be manned by private security personnel who would open the gates for emergency service personnel in case the need arises.
